Great product, technicians were excellent and well knowledgeable of my problem, pella is the best doors available.

We needed our patio door rolscreen repaired. Apparently our screen is obsolete and cannot be repaired. Pella wants $1500 to replace our rolscreen. That is over half of what was originally paid for the entire door. Totally ridiculous!! Needless to say I will not be recommending Pella or purchasing any other products from them in the future.

Ashley Evans came out about a month ago to quote a repair. We never heard back from her so I called the main number. They eventually got her to get back in touch with us. Which resulted in only her texting me instead of calling. The text said I should try to call the service department myself !?! I responded that if she couldnt get through, why would she tell me to try? Again, she did not respond. Total cluster. Meanwhile we have a window that needs to get repaired before we can put our house on the market! If we didnt already have Pella windows, I would be going with someone else right now. As a business owner, I would NEVER give a bad review unless it truly was a terrible experience.

Let me say I’ve decided to not do business with this company due to this employee. After researching companies I just so happened to see this gentleman on the NEWS STATION Facebook pages for THOUSANDS to see his view on current happenings. We really appreciated Michael Hunt. He has a great work ethic and takes a lot of pride in what he does. He is always taking excellent care of us and in turn our clients. He goes out of his way to make it to our office to work through quotes with us or troubleshoot unique situations. We really appreciate him and his professionalism. Pella makes a great window!

The Pella team has been superior from start to finished. Our new Pella doors are sturdy, look and perform great! I shopped for Pella doors at the Pella store and big box hardware stores. It was evident from the start that the Pella store was a team of professionals who knew their product and wanted me to be satisfied . Surprisingly the cost was better at the Pella store due to specials they were running. After my experience with the big box hardware stores I believe that even at a higher cost Id get better overall service and product support with the Pella team. My sales representative gave great attention to details, service department communicated well, and installation team was professional and knowledgeable. Even had a Pella representative show up during installation to ensure everything was going correctly. They will definitely be my first choice when its time to replace our windows. We had an in-home visit. No pressure sales, we were educated on the product offerings and benefits of each. Installation scheduling was easy and flexible and on our schedule! There was a minor issue with the hardware (an internal issue with the mechanism from the hardware manufacture). Pella did everything they could to satisfy the issue, including replacing the hardware! We couldnt me more pleased with our new doors, and the service they provided. We consistently get compliments on our beautiful patio doors!

Im currently in the process of shopping replacement windows. I havent made my decision yet, but based on recent consultation I am leaning heavily toward Pella. There are so many companies out there and so many options, but Zachary Baise helped me navigate through them. He did a great job of educating me on Windows and grasping the terminology. He was friendly, knowledgable, and showed up on time. I love the fact that if I choose Pella the process will be simplified by not having multiple parties involved. Buyers Beware!!! A pin in my Pella door lock broke and guess what, it cant be fixed. Must buy a new one @ $200+!!! Also had a window outer pane cracked and guess what again, window pane unit can not be replaced. Must buy a total new window @$500+.Feel sorry for the poor next door neighbor, whose kid broke it.Have had replacement pieces on order since 10/10 and no word on when I will receive. Total cost $881.

We remodeled our house 6 months ago and decided tonreplace the windows as well. We met Jake in the Louisville location, he showed us around and helped us narrow down our choice. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Called at 8pm on a Friday the Monday before they were supposed to come out, to cancel! I was told to pick any time I want, and then called me to tell me they overbooked. Totally get these things happen, but they were so rude on the phone, I decided to buy my windows elsewhere.
