From the estimate to picking up my truck it was handled very professionally. No shortcuts, kept his word on timetable, and communication was second to none. Not only did they say my truck would be done in four days but it was done in 3 and even stayed late so I could pick it up after work. As far as quality goes, you’re not going to find better. Paint looks incredible, along with the new bumper/tailgate. Very happy with my experience and will be back in the future if I need any work done. Highly recommend Ryan and his team.

I took my 2018 Black Silverado to Don Embry body shop to see if they could get the green over spray off my truck that was all over my it. have know idea where it came from. Ryan and the crew made my truck look better than the day I bought it. Went in for what I thought was a simple request (Can you put this rear bumper on?). I was pitched an elaborate situation that totally didnt apply to my situation. My guess is if you dont have a major collision or something expensive to fix these arent your guys bc they didnt want to do the job...Took it right up the street a little past this location and the guy put my bumper on for $100! My advice would be to keep driving

My 2018 camry mirror was hit and they went above and beyond what was initially scheduled. Not only did they restore the mirror, they also worked with the insurance company to get the additional damage restored that I didnt notice. They also fixed my fender and cleaned the car inside and out which was the cherry on top. I highly recommend these guys for their exceptional work and professionalism.

Best experience Ive ever had at a body shop. My 2002 Toyota land cruiser was down and out with a completely obliterated tail light panel and rear bumper. They got it fixed within the week, buffed out dozens of scratches, and had the car ready and gorgeous Monday morning. Past that they were always amicable, enthusiastic and ready to answer any questions I had. Its never looked better and I owe it all to the crew at Don Embry body shop.

Ryan and his guys did an excellent job on painting my front end. I had rock chips from driving on local interstates. I asked Ryan to fix a couple of other issues, which he did with no problems. If you need paint and body work, I highly recommend Don Embry Body Shop. They do high quality work and stand behind it. I had the pleasure to know Ryan Embry from Don Embry Body Shop recently due to my car being rear-ended by a pick up truck. My experience with Ryan was nothing but positive. He was extremely professional and helpful. I had stopped by another toyota certified car shop earlier to get an estimate but left with some disappointment. I then went to Ryans shop and not only was he quick to run an estimate for me, but also gave me all the information regarding how to deal with the insurance company which is something they dont want you to do know. Because of his accurate estimate report and experience dealing with auto insurance companies, I quickly heard back from the faulty drivers insurance company with the appropriate coverage. Ryan takes care of his customers very well. Even tho I did not have my car repaired there due to total loss, I have no doubt that their repair job is just excellent as their customer service, and i would recommend anyone to take their cars to Ryan for repair.

After having a bit of a rusty experience from a different body shop in Louisville I took my 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis with 50,000 here to Don Embrys Body Shop after it had been keyed down the whole driver side up and back down from front to rear quarter panel. I arrived on Tuesday afternoon around 3pm or so for a estimate and couldnt be more happy with the way I was greeted and how the whole estimate situation turned out. I was told exactly what needed to be done and how it needed to be done to fix my car the right way. Mike told me that if I was willing to go through with having my car fixed that I could drop it off first thing Wednesday morning and he would have it back to me Friday afternoon.They called me Friday to let me know it was ready and I headed up there to pick it up after I got off work. I went to the office when I arrived and Mike was called to take me to check out my car. I was amazed at how the car looked upon arriving. I could already tell from a distance that everything matched up perfectly and I noticed it even more when getting closer and looking at the paint work. I cant tell this car has ever been repainted. Its only been a few days since Ive had the car back but everyone who knew the scratch was there is just speechless at how good the paint matched up, and how it looks. Ive gotten nothing but great compliments ever since Ive had it back. I can say for sure that not only are Mike, Ryan and his crew here at Don Embrys good trustful people, they know exactly what it takes and have the right equipment to do great quality body work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing any kind of paint/body work.
