Talk about fast and friendly. You can tell its family run from the get go. I had to get a side mirror replaced fast. They made several calls right away to get the best (cheapest) part for me. When it came in it was on and out the door in no time! Thanks guys for all your hard work.

They used intimidation and scare tactics to keep me from getting other quotes and accused me of insurance fraud and told me they were reporting my desire for getting other quotes as such. When I tried to retrieve my car they told me they did work that I did not authorize and charged me for it at 380$ nothing was fixed either. They refused to give me back my vehicle without paying for unapproved and unauthorized work. They are unethical and criminal. Go somewhere else for your collision needs.

I have not got my truck back yet so this is premature, but so far it has been the easiest deal ever, truly believed my vehicle was where it should be. Ill post pics when I get it back

Seamless from start to finish. My daughter was hit by an uninsured driver, so we had to go through our insurance to get her vehicle repaired. The shop handled everything. Speaking with our insurance, meeting with the estimator, and getting her back back on the road. Vehicle looks and runs as good, if not better than it did before the wreck. Thank you Jim berry auto.

It doesnt get any better than these guys. Professional, on time, and the quality is off the charts. I take many vehicles to him since we have a fleet of over a hundred so this review isnt just on one repair. The Berry family has done over 50 vehicles for me and not once have I ever had to call Steve and say I was not happy. Top notch. Best in class.
