Took my vehicle there yesterday. I would highly recommend them. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonable. I was kept inform on the problem and progress of repair. Definitely taking my vehicle there from now on

I should say that I have not had my car serviced here, and this is why: Had some issues with my car not starting, took it to a national chain that didnt fix the actual problem, but charged me over $400 for the incorrect work they DID do. Called Haddads on recommendation from a friend, described the problem to them, and they actually recommended that I take it to another local shop (one that they send out electrical issues to) to get it fixed.The fact that they were up front and honest and told me that my car would be likely be sent to the other shop for my issue was wonderful. They easily could have had me bring in the car and then marked up the cost of the work I ultimately had done (which was pretty reasonably priced in the end). Honesty goes a long way with me, and Ill be going to them in the future if my car needs work again.

Dewayne is the hot rod guy for sure...These guys are the most honest people you will ever meet and the work is bar none the best i have come across.. We Have a fleet of service trucks and several personal vehicles and 1 hot rod nobody works on any of our vehicles except HD AUTOMOTIVE I recommend you call these guys they are great!!!!!

I have taken my car to Joe over the years and have been satisfied with the work. I thought I needed a really expensive repair job once and was prepared for a huge bill however after they looked at my car they found it was an easy and cheap fix. Thanks guys at Haddads

Went by and they did a brief check on a vehicle I was going I buy. He gave I the advice I needed to not buy it. Would recommend nice and clean shop

I have mixed feelings about Haddads. They recently installed some new tires on my car. I called ahead of time to get a quote on the tires I wanted, and they told me the price and to bring my car in anytime because they have a warehouse where they have all of their tires. The day I brought my car in, they called me at work to inform me that they did not have my tires after all and could not get them for a few days or maybe not at all as the company was discontinuing my tire. I ended up going with the tires they recommended, and they seem to be good tires, but Im a little leary of taking my vehicle back to them after my experience.
