Justin the Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The job he and his team did to fix my car was incredible. The paint job was a spot on match. My car looks like brand new. They even had it cleaned and detailed prior to my picking it up. I am extremely pleased with their service.

He went above and beyond and was very kind and helpful throughout. He picked up my car and brought it back to me. He went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was safe. He made this experience seamless and stress free despite the stressful times. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Took my 2008 Tundra to Justin @ Byerly Collision East to get a estimate on my truck due to some pre-existing damage that was on my truck when I purchased it. Not only did he give me a extremely fair quote to do the repairs but also told me where I could find a replacement bumper and then only charged a small fee to install on my truck. Great honest service which is hard to find these days.
Great service with the best painter in town. I highly recommend them, they provide quality work product with quick service. To top it all off they are very caring and super friendly.

Amazed by their honesty. I needed my bumper reattached, and they not only got me out of there within 45 minutes, but did not charge me anything! They used screws, fasteners, and glue — all for free. Thank you so much to Justin, the manager who worked with me.

I went here because I needed a touch up on some scratches and bad paint spots on my Audi and they did an amazing job. They fixed all the spots I was worried about and it looks like nothing even happened. Justin and the rest of the staff were so very kind and generous and I’m SO glad I went here. I definitely recommend!
The people were friendly when spoke to on the phone, but their quality of work was completely unethical. We had brought my husbands vehicle in to be looked over after it was in and accident. It took 2 1/2 months of going back and forth and told it was repairable, mind you it was far from being repaired. We got up to over $11,500 in parts and labor. When we got the car back after 1 1/2 months they said it was good to go, the insurance quote was at $8-9,000 in at this point. The side air bag panel was exposed, not even where the car was hit, so they broke that panel when putting the car back together. The paint was off, the car drove crooked down the street, the panels didn’t match up. So we called them and the manager said he didnt see any of this when he looked it over, nor did he look inside the car. So we brought it back, and were told that everything that was involved with the impact of the wreck is bent( after my husband had to point this out), and that is when we ended up getting another estimator from the insurance company come out to yet again look at a vehicle we knew was totaled, but Byerley kept saying they are trying to get it totaled out, yet it needs more parts somehow and they aren’t communicating to the insurance company this when they sent the adjuster out the first time. We had to call the company many times, sent out an estimator (third person) to finally total out the car, which mind you we were told by the shop that was doing the repairs that it should have been totaled by the amount of work that is needed. The subframe is bent, everything that has to do with the driving ability of the vehicle is unsafe and they sent my husband home in it to have our two children in it. I pray they improve the way they do business, not to mention don’t make faces at one of your customers while they are pointing out the things that you “missed”, and act all nice to his face. I don’t appreciate it what so ever, and don’t call and act like you don’t know what’s going on after the insurance come has deemed the car in fact totaled. I hope you improve the way the business is ran, and don’t leave your other staff to run the business when you’re gone and not communicate with them everything that is to be handled in your absence. I have purposefully left names out, I gave two stars for the reason I know improvement is to be made, but we will never do business with this company again.

Our experience with Byerly has been HORRIBLE! I have a 2017 Chevy Traverse which was stolen and who ever stole it knocked my passenger side mirror off. Through our insurance we set up to have the repairs done at Byerly Collision. We dropped it off on Sunday Dec 8th with the estimate for repairs being ONE week. After one week, they still weren’t done, no big deal, after 2 weeks and having to start coming out of pocket on our rental, we started getting frustrated. We were told it was in the detail shop on dec 18th and the detail job was all that needed to be done. On Monday the 23rd, we called to see if it was done and they said it was STILL at the detail shop so we said just give us back our car and we will clean it ourselves. Then we were told that the keys needed to be programmed and the “guy” that does that won’t be in until Thursday 12/26. It’s been excuse after excuse. Fast forward to Thursday. They said our car would be done at 3:30 pm so we were there to pick it up. I drive it home only to realize these idiot didn’t check the turning signal for the side view mirror they installed!! I have no turning signal. And to top it off, they car smelled musty and like mildew and the carpets were still dripping wet! Needless to say, I had to take the car back on 12/27 to get the repairs done that should of already been done! They reported to my insurance company that the car was done, which it wasn’t and charged my insurance AGAIN to fix the turning signal AND replace my floor mats that they messed up to begin with. It is now Jan 3rd almost a month without my vehicle and they call to say it’s done. My insurance company sent a wire transfer to us for the repairs they “added” on including the floor mats that they damaged. My husband told them we would bring them a check and they had the nerve to ask for our debit card info so we could pay immediately when there was nothing immediate about them fixing my car. Horrible business, horrible customer service! Go elsewhere. I will be posting on google, yelp and contacting the BBB regarding this matter. A month to fix a side view mirror and they were stupid enough not to check the turning signal!?? I’m so mad.
This paint shop is the best in all of Kentucky. They worked for weeks perfecting the paint on my husbands Land Rover Defender. It looks like new and its over 25 years old. Do not go anywhere else.
I had a very positive experience with manager C. Evans as well as the repairs performed on my vehicle. The information Mr. Evans give me when making the estimate of repairs on my vehicle ended up just as he stated. With the lifetime warranty on workmanship and the quality of the repair work, you cant go wrong.

Disappointed in the completed work. Didn’t fill in one of the dents before painting and told me you wouldn’t even notice, but you absolutely can tell and it isn’t smooth. I’m afraid it will quickly peel and rust. Not impressed.

They left lots of scratches on the car from where they removed the tape,forgot / just didnt fix the front of my bumper, and never fixed the mechanics of the car. I ended up with more problems then when the car went in. It was about a month to get my car back.
