I had Allied screen-in a porch and was so pleased with the results I upgraded to an EZ-Breeze system a few years later. I was pleased with both installations and products. Eventually the sliding panels required minor maintenance. Naturally I contacted Allied. They no longer appear to be the excellent family owned business I originally did business with. I left the panel with Steve at Allied for repair. After a couple of weeks I checked with Steve and was told the repair was completed. Picking up the panel was problematic since the office is not always staffed. Eventually I was able to retrieve the panel. Nobody was in the office when I picked the panel up. They left it by the front door. When I attempted to reinstall the panel I realized the repair was not completed. I have attempted to contact Steve or anybody else at Allied for over two weeks without success. They don’t return calls or respond to emails. One time I did get through to David Sr. He told me he would have Steve return my call. Nothing. I contacted the manufacturer to inquire if another distributor was close to Louisville. Eventually I was able to get my panel repaired at the other business. It took 10 minutes and they did it for free. I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was by Allied. Eventually I will need a door or replacement windows. It will not be with Allied.

We had Allied Aluminum install a patio cover over our back deck. In a few days we noticed we had a leak between the house gutter and patio roof. I contacted David and he sent the crew back out to fix the leak. They put a piece of tin to divert the rain to the gutter but it did not work. A few days later I had the gutters cleaned and the gutter cleaner told me that the reason for the leak was because that part of my house gutter was not connected and it was hanging loose so he reattached it. It solved that issue. Allied Aluminum did not reattach the gutter they cut to install the roof and overlooked that even after the second visit. Then a few days later I noticed we had 2 other leaks. The patio roof gutter was overflowing when it rained. So I climbed up on a ladder and seen that over the downspout they drilled 4 small holes and the gutter fills with rain faster than it can drain out. Also there was a leak behind the vinyl siding beside our back door pooling on the floor. I contacted David again and he said he would fix those issues. So far no one has come back and I don’t think anyone will. With that being said all it needs to resolve those problems is make the gutter drain hole bigger to allow more water to drain down the downspout and maybe caulk above the patio roof to stop the dripping beside the door. Looks like I’m going to have to do it myself. If someone was not physically able to go behind them and fix their mistakes it would cause a major issue. I am giving them 3 stars only because the price of the patio roof is reasonable.

Product purchased for $9000 in July of 2019. Door was installed to swing in not out as ordered. Began requesting door be changed in December 2019 after original installation and finally examined in March 2021 and replacement ordered flor replacement in February

I have dealt with this company for years. Each time I have moved and done work on my windows or doors they have come through for me with quality workmanship and products.

I spoke with Chris, he was supposed to come to my house and give an estimate. Not only did he not show, he hasnt returned my call. Ive left messages for Steve and the same, no response. I assume they dont want our business.

Allied recently added a roofed, screened/glassed enclosed room to my existing patio. Though it took a while for their supplier to deliver the materials, once the materials arrived, they quickly constructed my enclosed structure. It has exceeded my expectations in the quality of the materials. Very impressed that one of the owners (Dave Wilmes) was present for each of the 5 days the crew worked on my project. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a screened/glassed patio room.

I wanted to take the time and let everyone know that it pays to deal with a local family owned company. There is a reason Allied has been around 70 years. They had the best price for a much better product. Couldnt be more pleased. Also had quick and professional installation.

Shame on me for not researching Allied Aluminum Products in Louisville before my builder hired them to enclose my deck. The reviews speak volumes. They do not honor their warranty, they lie about scheduling warranty repairs and the product is inferior. Dont use them for anything, unless you want a headache to deal with. Total scam.

I cant say enough good things about this company! Went from quote in completed screened in back porch in less than a week. Was so impressed I recommended them to my neighbors and theyve built two more screened in porches in my neighborhood. Nice, family-owned, company.

They failed to order a peep hole door which I paid for, where I needed it most and the custom sized door has not close or locked properly. Even the door jambs on both doors are loose. I get no response from these people of this company. I DO NOT recommend them. I will be finding someone else to fix their incompetence. They created a safety issue for me.

If I could leave a negative 10 rate on here I would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with installing doors. I work for a business that they have installed doors and from day one there have been nothing but issues. But God forbid that they come out and fix it. When the doors were installed the lock didnt work called the company and they stated it worked when we left. No it didnt, they then sent the owner out to fix it. His attitude was horrible and he was not nice at all. The issue was not resolved but why call someone back who does not care because they have already gotten paid. Now our handle has fell and the woman the mother of the sons company on the phone said basically it is not their problem. I will tell anyone and everyone not to use this company.

They installed our beautiful screen porch quickly and it is AWESOME!
