Wow! What an AWESOME experience! No one likes to go to a service shop and feel as though they’ve been taken advantage of- that’s why I hate taking anything to service… especially as a woman. Well this was anything but that! From the first phone call to the car in the service bay everyone was respectful, knowledgeable and kind‼️I didn’t feel as if anyone was speaking down to me or in any condescending tone/ manner! One of the cleanest service shops I’ve ever seen!! I also received 10% off parts because I belong to MBCA!!I will recommend Autobahn Motors to everyone!

I Took my vehicle to be checked out because it will barely drive. They had it for three weeks and told me that it will cost $4200 to fix. Luckily I got tired of waiting and took it somewhere else and it was fixed for $200. The guy who answers the phone is very nice but those clowns in the back are con artists. If you don’t know exactly what is wrong with your car do not take it there.

I brought my 2007 Mercedes C230 in to have the spark plugs replaced, because It started running rough a few weeks ago. They kept my car for about 1.5 hours while I waited. I got ready to pay and found out they didnt fix anything!!! They charged me $121 for an inspection and gave me a long list of expensive repairs they think need to be done. This car has 170K miles on it and I told them I only wanted to fix the things that absolutely need to be done to keep it running smoothly. Dishonesty is something I will not tolerate from any business. They should have told be beforehand they were going to charge me $121 to tell me what I already told them when I walked in the door. I also checked with the BBB on this business and it seems this isnt the first time they have been dishonest.

Car was stalling and just having trouble starting. It was time for new spark plugs. Brakes were also going out. They did a great job on replacing them. They also really courteous. I can definitely feel the difference! Have some other things to do. Will go back.

VERY fair pricing, no service sale dill hole trying to up sale you on garbage you don’t need and mechanics who are very capable and they are typically fairly decent at scheduling you in. Always been very happy with this place.

The worst shop! Do not waste you money with a mechanics and an owner who tells you that they don’t know if a problem can be fixed. That is autobahn service for you. They keep your car for days, make you run multiple trips to the shop, and at the end car is still not fixed. Horrible customer service and knowledge. They will cut you off when talking and tell you to shut up. Unbelievably horrible experience. Never again.

I highly recommend Autobahn! The gentleman was so patient with me listening to the concerns I had about my vehicle. They explained everything to me in detail and explained to me preventative measures to take to avoid costly repairs. They were very genuine and honest with the repairs I need. I highly recommend you try them out for yourselves.

The owner gets personally involved to make sure youre getting the service you paid for. Outstanding and fair man. This is one shop which places integrity and honesty before anything else. Horrible place. I called them and ask them to diagnose my car and fix the issue do you not know it’s going on literally two months and they have yet to fix my car got my keys and everything. Not only that I had my car towed there after they told me they would check it. It cost me $107 to have it towed there from the location I was at. They’re now telling me “Sorry sir we’re really backed up you will have to take it to somewhere else.” TWO MONTHS later. But yet they’re constantly taking cars in. Now I got to go have my car towed to another location that they will not reimburse me for. They lied to me. They lied to my mother. Each week it was a different lie. I have to go to another state to get my car fixed. I’m not even the type of person to leave bad reviews. I really hate leaving bad comments about peoples business.

I have been going to Autobahn Motors since 2004, when I got my first Mercedes. They are excellent mechanics and they do excellent work. Being a consumer, it is rare to find a shop where trust is not an issue. I trust the guys at Autobahn. I not only trust the guys, I have developed a lasting friendship with them. These guys are great. Ive had more than one repair where I was holding my breath only to find they are always very reasonable, and never try to get me to do repairs that are unnecessary. I recommend them to anyone who has a BMW.

The guys at Autobahn are great. I brought my BMW X3 in and expected it to cost around $1,200 to fix because I got it quoted from another place. I added an oil change and had them fix a leak in the windshield wiper compartment and the price was still half the price that was quoted. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

We love this shop. I thought I was going to need a major repair, and when it turned out that I didnt, they took the part of and didnt charge me. Very honest guys.

Picked up a bmw off craigslist for dirt cheap after they diagnosed a bad motor, it was actually a bad battery causing car to go into limp mode. Ive put 6500 miles on the bad motor with no issues. They either are very bad at their job or they are crooks.

I bought a Used Mercedes and the seller lied to me about the problems. Don showed me 3 pages of whats wrong with it. I appreciate honesty. Now to deal with the seller.

For expert, reasonably priced Mercedes repair, this is as good as it gets. Don is extremely knowledgeable and honest.

Really nice people who do great work

Was denied service on my BMW becuase they couldnt get my car started. Was told on the phone the by i guess the manager, the job was to big and he couldnt push his mechanics to work on it. My car had been sitting up there for two weeks, and they wasnt even going to call me back. I just find it ridiculous to recieve that answer, especially when the guy on the phone asked me what was wrong with my car( starting issue and oil leak) before I even dropped it off and he told me to bring it. I thought I was bringing my car to professional mechanics, and got told they couldnt get it started lol.

Awful customer service is terrible I rather pay more somewhere else if youre a woman run! You come for one thing leave with another problem. Ghetto, uneducated, rude manager.
