Their quality of service has declined a lot, they make many mistakes and after more than 10 weeks waiting they tell you that they have made a mistake and your purchase could not be made and that if you want to wait 16 or more weeks, causing your customers to lose confidence in your work

Takes forever to get your window order right. Should give a discount for messing up order and having to take FOREVER to get them back to you. Have messed up multiple orders! If I hadnt had ordered my other windows from them and wanted them to match, Id go somewhere else! Not very good customer service either.
