I cannot say enough glowing things about Pedro!!! After years of just having basic makeup, I went in to Sephora to upgrade to all cruelty free items and replace all my brushes. Not only did Pedro walk me through all the cruelty free brands, they went out of their way to make sure I knew how to use the brushes I purchased and helped me narrow down to some fantastic eye makeup sets.I cant wait to go back and start shopping for more skin & lip products! Pedro was absolutely a gem and spent so much time with me so that I left feeling confident with how to use my products when I got home!

Came in on a super busy day; I swear as soon as I walked in every consultant got grabbed at the same time! My luck haha. However! Savannah was quick to acknowledge me, get my name, and assure me she would be with me asap. She found me a short while later and remembered my name despite all of the busyness and helped me shade match to Rare Beauty in no time. I always have a good experience when I come to this Sephora!

I like that they let you sniff the perfume and they have a massive selection of perfumes in store (Dec 2020). Ulta doesnt even have the perfume bottles out right now in some of their locations and their selection is poor. This store is nice. If you live near Clarksville, I suggest going here instead of the JCP Sephora in Greentree mall.

For as many people that come and go out of this place I have to hand it to the employees, the place is always pretty good looking inside. Of course it’s make up and there will always be some powder here and there, but nothing is ever crazy misplaced or dirty, which is nice. All employees are nice, polite, and helpful.However, I have ran into a few who when you ask for help with shade matching they either don’t know what they are doing or are just rushing for whatever reason and def shade match very incorrectly.One day I had a younger girl who was so great and really took her time and helped me find the perfect shade!But then I wanted to try a different brand (plus my skin tone changed) and I was helped by an older woman who I felt was rushing through the process. Yes, I know I can just bring it back and return the foundation if it doesn’t work out, but I would rather not go through the hassles. I ended up not purchasing anything that day because I didn’t feel right about the shade at all. After having many good experiences at Sephora, this one was very disappointing.My advice, if you are shade matching and ask for help, make sure it’s one of the employees who will take their time to help you.

I had a wonderful experience here. I have been to other upscale cosmetics stores, and Sephora is VERY friendly. I have not ever been in this store and been ignored. I came in for a make over and was very pleased. The lady who helped me, Mary G., asked me many questions to get an idea of what I wanted to achieve today, and listened intently. She gave me a GREAT make over, and wonderful tips for both a polished day look and evening look. We tried colors I would never have used before and the results were greater than I would have imagined. This was just what I hoped it would do. I wear glasses, and she helped me with tips on how to make my eyes stand out in spite of the lenses. I would have no reservations recommending this store to anyone. I am an older lady, and not well versed in cosmetics, but I feel confident I can re-create the look she gave me. Wonderful experience, and would definitely recommend! No pressure, many suggestions!

The Sephora brand is just as good as pricier makeup. I love the creamy lipliners, tons of colors and now they have lip gloss style lipsticks with a wand applicator but its a lipstick. $13, I bought 2 colors, going back for more when i can. Stays on longtime without drying out your lips. Also lots of colors

Love this place! There are so many employees that everywhere you turn there someone that can help you and help find the right product for you. These women and men are knowledgeable about the products and want to help you find the best makeup or skin care products for you. Yes they do get commission but you can tell that if they cant help you they will switch you over to someone who can and that means a lot on a commission type of job. Theyre not just friendly for the commission theyre just friendly helpful great customer service employees. And I think every business buns and is based on the success of how great customer service is in there and I believe these people are the best. It may be a bit pricey but when it comes to skincare and makeup you may want to spend those extra few bucks. Great place especially for people with aging skin and skin irritation people can come in and get help from the knowledgeable estheticians and the employees Within.

I went in to buy a foundation and I thought Id go ahead and get the ColorIQ done to make choosing the correct shade a little easier. Rachel went above and beyond for me. Not only did she help me find my shade of that foundation, but she also went over my entire skincare routine, recommended products, gave me information about products I was already using and she also tried on all the products along with the foundation so that Id get a feel for how they work together. I felt so good about the experience that I purchased all the products. Thank you Rachel.

I LOVE Sephora so I would never bash one, they have good product selection and it’s a nice store, but I went in with a friend who had a gift card at like 8:50 the other night. Normally I wouldn’t do that, but my friend said she’d be quick so we went. At 8:55 they started locking the doors and it wasn’t a big deal. My friend grabbed what she wanted went up the the register and realized it was the wrong shade. She apologized to the girl behind the counter and went to go grab a different one after the girl assured her it was okay. At 8:57 a MANAGER came up to me and the other friend I was with and rudely asked us if we were going to buy anything because they were closed. I told her that my friend was about to check out and she rolled her eyes and walked away. How are you gonna be a manager and treat customers like that. The girl behind the counter was super friendly and nice even though I know she probably didn’t want to help anyone out that late. We left the store at 9:01 and the manager let us out without saying a word

Im giving them a 4 star only because I had to drive all the way back to exchange the foundation I bought last night. I went in only needing face wash and left with $157 worth of makeup... oops. Anyways, while I was looking at different products, I finally asked one of the girls for help. She spent maybe a total of a minute before picking the perfect color foundation (which she put a tad bit on my cheek). I obviously said okay, and placed it in my bag because shes the makeup expert, right? WRONG! I got home later last night and wanted to play with all the goodies I had just bought. When I applied my Kat Von D Lock It foundation on I LOOKED LIKE A COMPLETE GHOST!!!! I called the store and spoke to a nice lady who told me to bring it back and they would help find the RIGHT color. I left the store a few hours ago and CLAIRE helped me. She was amazing, and introduced me to one of her favs- Smashbox. She applied it to my face and it looked amazing. Claire was so sweet and helpful, and if anyone goes in there for help ASK CLAIRE!

These employees do not know what they are talking about. The first time I went in I was looking for a new foundation. I do my research before going in. One employee told me she recommends this shade that had pink undertones. Firstly, I did not ask for her help and I do not have pink undertones. Yesterday, I was asked by the same employee about three times if I needed help. I was swatching liquid lipsticks. No. I dont need your junk advice on makeup. Ive gone in multiple times looking for new in-store released items and get a dear in the headlight look.The store is also NEVER stocked properly. Im wondering what their manager is doing to fall so behind on restocking. Youll go in there week after week for the same displays to be completely empty.I am not rude with employees, especially since Ive worked in beauty retail. I will get them on reviews though. Going back to employees, I had a horrible cashier yesterday. She asked me if I had my rewards card, I told her its under my phone number. I gave her my phone number and it was like she did not listen, one bit. She was reciting it back wrong, so I corrected her and she got the biggest attitude with me. She threw my products on the counter, snobbishly asked if I want the receipt in the bad and handed me my bag. My husband zones out when I makeup shop, so for him to comment on how she treated me says a lot.I would not shop here, especially if youre a beginner in makeup who needs advice. Youre going to be very misguided.

I recently went to this Sephora looking to finally end my no-buy and stock up on quite a few things Id run out of. I spend about thirty minutes filling up my basket, in a good mood, feeling good. I get to the counter and my card is declined despite the fact that I KNEW I had enough money on the card. It turns out my card company was at fault, but the women at the counter continued to be gracious and help me. I eventually got my order to go through. But what impressed me with this location is that the workers were VERY kind and understanding and even gave me a bag full of deluxe samples. Im giving this store a 5/5 simply because of their amazing customer service. I was so frustrated, and I know they were too. But they never wavered and were so very kind - even though this whole situation was the fault of MY card company.

Racist people here. My cousins wife went in and was set to buy 400 bucks in makeup only to have a sales associate ask her if she is sir2e she can afford all of it and to empty out her purse and show them she had money to buy the make-up. I wonder if she was a white lady if she would have been treated the same way. In the end she emptied her purse showed them her money and left never to return to a racist establishment like this again. She has spent a lot of money with this company on makeup over the years. This is an outrage and all because of the color of her skin the racially profiled her. I applaud all the customers that turned and walked out with her without buying what they went for. As a makeup artist getting new makeup, whether it be to restock something in my kit or for me personally, is always exciting. However I almost dread going in this particular location. Everyone wants to ask you if you need with help with anything. While in some cases this would be nice, this just turns me off completely. I can handle once or twice but the last time I went into this store, 5 employees over the course of about 10 min asked me if I needed help. Working in retail, I understand that this is at a tacit to let your customers know that people are paying attention, but when you practically harass them, but then when you really need some help finding something that is not stocked, its like an act of god to get anyone to actually want to help you and not have an attitude about it.Another huge problem I have with this location is how rude most of the employees are. My friend and I were looking for a particular color corrector and none of them were on the shelves. Since at this time no one was around to help, we took it upon ourselves to look in the drawer underneath the display. Out of no where comes an employee asking if they can help with something (in a very rude tone) we both said no. He then proceeds to say again even louder can I help you with something in the drawers (even more rude this time)? Before my friend could even finish what she was saying about what we were looking for he snaps, all the orange ones are gone... If you truly do not want your customers in the drawers...lock them.I spend too much money in this store to be treated like a criminal or in any kind of way that is demeaning or disrespectful.Last but not least. This store is disgusting. The displays are always gross, and there is excess makeup all over the place. It makes wanting to test anything out extremely difficult. I wish someone would come in and turn this store around. I cant even begin to imagine how someone that truly needs help finding something feels when going in this store.

This is a store that you have to go into dressed up with makeup done to even get a hello from a store employee. Ive gone in bare face to try out new foundation launches and I was entirely ignored by the employees.It got so bad one day I went to the Mac counter at Macys to get my makeup done. The kicker is once I went back through Sephora with the Mac makeup on to get to the parking lot, people suddenly wanted to be extra helpful to me.I would avoid this location and just drive to Lexington. They have a better store and more selection than this location. The service is also far better.

Does anyone actually work here? I went to Sephora in the Oxmoor Mall to get help with finding a new foundation. I really wanted to talk with someone to help me find the best brand and shade for my skin type. I wandered around the store trying different shades and brands myself, hoping someone would come to assist me. Several employees walked past me and paid me no attention. There were a few other customers in the store getting assistance. All of the customers I saw getting helped were super dolled up, and well dressed women. I couldnt help but think my appearance detracted me from being helped. I had my hair in a messy bun, hardly any make up on and a tank top and jeans. Perhaps I wasnt dressed well enough for assistance.....Needless to say, I did not purchase anything from this Sephora location and never will.

This is the WORST Sephora location Ive ever visited. The staff is unfriendly and lacks knowledge about beauty and the products offered at Sephora. I refuse to have the employees here help me find or select anything- they always end up recommending awful colors to me and my friends. What a joke! The rudest Sephora in America literally. I travel frequently and have stopped in Sephoras across the nation. Unfortunately, this is the worst customer service Sephora I have ever been to EVER. To begin, I have been to this Sephora multiple times and multiple I have felt like I had a terrible experience. Most and sometimes all the Sephora workers never greet me, its not hard to say hi, can I help you with anything? Then, the looks, its like the workers are looking at you to judge you and I can assure you I dont look my worst coming in there so I dont know why they look at me crazy.To give you a real life example of going to sephora today. I went in with kat von d foundation in a kohls bag (shipped online) that I wanted to even exchange. I went to the check out desk and there was only one worker there. I said, excuse me and didnt react then I said excuse me a little louder without an attitude once I got her attention. I explained that I had foundation the bag and I wanted it to be held back there ( I do this every time at every store because I dont want to be accused that Im stealing). The white female with black boxy glasses turned and I stated very aggressively, Ill take it back here since you dont want to carry it around and snatch the bag.Im a rogue member which means I spent over $1,000 last year at sephora and this is how I get treated multiple times. I think there needs to be some training involved or reevaluating who should work there. These behaviors are unacceptable.

I honestly have no idea what is going on at this Sephora location. First and foremost, there are way too many cast members that just stand around doing absolutely nothing but gossiping. 9 out of 10 of them are extremely snobbish and extremely rude and heaven forbid you ask them for help, because theyll just act like youre inconveniencing them altogether. I have had the unfortunate luck of running in to the same unhinged woman every time I have came in here; shes plump, blonde, and does her makeup in the most atrocious bold way imaginable and spends 20-30 minutes looking at herself in the mirror instead of actually helping anyone.I recommend going to a Sephora in JCPenneys. Its less crowded and the girls arent as stuck-up. Avoid this one unless you absolutely cannot.

The absolute worst customer service experience if my life! Two associates standing and talking to each other were extremely put upon when I ask for help finding a product. One finally told me they didnt have what I was looking for or at least she didnt think they did. I ask if either of them could ask someone else. They looked at each other, then at me, then at each other, then at me......you get the idea. I left the store without making a purchase, proceeded to Ulta Beauty, where the sales lady acted happy to see me and helped me find every item on my list.
