This location has great products, variety, and the lady is very knowledgeable about the products she carries. Shes straight to the point but, very helpful and courteous when waiting on you. She doesnt make you feel rushed to leave the store. Very nice.

I just LOVE this place!!! The moment I pulled into the parking lot, my eyes lit up. If youre a nail tech, like myself, its like shopping in a candy store! They have a huge selection of products to choose from. The store is clean, organized and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful.Oh, about the parkings, there is ample parking and easy to drive in and out. I no longer have to stress out about driving and parking to get my nail products like most of the other nail supplier locations. This is a plus for me, since Im not much of a driver.I found out the other day, theyll also do drill repair and maintenance. This is awesome, I can get my supplies and have my drill taken care of at one location. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience to shop there--friendly, affordable and convenient. You will definitely see me there again!

Absolutely one of the nicest ladies in the nail industry in Louisville period. Very professional and helpful. She has a professional response for every question and concern that Ive ever had. From student all the way to professional, she has always treated me kindly. :)

HSL has been my go-to place for all my products. Theyre very friendly and answer all my questions. They provided me with a list of all the state-board required materials and also the prices for each of the products. They even pointed out where everything was and which products were for better use. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I enjoy going to HSL rather to any other brand name store. I strongly recommend it to anyone and everyone who has a permit, license or is a student.

She sold me a brush, I didt check it and 12 days later when I went to use it I just realized the brush wasnt good. I ACTUALLY kept my receipt just in case but nothing. When I came back to returned she said no cause nail polish, brush and some more stuff are not accepted back(on my receipt didnt said nothing about brush)She told me the receipt it was just a proof that I bought something there,[ what explanation]. . I couldnt believe it. . She didnt returned my money neither changed it for another one. She just said Im sorry without any other excuse. Im in the beauty school and I dont have a lot of resources to being buying stuff every once in a while. Im really disappointed about this . I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE. In this kind of business have to have always a solution for costumers.
