Salon manager was unprofessional! Didn’t make me feel comfortable! Ill never come back for a service again. Kept bringing up prices when I nicely told her I was only coming for dying services. Everybody who I encountered was rude except for the hair stylist Courtney.

Had the hair care products i needed. Ordered online It was fast & i received my order correctly.

Worked there for 2 months was the worse experience ever a lot of favoritism shown only give clients to people who have been there the longest and the base pay is $8.25 if you are fresh out of school no clientele I would not recommend this be your first job try somewhere you will be treated fairly the salon manager Alisa is rude and does not care about new employees at all and how they are treated definitely was a nightmare!!

Went in hoping to get my hair colored to match my light brown roots. I ended up spending $70 and 3 hours of my time to get a result I was less than impressed with. Instead of getting a brown, my roots were dyed a reddish brown without my knowing until I got the dye washed off. The manager even picked the color and did not tell me she was planning on putting red in my hair. She said she was giving me a “nice fall look”. I was tired of sitting in the chair and spending so much time there that I felt pressured to say I liked it. I will not trust them with coloring my hair again and I will not be returning.

On my 45 minute lunch I needed to find a customized cake because I found out it was my managers last day. Nords closed in 40 minutes but they had an assortment amazing cakes and customized it on the spot. The decorative words were beautifully executed! And the chocolate on chocolate was Super delicious! Thank you Nords!

Could have been much better. Had been there to get a simple haircut for my daughter. The stylist had no idea how to cut and kept on asking what way to cut. Before the haircut, my daughter was given a shampoo wash and the wash was done in like a minute. In the end the haircut was okay. One side the hair was curvy inside and the other side the hair was curvy outside.

I’ve been getting my haircuts from Jeremy for quite sometime! He’s the best. I followed him from another place he left. Jeremy knows how to cut hair so you get a “perfect tv haircut” so your hair lays where it should.Don’t need to use a lot of product.If you want to look good, Jeremy’s the dude to see!

So I brought my girlfriend to get her haircut. She has been before and was pleased with the experience. This time we show up we wait 50 minutes which was ok if the guy would have done a good job. He was awful. She just wanted a cut he went ahead and shampooed her anyways just to charge her for it. He barely even cut her hair mainly straitened it and blowdryed it and turned it into a bowl cut. He did nothing right. Nothing she told him he did his own thing. I feel bad for jcpenney for having bottom of the barrel stylists like him!!

I have been going to Micha here for about 15 years. Shes the BEST at color & cuts and the sweetest person youll ever meet.

Jessica Qualls turned my raggedy mop into a chic stylish haircut that I dont have to use my straightener on. Also she was really nice and helpful.

After trying a number of hair stylist over a period of 1 year and being so disappointed each time not to mention the amount of money spent for terrible color & cuts; I decided last December to just walk in at the JCP Salon. That is when I met Liz, who gave me a fantastic haircut for the holidays! I went back for color and highlights...I could not be more satisfied with my new found friends skills! She really knows her stuff and I always walk out feeling fantastic about myself. I now look forward to my appointments every 6 weeks! Liz is professional and compassionate about her work. I am so grateful to have Liz to keep me up to date with cut/color/highlights.

Very disappointing from beginning to end. I called last week to get my daughters hair colored and cut. I was told $105 for the color $25 for the hair to be cut $130 total. I sent my daughter there with $200 ($130 for color and cut $20 tip $50 for Hair Care chemicals) and a picture of the ombre hair color she wanted. When it was all said and done she did not even get her hair cut the color job cost $200 to top it off were on our way to another Salon to spend another $150 to get her hair recolored because it is so far from the picture supplied. Very very disappointed needless to say we will never be back. If you decide to go you better bring your checkbook because the price they tell you on the phone isnt the price theyre going to charge you when theyre done

I had a horrible hair mishap and needed a quick fix. I came in and everyone was very nice abd helpful. I had the pleasure of being seen by Lindy, WHO DID AN AWESOME JOB ON MY HAIR! now i am happy that this hair accident happened! NOW I HAVEA GREAT HAIR CUT AND A NEw stylist!
