Top Notch! We being from out of state involved in a collision on the interstate. We did some research of repair facilities. From the initial phone call, this place was honest and seemed well motivated for the work unlike others.From the time of start of repairs Matt kept us informed, and was exceptionally pleasant to work with. He had punctual updates with the repair process and at times went above and beyond to see our project through to completion. Thank You to Matt and his team. Honestly, I would’ve rated this place a 2 stars if I I did not work with Lynn after Shirley. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Shirley. She was not proactive in her actions, and made me frustrated with her communication. However when I had issues with my car after pick up, I was put in contact with Lynn. This man was outstanding in his professionalism, proactive actions, with the least amount of inconvenience for me as a consumer. As a consumer I wish I could’ve worked with Lynn the whole time. He is on top of it all, and is the reason I would come back to Oxmoor Collision. THANK YOU LYNN!!!

Work was completed in a timely manner even during the holidays. I received phone updates during the process but felt a little out of the loop. Maybe a few more updates or a way to check the status on my own would be a nice addition. Scott was very polite and professional and always returned my calls. My one little gripe was when I picked my car up, the air pressure light for the tires was on. I know this was just caused from the weather changing and my car being in a warm shop. Would have just been nice to not have to check tire pressure myself and had just been able to enjoy getting my car back. Tire pressure light went off as soon as I inflated them so all is good. Will definitely come back for other issues and highly recommend.

My car was in an accident and really messed up the front drivers side. My insurance gave me options and I chose Oxmoor Collision to fix it. Ive never been in a wreck before and had no idea how this was supposed to work. Laura was on it. She kept me updated and was very friendly and professional. I was afraid my car would never run the same after the accident. Let me say that it runs and drives better than before. It looks beautiful and I couldnt be happier. I am so excited to have my car back. If I ever have an accident again, which I hope never happens, I will only use Oxmoor!

They asked me to select how I’d like notified or the status of my repair (email, phone call, and text) and how often (once per day, once per week, and when repairs are complete) which is a great idea if it works. I had to call and check on the status. The repairs were good and I’m happy with the quality but it’s not great that they offer contact options then don’t the necessary follow up. Also, the entire side of my vehicle where the light amount of damage was done got cleaned as it it had been washed and waxed. The opposite side was also clean, but the hood, top and trunk were very dirty (like when I turned it in) so I had to immediately take it to the car wash. That was just unexpected.

Laura went above and beyond to ensure my experience was great and that my car was repaired properly. I got regular text updates with the status of the repairs. The original bumper they received from Mazda was defective and she ensured they got a replacement. She even helped me to get a discount at Enterprise for a rental car since I was paying for the repairs myself instead of claiming on my insurance. It looks just like new. I definitely recommend Oxmoor Collision and I will use them in the future.

They did a great job of repairing my car. When a part that was needed was delayed from the manufacturer, they informed me immediately and kept me up to date. When I picked up the car, they had totally cleaned it inside and out.

I can write a book about the odyssey that occurred with my Explorer. I had vandalism that included water damage to my truck in October 2017. Hit the GEICO adjuster, and the location I was originally supposed to go to was backed up. So I was referred to Oxmoor. The truck sat a bit before the next adjuster from GEICO looked at it. He authorized a few things, and then things kind of fell apart. Mold and all that other good stuff that goes with having standing water in a truck happened. There was a significant lack of communication, and it got to the point to where my wife wanted me to call daily. Im certain I became a pain for them. Meanwhile my daughter got rear ended - so we took our car there too.My daughters car was done so fast I was surprised. In. Out. Communication. A PLUS WORK!My Explorer was still there. Lack of communication. Then at the end of December we got the call that we could pick our Explorer up. The body work was A-plus. There were mistakes on the interior, and the smell was still present. Arrangements were made to take it back. MUCH FRUSTRATION.Heres why they get 5 Stars. They came out when I dropped it off the second time. They literally had a team together to take notes. They acknowledged that things could have been better. They found us a loaner to drive. Then they got to work. They had a few delays on parts and insurance company approvals, but when I picked my Explorer up on January 31, 2018 - I couldnt believe my eyes. The 3 month odyssey was over!I sat in my Explorer, and honestly felt like I was in a new truck. They went through the truck - top to bottom, and made sure that what they presented to me was A-Plus. They also stated that they had put some new processes in place to prevent anyone from falling through the cracks.My explorer was a nightmare when I dropped it off. I was very upset and angry at them in the first round - but they owned it and made everything right - and I would highly recommend them. I cannot begin to convey how happy I am.I *WILL* use them again in the future (even though they would probably cringe at the sight of me walking in the door).

Nevertheless, the way I was treated was certainly of good value. Justin Cavalier was my contact. He was fast, thorough, and very pleasant He stayed in touch with me as the work was progressing. He took care of everything and I Always felt I was in good caring hands. The two women I met at the reception desk were also pleasant, attentive, and eager to help. All around a great experience!

Had a hit and run on my 2012 Honda Pilot, rear passenger door. The estimate from my insurance adjuster was very thorough, and included fixing the dents, trim, and paint. I took my car to Oxmoor Collision, and upon further inspection it was noticed that the safety bar within the door was damaged and the door needed to be replaced. Laura handled everything for me with the insurance company and the changes to the repair estimate, and ensured everything was fixed properly. She kept me updated regularly on the status of my car. Oxmoor only had the car for three days, and Laura arranged for the car to be delivered to my home due to COVID! I was pleasantly surprised that the interior had also been detailed! I would definitely recommend Laura at Oxmoor Collision to family and friends!!

Considering the circumstances the whole process was pretty pleasant. Laura took care of my claim, kept me up to date on the progress, and made hitting a dear a not so upsetting ordeal. The work looks great. Time will tell if all holds up. Would definitely recommend if going through insurance.

I had my truck repaired here through Geico Express. I brought it in on 6/11, and they had it completed on 6/16, with the weekend included. My bumper had to be replaced and the rear quarter panel repainted, and all work is guaranteed as long as I own the truck. Jennifer kept me posted as they worked through the repairs. Would recommend.

When I brought the car home my family joked Whos Jeep is that in the driveway?

My tire light popped in so I went by without an appointment during my lunch to get checked. They were able to check my tire pressure, do a quick check and got me in my way. Excellent service!

Quality of the body work was exceptionally good and turn-around time was excellent. There were, however, several flaws in the paint work (foreign matter stuck in the paint). This is very disappointing, considering that the color blending and paint coverage was otherwise top-notch. Still one of the best shops in town, with a lifetime warranty on their work.

My Rav 4 had a paint recall and Oxmoor Toyota sent it to Oxmoor Collision for the recall work. She came back clean and so far the paint job looks great! I dropped her w just over half a tank of gas and she came back w the tank drained. Oxmoor Toyota put a half tank back in her. I didn’t ask for them to replace the gas so that was unexpected and very nice. The Collision Center is 6 miles down the road and he said he didn’t know why the gas would be gone but he was happy to take care of it.The paint job looks good.

I was very happy with the service I received. The communication throughout the process was excellent as they kept me up to date on the status of my repair. The end product was gorgeous you would never know my car had been in an accident. I highly recommend their work.

Needed to get a estimate on my vehicle. Victoria was very clear and welcoming over the phone when I asked when I could get in —walk ins are welcome! Gentleman directed me to the correct place to park when I arrived. Wes made the estimate and was very honest and clear. He listened to all of my concerns and showed me where he made note on the estimate for said concern. The estimate was much lower than I had anticipated, this is great for people handling repair privately. I even got advice on the transaction if I were to handle without insurance. I forgot to ask Wes how long it would take, but even reception was able to answer instead of me waiting for the next technician.Overall, very thorough and pleasant experience. Coffee was great, too!

Oxmoor was fantastic. They picked up my car from work and shuttled me to the airport. When I returned from my vacation, my car was ready and looked like new. Hopefully, I won’t need the collision center again.

I have used their services twice. Both times were great, but they really did good work on the second one. They got the repairs, replacements, and painting done sooner than stated. They cleaned my Jeep very thoroughly before returning to me. Specific accolades to Laura who kept me informed step by step-she really went out of her way. Hopefully I never need collision repair again, but if I do, I’ll go there without a doubt.

I took my 2011 Toyota Corolla to have it repaired after I was struck by another driver. It was the 3rd body shop I visited for an estimate. I figured by being a Toyota certified shop, the price was going to be much higher than my previous 2 estimates. To my surprise they were the best price of the 3 and appraiser Laura Tucker was very honest with me about the repairs that would need to be done. When I questioned the difference between the other estimates, she explain in great detail what they would and why she thought the other were higher. This alone make me feel I could trust the work they would do. The wait to get my car in the shop was VERY short and they completed the work a day early. Also to my surprise I was sent texts from Laura keeping me posted as to where they were in the process, something that has never happen before. I hate to admit it but I would say I have have my vehicles in body shops for repair no less than 7 times (only a few my fault) and I have never had the experience I had at Oxmoor Collision. I can honestly say I will NEVER see the inside of any other body shop in the future.P.S. The car looks great!!

They did a great job repairing my car and even cleaned it when I picked up. They did forget to reset some things but it was handled quickly and they included an apology and gas card for my inconvenience. I’d definitely recommend and use in future.
