This is by far the best dealership Ive ever bought a car from. No pressure, very polite, professional and extremely accommodating even when they didnt have to be. Eric and Scott were great as well as Edgar. Rest assured these are good people so make sure to treat them as such. The car business can be very difficult to work in, I know because I worked in it for several years. I plan to do business with them in the future as well as referring friends and family. I dont ever comment on the service I receive, but I had to this time, because this is the worst experience Ive ever had. Owner has no business ethics whatsoever. I had a deal in place to purchase a vehicle, and was flying in to pick it up. Without even notifying me of additional interest, owner sold my vehicle the day before I was supposed to fly in. Never said sorry or anything. I thought it was at least a decent gesture to offer to reimburse my travel costs; however, once I submitted my airline ticket receipts, the owner did not respond until a week later, and stated he would no longer reimburse me for my expenses. In his response to me he stated, sorry...not sorry. I have all the emails to prove it. Run, dont walk from this place. Owner is dishonest, and has no respect for his customers whatsoever.

Great experience! After being in a wreck that totaled my car days before I moved across the country, I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. We originally booked to look at a VW Tiguan at another dealership, but when we got to that dealership they had not detailed it (despite us calling two days in advance) and were not enthusiastic to work with us at all. We happened upon another Tiguan at Auto Group while test driving the other! We popped in last minute on a Friday afternoon and the staff was very welcoming, understanding, and SO efficient. Although their Tiguan was a tad out of our price range, we chose it over the Tiguan at the other dealership solely because of their understanding, efficiency, and willingness to work around our tight schedule. The car was in pristine condition, had a great record, and they even topped off the gas before I left the lot! Off the lot with nothing to worry about. I have great confidence in this dealership and will be recommending anyone I know to these guys!

Bought a 3-series bmw, Scott was straight forward and to the point. Gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. I shopped 200 mile radius and was willing to drive to Indy or Cinci.
