I travel all the way from Radcliff to visit this particular Famous Hair Store. Whenever I cant find hair that Im looking for they always have the best options in stock. You can even get a good deal if you buy a certain number of a particular item. They truly have a customer in me.

I love the fact that they will allow you to return unopened products up to 7 days after purchase. Too many hair stores have no return policies.

Need more light. Dull atmosphere. Warehouse shopping feeling. Not enough help.

They never open up at 8am like they say. I come almost everyday and they don’t open the doors until 10 mins til 9am. Wish we could make a complaint to the owner. Either open at 8am or change your open time.

Nice place.They Need prices on products..so you can calculate your purchase beforehand ...and for all of their workers to wear masks

Went to this store for only purpose of the NEW detangler brush (The one that suppose to be created for thick / course black girls) and they didnt have what I needed. But the owner seemed REALLY receptive on the request for the brush. He told me he would order it for me and to check back next week, so I guess Ill know next week. And Ill update you on the customer service 🖖

The crochet hair selection is very minimal. There use to be so much of a better crochet hair selection. What happened?

They have everything here from wigs, hair hair care body care some clothing artificial jewelry lot of perfume eyeshadows just go in and relax and just shop around.

My mom got me hair from a few weeks ago, she got 3 bundles 16,18,20 for $80. I went yesterday and tried to get 18” and 20” and was told almost $90 for just two. The prices are never consistent nor are they posted anywhere, which leads you to think they just charge you what they want for that day.

Zero star really!I!! I called to find out if they had a specific product that I needed and when the phone was answered the man told me that he needed to put someone else on the phone that could help me. I said thank you and I waited and I waited and I waited for about 15 or 20 minutes and I started yelling hello, hello, hello in the phone and he never answered me and I could hear everything going on in the background. Yes he was taking care of other customers but he didnt take care of the one on the phone. He had called for somebody but I dont know if they heard him because they never came to the phone and he left me on the phone so I finally hung up. That is bad customer service. I have worked in customer service most of my adult life and I would have never left anyone on the phone that long without coming back to the phone. Im not going to waste my gas and time to just drive out there to find out if they do or dont have the product that I need. Thats what phones are for, to call and find out.

The customer service is amazing the lady’s in the wig section went to all ends to make sure I was satisfied and happy not only did she sell me the wig she made sure it fit me ❤️ I love my hair thanks girls

This place is huge. Its ran by a pretty young Millennial staff who are very friendly, and very helpful. Made it very pleasant to return and exchange merchandise. Merchandise price at very reasonable rates customer service was great. The store was clean. The selection was huge. I love this place.

Been to a few beauty stores since moving out to Kentucky but I literally drive almost an HR away to buy my supplies from famous hair because they are better prices than the beauty supply stores near me. Staff is also very welcoming!! 😁

Big store... Good selection/ variety to choose from. Reasonable prices... But horrible cuaromer service. Their atarted their curbside recently and choose their worse employees to run it. They are rude and very dismissive. I will keep my business with the ones that appreciate it.

The workers were extremely rude. I even let the woman who works with the wigs know that it was my first time ever being in a beauty place like that so I was a little overly excited about everything and it was like they went out of their way to make it the worst experience possible and make me never want to go back to their business again. Theres another beauty supply place just a couple stores down and thats going to be who gets my business from now on.

Great selection and prices but the customer service is the worst, the lady that helps with the wigs is awesome, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I really felt sorry for her as lots of people came in, she tried her best to help everyone with absolutely no help from the other staff, they could careless about her or the customers, they basically stood back (one on his phone) and just watched. They were very dismissive . They have a beauty supply full of the products we use, but It is obvious that they really dont care for African Americans, your prices are good, but Ill stick with the people who appreciate my business and not just my money.

Got this hair there. Reasonably priced, nice staff with a lot of helpers, no long lines when I went(Sat nite, Sun afternoon).

I love it!!!! Thee best in town hands down all around well rounded company with a good people person type of staff to carry the company name well done. And the products are actually worth the price!

Visited this store for the first time yesterday and was suprised by how large and roomy the store was. They had a large selection of products, tools, braiding hair, wigs, accesseries and more from wall to wall for decent prices. They have sales most of the time and advertise through facebook. You dont get that watched feeling and the staff were very friendly. Got a fist full of free sample products at check out. This is definitely my new go to store. Highly recommend.
