I paid this company a premium to do a “professional” insulation job in my new construction home. What I got was a premium price tag and a poor work ethic. Insulation is already expensive, so it’s a shame that you can’t trust these people to do what you paid them for. Hopefully in the future they can educate them selves for the job that they advertise or go back to being rocket scientist. In the mean time, I will go ahead and do the job that I paid you for.

Even though my first experience wasnt good with this company, they did follow through and my garage door was fixed. I commend Charles and Gary for their help with my problem. I feel once I spoke with them my issue was addressed

One of this company’s trucks ran off the road into my father’s yard. Knocked down trees and messed up the curb and lawn. After NUMEROUS calls, they NEVER fixed it or made it right. If that is how they treat the elderly after destroying their property, I would never trust or use them.

Gary was by far the best quote we got. Half what others wanted. His crew was here 45 minutes and left the place like they werent even here. Great job. Happy wife happy life.

A good friend of mine was late to work this morning because of this company, so I am sharing her story here. Its a shame that when someone calls a company to alert them that they have dishonest people working for them, their response is that they dont have time to try to find out which of their trucks was in this location at that exact time:J dropped her iPhone in the parking lot of Thorntons this morning, 12/26/17, at Shelbyville Road and Gene Snyder. The two workers in the 31-W Insulation truck helped us look for it, said they didnt see it. We started tracking her phone...Funny, how they pull out of the parking lot of the gas station and her iPhone starts moving along with the 31-W truck. After turning off the power so we couldnt track it any longer, they throw it out of the window into the brush. Thankfully, we were able to find it since we were following them. Unfortunately, we did not get a license plate and very unfortunate that when we called to report it, the company could really care less. Would NEVER recommend this company based on their lack of integrity! What a shame!I certainly wont be calling them anytime soon!

I needed a garage door fixed that I thought was out of alignment. I called other companies and was either stood up or they had me thinking this was a golden job with me needing deep pockets. I called and 31w Insulation got a repair guy out there the same day (Brian) and he fixed the problem for the $65.00 service call. I was very happy with the entire experience will use this company again. Honest and reasonable, What else could you ask for! A+++ to the entire team!

Gary and his team have done a fantastic job on our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They never show up when they say they will DO NOT PAY THEM IN TILL THEY ARE 100% DONE even if there one screw missing they wont come back
