Amazing car shop. Staffs are professional and the shop is clean. Most importantly they are honest and the price is as reasonable as it can be! (So far we have done oil change and alignment here.) I have been using this biz for car, SUV and van repairs for past 10 years. They work with customer to get your repairs done efficiently and in a timely manner. Highly recommend them. We have a Honda Odyssey Van that had some weird error messages that dealer could not fix. Took it here for a second look they fixed it in a few hours for a very reasonable price. Just another example of quality service!

I would recommend Louisville Auto & Tire to anyone that is needing any sort of automotive repair/maintenance. I have taken my truck to them on a few occasions and have yet to be disappointed. I never had a go-to mechanic, but I will only be taking my truck to Louisville Auto & Tire from now on. The customer service is phenomenal and they are quick to get the job done, as well as being very communicative about price and repairs needed. I find their prices for parts and labor are very reasonable, and I have even noticed I pay less than what was originally quoted. I am not the type to usually leave a review, but I feel this is justification for the great work they have done for me.

We have been using Louisville Tire and Auto for many years for both our business and personal needs. There is no such thing as a perfect mechanic, too many variables. I will say that they are honest, experienced, and thorough. When you go to a dealership, you often get pay a lot more, because they troubleshoot by fixing everything and often not very well. These guys are not afraid to fix the problem and save you some money.

From the word go, they were awesome! I called them when my car wouldnt start and the help was top notch every step of the way.Since my car wouldnt start, they connected me to a super friendly tow truck company to get my car to their shop. Once there, they gave me an initial quote that was competitive, but told me theyll shop around for the best prices on parts.They found my parts cheaper than expected and it cut my quote by 30-40%! Once installed, they found out that part wasnt the issue, and they dug deeper to discover the root of the problem.I got lucky and the final repair was inexpensive and quick! But they were always honest and timely every step of the way.10/10 would recommend working with them... As noted by also dropping my girlfriends car with them the same day, ha!

Ive been taking my cars here for the past 2 years, and a review is long overdue. The crew is professional, courteous, and honest. I do my own routine maintenance, but for emergencies or big jobs, these guys have always taken the time to explain the issue, their process, and answer all my questions without belittling me or rushing me out the door like some other shops. Some jobs are a little pricier than other places, but they have never tried to convince me to do work that was unnecessary, and have even given me options when I couldnt afford the work in the moment. The biggest job they have completed for me was to redo my entire clutch and the improvement to my cars handling was incredible-night and day. I am coming up on 10,000 miles with the new clutch and there have been 0 issues so far; the same goes for all the other work they have done. Just today, I needed to stop by after a ladder flew off the truck ahead of me while I was driving. They got me in quickly as a walk in, and didnt even charge me for the inspection! I will continue using Louisville Tire and Auto when I need, and am very thankful for the crew and their hard work!

Fastest service Ive ever had - I had a screw in my tire and they plugged it in 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly, polite, and easy going.

So friendly and great quality of work

Came in to get my winter tires put on. I specifically asked them to mark on the sidewall of each tire the location where it was mounted (front driver, passenger rear, etc.) so that I could preserve my tire rotation schedule. I also specifically asked for the front tires to be inflated to 35 psi and the rear tires to be inflated to 33 psi, since those are Toyota’s specifications for optimizing MPG on my vehicle. They did neither of these things. Though to be fair, I’ve never been able to find a tire shop that can follow these two simple requests.They were also somewhat lax about wearing masks in the lobby. The woman at the front desk had hers off for half the time I was in there. We’re all tired of wearing masks, but we’re at an all-time high of COVID cases here in Colorado.

Finally, an honest tire shop! I had a flat, and the team at Louisville Tire fixed the tire in only a few hours and didn’t try to upcharge me in any way. They were super busy, so I feel like everyone already knows about the quality and service here!

Everyone interacted with at Louisville Tires was kind, knowledgeable and able to help in a timely manner with a patch on my tire. I would highly recommend and am looking forward to using them when I need new tires!

Not the best customer service, overcharged for repairs and my check engine light came on two days after they had fixed the issue and re-inspected my car. Took it to another shop and they fixed everything for half the price before adding on another discount for the terrible work performed by the other mechanics(apparently they laughed at some of the stuff that was done, taped up pieces and old parts used) will never go here again and will never recommend this place to anybody.

Friendly, independent service at a (usually) reasonable price. Fast too! I have used them only for oil changes and other minor work but they always do a good job and seem very honest.

I told them that I thought my starter was dying because my car kept failing to start and its a common problem with the car I have. They kept it for three days, an excessive amount of time, insisted nothing was wrong, and I had to pay them $125 just for them to tell me that. A week later, my starter dies. Are you kidding me? Stop ripping people off and wasting their time. Firestone may be a bigger corporation but at least they solve problems and do it in a timely fashion.

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had with an auto shop. They are honest and fairly priced. For instance, I just knew I needed new tires, but Mike assured me that all I needed was a rotation. Thats not the kind of honesty I expect at any other shop. Lville Tire is the only place I will take my vehicles and I highly recommend it to everyone in need of tire, transmission, or brake services.

It’s been a couple years since I’ve brought a car here but they were always honest, upfront and easy to deal with. I’m giving 4 stars only because I spent a lot of money on repairs to fix a rear axle noise but nothing they replaced fixed the problem. I would still recommend them and use them for repairs after my cars are out of warranty.

The two main things I need in an auto shop are honesty and integrity in their work. Louisville tires has always given me that.....along with amazing customer service and willingness to accommodate. They have been timely with repairs and its always done right. We have had 6 or 7 vehicles serviced there over the past decade. There were many times I thought that I was going to be in for a big ticket and it ended up being something simple. Today was an example of that with my brake light on and my check engine light on. Simply an air filter hose out of place (no charge) and a little brake fluid ($14) You can trust this this family-owned shop and their employees. They have done me right so many times! I’ve used Louisville Tire for years for seasonal changing and balancing of tires. Good quality, reasonable pricing. Just tried them for auto care and won’t go.back: slow, over-priced and little concern for the customer. Stick to tire changes and balancing and you’ll be just fine.

Recently remodeled the customer waiting area and office space. Nice and spacious and well maintained. Prices are very fair and stand behind their warranty offered of 12mo./12k miles. Friendly courteous and very knowledgeable staff. Provides tires, alignment, general maintenance services and all general repairs. Well located in Louisville and ample parking typically.

I brought my truck in this morning to have my brakes checked and some brake parts replaced. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. Over the phone, and in person, the customer service was top notch. They called me while the work was being done to let me know about an issue that could become problematic in the future. They were honest and direct, had a price ready for me, and didnt pressure me. After I was all paid up, they took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my truck. The next time I need to have some work done, I wont hesitate to go back to Louisville Tire & Auto Care.

Hard to find honest mechanics. Friendly, helpful and reasonable. They understand the long game. Instead of finding things every time I come in they realize that if theyre realistic with what needs to be done and what can wait that Ill just bring my car there every time. Love these guys.

Place is super helpful. Still halfway through with changing my wheel bearings and they are being super accomidating to helping me press what I dont have tools for and helping me fix my screw ups with my ball joints. Been a bunch of times over the last couple of days and they are courteous nice and quickly taking care of the bits I cant do myself.

Excellent service! Went in to get my squeaky breaks checked and an estimate. They got me in the next day for an appointment; quote me an hour and half--only took 40 minutes! And the best part: they didnt try to sell me more than I needed or suggest more work needed to be done. Louisville Tire is much more than a tire place. They do full service repairs. They are timely, affordable, and honest. I have been going here for 9 years and have been consistently pleased with their service and work. The one time I had a concern about a job, they were fantastic about walking me through what happened.

Short notice tire repair to remove a screw, I’d called in to see if they could get me in soon, they said it would be $8 and take ~15 minutes and to just come by. They were professional, courteous and very fast. Repair was done in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Stopped by with a leaking tire that would go flat ever ~24 hours. They got us in without delay and quick diagnosed the issue: screw in the tire, pulled the screw, installed a permanent plug, and charged us $0!!!! Nice group of people! Great service!! Will go back there for any automotive needs!

I love these guys! Ive serviced my car here for two years now, and have always been treated fairly, speedily and well. They are knowledgeable and honest. I just had a huge gearbox problem on my car, and they told me to check the warranty with Subaru to see if they could help, which they could. His suggestion saved me $1600!! Not every garage would suggest going to the competition!! They get my custom, my vote and my confidence!!!

Super service. Prices on tires might be a bit higher than other mass-market tire shops. But the cost for service and repairs is almost free. Im happy to give them the tire business, because they are so reasonable in their other service prices. And, they are super easy to schedule, so amazing quick work, underpromise on timing. Theyll say it will take an hour, and they call 1/2 to tell you they are done - Never the opposite. Im usually just getting into a cup of coffee at a nearby coffee shop, when the all finished call comes in. I really appreciate this shop. Places like this are why I support independent business.

Service -- 2 times Ive left w/ unfilled fluids -- coolant once and steering fluid once. Recommended a set of tires worth more than my Jeep, my best friend laughed, so did I. My brakes were redone and the brake light was still on -- had to go back, but they fixed that. Im not confident that Im getting the best quality service or attention.

We have been taking all of our cars to Louisville Tire for many, many years. Theyre not the fastest, but their work is consistently excellent and they dont try to sell you things you dont need. Highly recommended.

My brakes were squeaking so I brought it in to have the brakes replaced. It turns out it was just a backing plate rubbing a little bit that was causing the noise. So they removed it and fixed my problem for a lot less than I was expecting. Heres the thing, a lot of shops would have just replaced the pads and removed the backing plate which would have cost significantly more and would have been unnecessary. But the consumer would have never known. These guys are extremely honest about everything and I tell everyone I know to go here because honesty in auto repair can be hard to come by.

I was given an upfront quote, for the same quality of tires and pads that Big O was offering, and they were over $100 less than the quote I received. The service was great...I will definitely be back.

My tire had a slow leak. I called this place to see what they charge. They said $9-16 depending on whether it needed to be plugged or patched. When I got there I asked them if they could cut fix the plastic guard that was hanging down below the engine.When all was done I went to pay. They told me that I didnt owe them anything. They said that I can just come back for an oil change some day instead. I was very impressed with the service they provided me. I walked out of there without giving them a penny. I will be back again for sure!

I just took my RAV4 in to fix a flat. The folks there were super friendly and the whole thing took about 15 minutes tops. The most impressive thing though was the fact that they insisted on NO CHARGE for the service! Ill be returning for not only tire work but other auto services as well...

Honest but double check the costs. Make sure they quote the labor hours in advance. I paid at least $50 above quoted pricing.

Came Im needing an authorized Cooper Tire retailer because i had a leak in one of my tires. One hour later it was all done, the tech found the nail, did the patch, daisy or was on them. Huge 5 stars guys! Thanks!

They deserve every 5 star review theyve gotten. Oil changes are quick and really reasonably priced.They dont try to sell/fix things that are unnecessary. Went in for an oil change, they told me my air filter is fine, but will need to be replaced next oil change. I was going to just replace it myself since its an easy thing to do, but I found out they dont charge labor to install it, just the price of the filter.Ran over a screw a few months later. I called ahead and asked how much it cost to plug, they said $8-$10, which I thought was reasonable - those DIY kits are the same cost.. and its DIY. So I brought my car in, they did it for free! All they said was, just make sure to come back here whenever you need something else. I scheduled my husbands oil change for the next day.Brought my husbands beat up car in for an oil change. He had a minor accident a while back and his back bumper was hanging a bit. When the mechanic finished my oil change and handed me the keys he informed me that he just bolted the bumper back up so it wasnt hanging anymore, no big deal!.Long story short, Im never going anywhere else for my car maintenance needs.

After a crappy morning finding a couple screws in my tire, I decided to pull the thing off myself and bring it in for a patch. They slapped it together within 5 minutes and sent me on my way, no charge. Great company, will do business with again!

Last year I brought my 2007 Toyota Corolla for some work after a coworker recommended them (Im new to Boulder) and they came in under their estimate so I was stoked. I just brought my fiances 2008 Toyota Yaris in to replace the wheel bearing. A a defective sensor turned on the ABS light requiring a few trips back and lots of labor hours and all they charged me for was the oil change I had them do while the car was in the shop before I drive to California. Im always going back here for any work I need done.

Trustworthy prices good service

Brought my car in there due to a power steering fluid leak. The mechanic looked it over the next morning and called me back with the bad news. It was a broken pump. I told him that I just had it replaced a year or so ago and he immediately suggested that I call the place where I originally had the work done incase they had a warranty.He was right. The part was covered and I got my car fixed for free by the original shop. Louisville Tire & Auto Care is an extremely honest shop that saved me hundreds of dollars. I was only charged for the 18 minutes of lift time that it took to find out my pump was broken.I will be bringing my car here without hesitation for any issues that show up in the future.
