We replaced 29 windows with this company and had 9 installers (if that tells you why I am writing this review)! Here are 2 before and after pictures. We installed a combination of picture windows and double-hung composite. I can already feel the difference in the house. Normally with the furnace set to 65 degrees, we would be dressed like a winter storm was on the horizon. Immediately after the install, I sit in a 63 degree house in a t-shirt! Just think, a one point today, I had zero windows in place, yet 30 minutes after they left, it feels amazing! Winter time was always a whole house overhaul with loads of lovely plastic trying to keep the wind out and the heat in. To start, our sales representative, Drew E. was professional, missed dinner, and worked way past his bedtime to get our deal in place for us. Customer service was knowledgeable and setting the install date was a breeze. Speaking of breeze, the following installers made the whole process look effortless: Kyle G, Brenton B, Mike J, Shane H, Jody M, Andrew Z, Tyler T, John M, and Costas J. The installers were professional and efficient. This large job was completed in about 8-8.5 hours. They even cleaned up after themselves (total plus)! I cant say enough about about this company or their employees. Hands down the best in the business!

A few months back you installed a total bath for us. we were pleased with your service, but our bath faucet did not shut off about a month ago. I called for service. you were able to get here within a week and fix the problem. Tommy Stewart was the repair man. Very nice, knowledgable and fixed the problem

We’re very satisfied with the outcome of our new windows from West Shore Home. Erin came out to measure and quote our new windows. She was very polite and educated us on the different aspects of the windows. When the guys came to install (Jason B, Jody M, John W, Andrew Z, and Clayton O) they were just as polite and informative. Got an awesome transformation - they took out my 1950s green tub and replaced it with an awesome floor to ceiling shower. Very friendly salesman and installation team (Aaron and Steven). Great product. Update, I needed W.S.H. to come back, and they once again gave me great customer service and Tom S. came within 2 hours. Let me tell you, everyone Ive had contact with has been very friendly, and I will definitely be recommending West Shore Homes!

West Shore Homes did an excellent job replacing a tub/shower with new walk in shower. They also removed another shower, capped water lines and drain. Danny W. did an awesome job, he was on time, clean work, pleasant. Love my updated bathroom!!

I had two old bathtubs removed and replaced by walk in showers. On my master bathroom, The technicians were Neil K. and Shawn F, My second bathroom, done one week later, was in the master bedroom and Danny N. was the installer. On Both visits, the installers were very polite and professional. They had to remove old tile, and cut our a large portion of the drywall to install the plumbing and fixtures. They put down a runner to reduce in and out traffic tracking. It was done very cleanly and neatly. Each bathroom was completed on their assigned days. I would recommend their service to friends and family. I even made a change 15 hours before the scheduled remodel on the second bathroom. I added a transfer unit, tub faucet. I called the company late on a Monday evening, they had the salesman call me back, who said they had the transfer unit in stock and the change would be no problem. Done.

The installation team (Brenton B, Jody M, John W and Kyle G) showed up right on time, with 2 trucks, and all of the necessary materials. They immediately got to work and completed installation of 14 windows in 1 day. Considering we are all were working from home, they were as considerate and respectful as they could possibly be. The windows look fantastic and they didnt leave a single thing behind. The windows themselves are fantastic - easy to open, cool to the touch in direct sunlight, as promised, and sleek. The whole project from start (sales) to finish (installation) was seamless. I would highly recommend.

William Hoggard was the sales person who got the ball rolling with our decision to go with West Shore for our windows installation project. Although he was running late, he called and when he couldnt get through, he had someone from the main office call, to inform us of his progress. When he arrived, he apologized and was very professional. Once we got settled and he started his sales pitch, he wasnt pushy or shyster-like. He showed us all of our options, his demonstrations were on point, and he never made us feel pressured to make a same day purchase. He knows he works for a reputable company and when asked about the competitors, he never bad-mouthed them. That spoke volumes to his character. We closed the deal and three months later, Jason Burnett, Jody Monroe, and the trainee showed up and took it over the top! They came in, set up their work areas, and other than the removal of the windows, they were so quiet and professional. When they were finished, they cleaned up and left things better than they found them~ windows, of course. And I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS!! I look forward to working with this company and hopefully these four guys again in the future as I will be doing more window replacements and a complete bathroom remodel.

We have an older home ~1970. The bathroom was needing a major overhaul We talked with the West Shore salesman and decided to replace the tub and shower with a new walk in shower. The salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy. We really liked that.We scheduled the install for a Friday a couple of weeks out. They said they would be able to do it in a few hours and I have to say I was doubtful.Conner and Tim should up today promptly at 8:15 and by 2:30 this afternoon they had totally removed the old cast iron tub and tile shower walls but redid the plumbing and drain. They put in the new walls and glass doors. Everything looks absolutely wonderful. We couldnt be more pleased.I highly recommend giving West Shore a try. Here is a picture of our new shower. The rest of the bathroom is also getting a make over with new drywall.

Had our new windows installed by Brenton B, Shane H, and Clayton O. They all were professional and made sure everything was done the right way. When they were finished installing they even put back up our blinds and curtains which was a big help. They left our home clean of any debris as well.My only complaint, is with the payment process. During the estimate appointment, we were forced to make a $8,000 decision in 10 minutes.We were told that in order to get the discount and interest free plan, we had to settle immediately. Which made us uneasy. I would have preferred a night to think about it.However, based on our installation appointment, I would use West Shore Home again in the future.It is a little pricey but it is worth every penny the windows look amazing. And we have a 50 year warranty which is a nice plus.

These guys did phenomenal installing my 15 new casement windows! They look great and we are extremely happy with them! This is the first time I have been able to open windows in my house since we bought it (our old ones were almost 40 yrs old and rotting out). Brenton B, Jody M, John W, Clayton O and Sean W made quick work of removing all the old ones, even my horrible kitchen one they had to use a saws-all to remove) and putting in the new ones. They took care to make sure it looked great, were sealed in properly (I had windows that were practically falling out before) and even put back up my very heavy blinds for me! Sean was particularly awesome as he managed to work despite fielding several questions from my 4 year old as she talked his ear off! One of the guys, John (I think) even fixed my door strip into my upstairs bathroom that was pulling up. Thanks so much!

We got new backdoors installed by West Shore this week. John Waldridge and Clayton Oller did an excellent job. I would trust them back to work on our home anytime. The doors are really nice, and the seals are much better than our old ones.While the product and install are top notch be prepared to manage all communications and timelines on your own. We were given an 8-12 week window to install from purchase, but it ended up at almost 6 months. Anytime I wanted an update I had to call (sometimes multiple times) to get any information. The communication process leaves something to be desired on the West Shore side.If we hadn’t had a hard time with communication I would have zero complaints. Again John and Clayton were great, the doors are nice and I have no concerns about the investment we made in our new doors.

I was having problems with some windows purchased form Americas Windows. I made a call to West Shore Homes and after talking to Laurie she set me up an appointment and the technician came today. The service techs name was Stephen Leezer. He had my windows fixed in a short amount of time and restored our confidence in West Shore Homes. Our next remodel West Shore Home will be called first. Brenton B and Clayton O arrived at their scheduled time. They were both very courteous and friendly. They answered all my questions about operating the windows and removing the screens. They showed me how to do these functions carefully and explained the best ways for cleaning the windows and removing screens. They explained about drying time for the sealers and how it would turn from white to invisible. The guys were careful in my home with all my treasures. They kept the messes cleaned up, they cleaned all my windows, they explained my warranty to me. When they were getting ready to leave, they asked if I needed help re-hanging blinds or drapes, or if there was anything else I needed.They were very efficient and even placed a West Shore Homes sign in my yard. I know where to get future windows from and also where to get bath or shower projects from. Thank you West Shore guys. It is great to be able to see clearly out my windows again.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience yesterday, July 9th. We were called early to say we would be delayed a day because of an unforeseen occurrence on their end. We were asked to reschedule for 2 days later. We got a call back in a few moments to say that another unforeseen occurrence happened and that we would be able to have our new bath installed. An awesome crew from Lexington, KY came and did magnificent work. James Wyman and Jacob Sims were amazing. They included us on every aspect of the demolition and installation. Had an old bath/shower combo removed and a new shower installed by West Shore Home today. Kyle K, Barney G, and Neil K were excellent. They arrived on time, followed safety procedures and made sure to wear masks at all times. They covered everything in the bathroom and cleaned everything up, making sure to put down floor protectors the whole way in (not just in the area they were working in). They made sure to review the project at the beginning to make sure everything was right, then made sure to go over everything, including the warranty, before they left. Very polite and personable, the guys did a wonderful job and that is some high quality workmanship in my bathroom. I will definitely be using West Shore Homes in the future.

I had something more important come up and changed my mind on my order the same day they came to my house to show their product. I contacted the loan company and the young lady to cancel the order within the period of time to cancel. Was told it would be cancelled Friday evening and come Monday it was not cancelled. Left messages on the toll line as well as the selling agent and got no response. I will contact my attorney general in the morning if not cancelled.

I had a sliding door installed a few weeks ago. I was very pleased with the whole process start to finish. Brenton and Shane were a great team and got the job done in a timely manner but they were also very detail oriented. Our new windows were installed today by Jason Burnett, Jody Monroe and Stephen Leezer. We could not be more pleased with the job they did. These guys weren’t just installers, they were craftsmen. They worked seamlessly as a team and the entire job of replacing seven windows and performing a superb clean-up was completed in less than seven hours. The windows are beautiful. Kudos also to our Design Consultant, Casey O’Connell.

They removed a glass block window and replaced it with a picture window when they replaced my tub with new walk-in shower. The window crew, John Waldridge and Clayton Oller, removed all the glass block, 81 glass block, without breaking any. They installed the window in a very professional manner and removed all the debris. I would highly recommend this crew and company when I will replace my old windows.

We had a large patio door installed over the winter. Rick, Steve & Paul did a great job getting it installed quickly. Great product and great instillation.

Highly satisfied with the service! We had a shower install done late last year and noticed a few issues with some of the caulking over time. One phone call, and they had a tech out to our house within the week! Stephen Leezer did a fantastic job fixing our issues, and fixed an issue we didnt even notice! I am interested in a tub to shower conversion. I called to get a price range to set my expectations. This company advertises that they perform this service every day. When I called, they said they had no idea how much it would cost. I would have to have a representative come to my house.I wasnt asking for a hard quote. I just wanted a price range that was dependent on options, and existing hardware.I did my own research on West Shore, and found their average cost for a bath to shower conversion is $8500.I guess they didnt want to give a number over the phone, so they could explain how affordable that is with their financing partners. Ill bet their sale people have been trained by the time share industry!

Westshore Homes came in and removed the original 1950s tub and tile walls and replaced it with a brand new walk-in shower. The construction team of Eli and Braedon came on time, came in, prepped the house for the demolition and then proceed to remove the tub and tile. They did this in a very professional manner and kept the dust and debris to a minimum. They were aware of their surroundings and told me to let them know if they were causing any problems and they would stop what they were doing. He completed our beautiful shower installation by around 3 pm or so.I’m happy WSH was able to install my custom bathroom shower 18 days after ordering it. 8 days before my original scheduled installation date.

After we had paid them in full for the job, they would not respond to any of my emails or calls, and didnt give us a receipt, completion certificate, or any warranty information on the shower. I have called customer service twice and they say they will send it right over, but it has been weeks. I have reached out to the salesman, Zack, who sold us the shower, but he has not responded to a single thing since we paid them. This company is not worthy of their high rating in my opinion, and the whole process felt like a travelling vacuum salesman to me, who charms you and gets you to buy, then skips town.

They sent Danny N to my house and he did a terrific job installing my new shower. He was friendly and answered any question I had!!! The shower looks great and would recommend this company to anyone.

The service techs Dashawn and Stephen arrived on time and got started right away. They were professional, friendly and courteous. They worked in ide and 2 other techs worked on the outside, The installation went smoothly, they cleaned everything up and finished on time. Now we have a beautiful new window installed.

I would like to give Stephan Leezer a very good recommendation! He was very personable and professional and got install my windows in a timely manner. He needs to be recognized and I hope West Shore will give him the recognition that he earn!

Topher H., Kyle K., Will R., Bobby E., and Jared C. worked overtime to install a new shower and separate tub in one day! Kudos.

I had my old tub/shower combo removed and a new walk in shower installed by CJ. He was very professional and got the work done in one day as promised even working by himself. I love the ease of cleaning the new product. Thomas Stewart returned and repaired a couple little things after the install and was great as well. Took care of the issues quickly and completely. Everything with West Shore has been top notch, from initially working with Bryan to design and order the product through installation and follow up.

Jared C and Neil K did an excellent job .I remodeling my bathroom .they got here about 9 o’clock and was finished by three it looks amazing .I would recommend these guys to anyone to remodel their bathroom.

West shore homes did a phenomenal job! Their communication was way above my expectations and their workers did an amazing job. The employees were positive and professional.

I received the WestShore Team on Friday (on time) and they quickly started to work on replacing my windows.Rick, John, Mike and Andrew did a great job and the new windows look great.Im quite pleased so far.Time will tell about the quality and warranty... But so far, Im liking the windows and I will probably order more, as soon as I can afford them.

These guys are great!!! Brenton B and Shane H were our installers and this was by far the best experience we have had with people working on our house. Even when our old door was giving them some much grief they just laughed it off an fixed everything that was wrong with the door and insulation. The new door is BEAUTIFUL! I can not say enough good things about this company and its employees!!!!

They were professional in the installation and setup of our Shower. i thought the rain was going to slow them down, but they used my carport to do their work.
