Tyson is an asset to AT&T, he gives great customer service, he is kind and patient. It was nice to go into the store on S. Hurstbourne in Louisville and feel comfortable with purchasing a phone. Tyson took time with me as though I was the only person in the store. Thank you Tyson, I feel good with my purchase.

I came in on my lunch break the 1st time Tyson helped about 5 minutes in. I explained what I needed and told him I would be back at 5. I was late but when I walked in he had everything I needed. Activated my lines and got me out within about 20-25 minutes of my visit he did awesome. Definitely will be going back.

I want to say thank you to Taylor T. She did a wonderful job helping me she solved my issues and I had to come back to the store a couple time and she still help me she went out of her way to do what she could to make sure that my phone was correct I greatly appreciate appreciate her customer service it was fantastic

I think they need to train their employees better. I went twice, Saturday night, 2 employee were there, they did not care less if I want to open an account. Barley answered my questions, seems like they just want to chill.On the other hand, on Sunday afternoon I went there. Very nice employee, she was by her self busy with other customers. Taylor was amazing! She helped me as soon as I walked in and was super friendly and helpful.

First trip to the store employees made it painfully clear they closed in 30 minutes (locking the door 20 minutes before close mid conversation). We managed to compete our transaction under pressure. On a trip back to the store to complete the data exchange between phones, the store’s “open” sign was turned off 30 minutes before close and they wouldn’t complete the data transfer. Poor customer service and not a way to run a business.

One word—Amber. If your want competence, you want Amber. If you want it done right, you want Amber. If you want a positive experience, you want Amber. I don’t mean this as a slight to the other employees, but personally, I would not recommend a potential customer see anyone other than Amber. At first I was going to go with Verizon and just to become a new customer, it was a nightmare. Atrocious. I decided to look at AT&T and that’s when I came across Amber. She knows her stuff, she’s very laid back and far from pushy, and she genuinely cares (which is something hard to come by in a customer service field). I wish I had Ambers with my car insurance, internet provider, my utilities provider, etc. I can’t urge you enough to seek her out if you need a new phone or service. I’m not getting paid for this, it’s just rare to come across an exceptional representative so I feel morally obligated to make this review. She really went above and beyond and she better be paid well because she’s worth it!

This store has one of the best teams I’ve ever worked with regarding my cell phone. Even with all the mayhem going on they were happy, smiling, and eager to assist my husband and I. We upgraded our phones, bundled our plans, and purchased new accessories. We switched from Android to iPhone and they were very helpful in walking us through the set up to ensure we could properly maneuver our phones. Not to mention the amount of care that went in to making sure our contacts and pictures all transferred correctly. I even cracked my screen protector not even 24 hours after our initial visit and the next day I was able to walk in and have it replaced with ease. This store provides amazing customer service. Keep up the good work!!

I had a good time with the employees during this covid19 time, the place as enough space and they all are wearing mask and enforcing mask for everyones safety. The service is top notch.

Im very surprised at the negative reviews about customer service at this location. When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted and told someone would be with me as soon as possible- it was clear all three sales consultants were busy with other customers. Im in the market to purchase a new phone and wanted to see my options before forking over $1000+.Amber was very professional and friendly as she went through my options for upgrading addressing all of my questions and concerns. I wasnt ready to buy right then- and even after I told her that she still made sure my phone was completely backed-up so when I was ready I wouldnt have to worry about losing any of my stuff. She also informed me of my out the door costs which I hadnt considered and would need to plan for that extra expense. There was absolutely no pushy sales tactics or frustration projected eventhough she would not be making a sale that day. I hope Amber is in charge of training new employees because that is EXACTLY how a customer should be treated! Thank you Amber for your kindness, I will be back so you get credit for my purchase!

After having a difficult and frustrating experience with online representatives, we went to the AT and T store on S. Hurstbourne Pkwy. Maurice greeted us cheerfully, listened to our needs, and helped us add two new lines to our account. He was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We received excellent customer care!

Added things to my bill. In grades phone was applied to the wrong phone and no one can correct it.

Besides the Long Wait, it was ok.they did what they can do.have to go To Middletown store.

The experience was terrible. I will never purchase an Apple product from an AT&T store ever again. I will only purchase from Apple.

You truly are treated like a customer and not a another account. He very quickly caught on to my needs and was able to meet and exceed them; even found away to get me all the products and services I needed at the cost I wanted to pay.Phil is a great person, not just an AT&T representative. Something organizations have long come away from!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I waited over 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me! The store was NOT busy! And when I finally got someone to assist me she walked away while we were in MID CONVERSATION to assist someone else! Learn some manners, Tabitha!! I will be switching to another carrier ASAP!!!!!

I really like the location of this store. It helps being so close to the freeway and close to all the retail stores. Its super clean and the A/C is pumping! Everything is well displayed and easy to find. Customer service is very helpful as well.

I go out of my way to come to this location, we live in Shepherdsville and used to see Chelsea at a store closer to where we live. As soon as we heard she had moved to this location we made sure to come out and see her. All the employees here seem genuinely happy to help and are very patient! Great service!

We went into this store to fix a billing issue that for some reason could not be fixed over the phone. The store manager Angela was EXTREMELY patient and kind. She understood our frustration and went above and beyond. The billing issue got fixed and we left happy that we came into the store. Thank you Angela!

Dont know who it writing these reviews? Phillip the manager is the rudest individual I have met in a long time. During our last interaction he rolled his eyes when I told him I was contracting AT&T due to him ripping me off on a wireless charger. Lucky for me when I did contact AT&T they did side with me and gave me $100 dollar store credit. AT&T is a good service but Phillip needs to get an attitude adjustment.

I absolutely love this store, this was my second time coming in. We signed up for DirecTv with Chelsea she was so professional and honest. I felt very comfortable and fully informed when I left there. You need 10 more reps just like her!!!

I went in to this ATT location for an upgrade... customer service zero NO one say anything to me for about 30 minutes I was inside probably I’m going to switch back to Verizon

Not happy, they quotes me a price for 1000mb fiber internet, yet scheduled me for 100mb install. I went back and spoke to them and the representative said they discovered it was substantially more than what I was told.... Yet, they never notified me and I only found out when I checked the speed and received my bill.

Josh, the sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly for me as well as was a delight to talk to.

Great experience in Derby City. Phil Gordon was excellent in his presentation, answered questions with clarity, provided additional incentives and scheduled an installation date supporting my schedule. Plus well save $100/mo for two years. Ill end my TWC provider shortly.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They tried to charge my $20 more for a phone thats $40 @ Walmart, Target, Meijer, etc. Then wanted another $35 to Activate my plan. I already have a active AT&T plan. Their scammers and rude and wouldnt piss on them if they were on fire.

This is a great local store with fantastic service. I recommend the store to my clients, friends and family.

The customer service here is terrible. I was offered an incredible plan with U-Verse and internet and they signed me up for Direct TV and no internet. I went back in to get what I originally ordered and the deal was expired. They didnt even try to expidite my install. Had to wait 12 days to get my stuff installed and didnt get any of the stuff offered to me for my inconvenience.

Jonathan was amazingly helpful and efficient, it was the easiest cellphone purchase ever!
