There was some issues on my part.However the vehicle that I wanted they sold right in front of me after running my credit.They told the people who were getting a vehicle prior to me that it wasn’t available but let me look at it in and out. So they ran my credit knowing I only wanted that vehicle that actually wasn’t even available!I told them I had $600 to put down, however I would’ve put whatever I had to down to get THAT vehicle!Watch out with these people! I think they knew what they were doing and tried to offer me a lesser vehicle after they had sold the only one on the lot that I was interested in AFTER I spent 4 hours at the dealership 😒

I used to hear a lot of bad things about this place when it was JD Byrider. Now that it is just Byrider gave it a chance and its a really good place. The sales people are very friendly and extremely helpful. Yes, I have had some issues with the vehicle I bought but the service department fixed them quickly. They covered the cost of a rental while my car was being repaired and they got it fixed right. Ive recommended this lot to other people andI would again.

You know, the workers there are truly amazing! And try to help you as much as they can. They got us in a vehicle pretty quickly. Left in our car the same day! With little down payment. Monthly payments are a little high, but that wouldnt be an issure if it wasnt for our vehicle its self. It has been in the service dept more than we have had it. And weve had it less than 7 months. Well get it back, then a few weeks to a month later, well have to call to get the car towed back in! Its just crazy. Like I said the service is very nice, the people there are fantastic, I just wish our vehicle would get fixed, and STAY fixed. Its an inconvenience and just frustrating.

This has been the longest oil change Ive ever had done Ive waited over 2 hours for my car to be returned to me and I am still waiting they didnt have the oil filter for my car and Ive had to ask twice about why its taking so long. The employees are very courteous but the time for servicing your vehicle is absolutely terrible

Well if you want a good experience buying a car you like not what they want you to leave with my advice is to run run as fast away from these people. Me and my husband has did everything they ask he makes 19.00 an hour and works 50 hours a week he has no rent or other bills and they knew from the first time I visited which was 15 ago what I wanted and they even said we will go pick the car up because its at Tennessean byrider. Than finally after going through what felt like Home land Security we got approved ...than comes this. Well the car you want is almost 4 thousand more than we are willing to approve you for. Which would have been ok but they knew from day one what car I wanted and the only one I wanted but did they say welk we cant promise you that because we have no idea if you can get approved gor that no no they said we will have car here next day.. lol this is the biggest run around and horrific experience Ive been through and I take treatments for cancer. So do yourself a favor and dont waste your time!!!because its not a fun time

First off I’ve been leasing a car with them since last July and I’ve only drove it maybe 3 months the time I’ve had it. I’ve had to put it in the shop three times n the service dept. barely answers the phone to find out the status on the work. They never have an estimated time on how long the car is going to take to fix and they are very rude on top of that. I won’t lease a car from them ever again.

Complete rip off...bought my car at the one in Owensboro and then moved here. They could not transfer my contract because Owensboro is a Franchise and Louisville was a company store. I had my car serviced in Louisville this summer the week before going to Florida.I called and made an appointment asking for specific things. I asked for 4 new tires rated at 70k miles and a new wheel. They were supposed to take my best used tire and put it on the new wheel so I would have a full size spare. I also asked for an oil change and a tune up. I took my car and dropped it off but when called to check the progress it was not ready because they did not order the parts and have everything ready for my scheduled appointment. It delayed my pickup another day.When picking my car up, the tires were not what I asked for, the when was not done and I was treated like some stupid female for not realizing my tire would not fit on the spare tire rim that was already there. I ended up going to a tire place and paying more for what I had asked for. My quote of about $362 ended up at this point being over $800 with the rim and mounting from a different place and a leak in the transmission they found.While in Florida we ended up sitting on the side of the road with $270 worth of nonrefundable tickets, paying $116 for a tow, and losing the majority of the day to learn from another JD Byrider that whomever serviced it before left a piece of plastic in the engine compartment and it sucked up through the engine. The mechanic said he has never seen anything like this just picked up off the road--that it had to have been left in the engine compartment when serviced.Before getting the car back home other lights come on, a wheel bearing starts going bad and it had another part needing replacement.I filed a complaint with the local store and got about $100 comped off the repair...even though we were now out over a grand including the original repairs. I took the complaint to corporate and ended up having to file 2 accelerated complaints on the original complaint with the car still giving me problems. This week I gave up and dropped the car off at the Louisville lot and told them I surrendered the piece of junk and will never do business with JD Byrider again. (Yes, I know I will be slapped with a bill...but I am not paying over half the cars value to have the next thing repaired.)

The worst place to purchase a car to be honest... called several times to get my car looked at and they wouldn’t look at it I’ve had it for about two months now and the back windows don’t roll up,the transmission is going out bc I had to pay a mechanic to look at it when they’re supposed to offer free repairs up to 60000 miles after your purchase and on top of that my check engine light goes on and off and the power outlets inside of my car also don’t work so if your looking to finance a car this is the last place you wanna go to!!

When I first searched J.D. Byrider I wasnt sure if I could get a car due to me having poor credit. Not only that I thought it was a gimmick. I was approved and have a nice Dodge Avenger. The service was excellent. They work with you not against you. The payments are more than affordable. If you get paid Bi-weekly then they base it off of that. They cut your payments in half. After being turned down at some other lots for not having a larger down payment. I moved on to plan B. Hindsight is 20/20 as it wouldve saved me a lot of hassle & grief if I have just gone to Byrider first. I have to give them props because most places waste time by going through the motions of choosing a car before checking to see if you qualify for a loan. Byrider gets the majority of their vehicles from Enterprise Fleet & rental cars and for the most part they are well maintained. The one I chose, like all their vehicles has 4 matching tires & the car has emergency roadside svc. So I hope I get a few good years out of them. The Byrider purchasing process is very smooth and painless. Im happy with my purchase which included a 4yr / 60k mi extended warranty & GPS tracking device. Im very happy I took a chance with Byrider.
