I totaled my car recently, although this has been a difficult time. Bachman Collision has been exceptionally awesome. Especially the woman at the front desk, I didn’t catch her name but she’s been so sweet the couple of times we did talk. 100% recommend them to anyone who needs an estimate or body work!

They did a good job replacing our catalytic converter after it was stolen. They worked well with our insurance company, too. Only 4 stars because they didnt communicate with us during that 1st week, so we had no idea how long the job would take. It took two weeks to do the job, which seemed a little long. If you dont hear from them in a few days be sure to call them.

Mike and his daughter at the collision shop were legitimate angels. I got hit by a semi in an accident while driving through Kentucky and my car was in pretty bad shape. The tow truck bought my car there and I had no idea what to do as I was not from there and on my way to Atlanta. They were able to help me arrange a rental car for the day and when I came back he looked at my car to see if it was still safe to drive while I am dealing with insurance. This was really amazing as I was a young woman alone in a place I am unfamiliar with. I felt like he and his daughter really cared about my well being and really helped me in a time when I was completely lost and had no idea what to do. Thank you both so much. You really deserve to be recognized for you kindness and honesty. That means a lot when people are dealing with their cars and more importantly dealing with what is one of the worst days of their life following an auto accident. I cannot thank you enough, it really warms my heart and my mother also thanks you. I’m glad there are still good people in this world.

Front desk was great. Then the adjuster walks up and ask me which insurance company it was under. After I told him Liberty he said oh hold on I have to grab a different clip board. He comes back and from that point on was not willing to even let me explain what happened when I was hit. My truck almost was flipped over and was twisted in mid air. He accused me twice of having parts on my truck that someone before me had replaced and hadnt put a vin sticker om that part and also didnt believe my truck was a z71 package because I had removed the z71 stickers from the deck lid on rear. It clearly states package on vin number and title. I spoke with the front desk which was beyond compassionate and they told me thats how he is and please ask for another adjuster. He also must have a deal with liberty because he wrote the smallest estimate and wanted to fix creases and folds in my rear hatch instead of replacing it. I have estimates for 3 times as much but for some reason he wanted my estimate to show bare min replacement but said they would deal with insurance if they found more damage if I chose them to do the repair. The wreck itself has left me shaking for weeks and now Im shaking writing this review. Zero compassion. Beware

BEWARE: They want to charge me for damage to my vehicle that occurred while they had it in the shop to a tune of $1245!I was in a wreck in a new 2020 Subaru Outback. I took the vehicle to Bachman Collision Center to be serviced/fixed.They had the vehicle for over 3 weeks before I received it. Within a full day of having the vehicle back all of the check engine lights came on and all of the tech stopped working. I called Bachman and took the vehicle back up there. They reset the computer system and said it was working. Again another day later the same thing happened.I took the vehicle back and they took it to their Subaru shop. They told me the fuel casing was cracked and would be covered under warranty.After a week of waiting for the parts they take the fuel tank out and let me know that the main gas line was was chewed through by a critter. And it would cost me $1250 to get this fixed as its not under warranty.I explained that prior to the wreck and Bachman having my vehicle I never had an issue. After they had my vehicle for over 3 weeks doing repairs I get it back and now this damage has appeared.Robin of Bachman Subaru talked to the Manager (didnt specify name) at Bachman Collision Center. He told me, and I quote I have spoken with manager at the collision center and he stated that they are not responsible for animal damage even if it occurs on their lot. He recommended that you go through insurance.So essentially, since my vehicle was damaged during their repairs they are not responsible and he suggest I make an insurance claim to get the damage that happened in their possession fixed.This is easily the most abhorrent experience I have ever had in my life as a consumer.Legitimately one of the most crooked business I have ever dealt with.

Extremely frustrating process! They do good work but it is extremely difficult to get someone to call you back during warranty work. I understand that they dont control how long it takes to get a part from the factory but at least take the initiative to call the customer with the expected date, dont make us have to call every week, get told you will call back and then never do. Talked to the manager a few weeks ago and was told that the last part would be in 2 weeks ago and they would call me... Still no call! I will have to go back to calling them. I am about to order the parts myself and do it at this point, it will be less stressful! I will never send a friend here.

- poor communication (I had to call for updates)- had my car for almost two weeks on a job that should have taken 4 days.- poor masking job- a piece of the bumper fell off the car 10 min after I received the car (ironically the same piece they said delayed me getting the car and why they said the job took so long)- I asked them to do an alignment 5 times over that two weeks and they just flat out didnt do it and the excuse they gave was your insurance wont cover it which regardless they should have done anyways as I would have been happy to pay.I will never take anything there again besides the stuff they touched which will probably break later.

Progressive took my car to Bachman Collision Center and my opinion so far is excellent. They finished the arrangement, which was great, before the scheduled date and my car looks like it was never bumpy. I was happy for his work. I got to pick it up after office hours and it still opened. Thanks for the attention and for the excellent work.

Danny was the best Ive ever seen. Had gotten my car fixed and not but a few weeks later someone hit me again in the same spot and this man got out there and did some compound magic on the transfer and got it looking like new. Great service and great work. Will definitely return again.

A month and a half . Forgot about me in the middle. Made me wait a an additional week when i called on Tuesday. Still have my truck the whole story is much worse waiting to see the quality the work to repost but that start isnt probably moving. I have lost so many jobs ill never use any bachman company divisions again.

No attention to detail. I had a quarter panel replaced and the rear bumper painted. The quarter panel paint does not match the finish on the rest of the car - it is hazy with deep swirl marks. Tint was replaced on the Corvette Emblem and it is already peeling off after 1 wash. They left gaps between the rear bumper and quarter panel and said theres nothing we can do about it. They quoted a price of $2,300 for the repairs. When I showed up 5 days later, they gave me a $2,600 bill with no additional labor involved. They showed me where a couple $50 trims were replaced, and somehow that raised the price by $300. Of course I refused to pay that. Poor quality, poor business approach, very nice girl at the front desk. I will never have them work on one of my cars again.

Bachman was able to give me an immediate quote, schedule me for service the next day, provide shuttle service to/from my office and make the repairs within a reasonable budget! Mike and Gina made what could have been a very stressful experience completely stress-free! Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars I would. I would stay as far away from them as I could. We took my wifes car to Bachman on our insurances recommendation and will report to them to take them off their approved list. After over 3 weeks repair, terrible customer service, and being out right lied to on multiple occasions (time, cost, communication, etc.), we finally got the car back. A manager even told her the car was not top priority since the insurance company was not paying for the repairs we were. Once we got it home, we discovered the car had an extra piece sitting in the passenger floor board and was missing a piece connecting the windshield. We did not find it upon pick up because they rushed her out the door and closed before she could properly inspect the car.

When we went to pick my car up I couldnt have been more pleased with the work that they provided. Also Steve kept me well informed by messaging me what progress was being made on my vehicle. I had a spot on the roof of my truck fixed under warranty (truck is a month old). When I picked up my truck they had mounted my OnStar antenna wrong and crooked. They did not clean my truck leaving compound caked in the vents, dash cracks, window/lock controls and all over the carpet and seat. There were finger prints in my headliner where they must have stood on the inside of my truck to buff the roof and my spray in bed liner is still stained with white buffing compound after scrubbing it with a brush and soap several times. After bringing this to Joes attention he fixed the Antenna and said well they wear gloves....really? I can not understand this level of service because every time Ive dealt with Bachman Sales and Service they have been five start great. Andrew the sales manager, Arturo the sale professional, and Tony the service rep. are all Aces in my book...Now only if Collision could take lessons from them.*************************************************************************update on my review: Danny the Collision manager was on vacation when the above happened. After discussing my concerns with Danny he has made everything good and was very accommodating. Willingness to correct a mistake goes a long way in my book.

My initial repair estimate was for $5,300 and two weeks. It turned into $5,900 and closer to four weeks. On FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS, they told me my car would be ready in the next day or two. Then I would show up, only to be told that my car wasnt ready and itd be another few days. Calls went unanswered, voicemails went unreturned. Practically the only way I could get information was by going there and waiting in the office until they found someone to talk to me.And all that was bad enough, but after finally getting my car back, Ive discovered a random loose part in my passenger floorboard (stamped with the car make, but God only knows where it goes), and Im missing a trim piece from the front hood. So, not only does their customer service suck, theyre not even attentive to details when it comes to their work. Not sure they even deserve one star.

Upfront communication was good. After taking the vehicle home I reviewed the work completed and was terribly disappointed. I called to discuss my concerns and was told the issues were a manufactures issue and that is the best work they could perform. Also the trim pieces were scratched and was told that all parts come in scratched. Was told the service manager would call to discuss and never heard from anyone. Stay away!!!

I recently had work done at Bachman Collision Center and being that I havent ever really been in a wreck before, I took it to them because my adjuster said they were a GMC dealer. My adjuster didnt suggest Bachman but said they did good work. I went with my gut feeling (and it was close to my adjuster) and chose them because I figured being a GMC dealer it would be done right.First things first, not once, did I get a call the entire 2+ weeks the had my vehicle from them to just give me an update. I had to continue to call back to back, to get an update. I was told upon ordering parts and dropping my vehicle off, I would receive an update every Friday. Upon Friday rolling around, I wouldnt ever receive a call. My opinion is thats just extremely poor service, people are typically flustered already because they wrecked and they arent going to have the vehicle they normally do, the least you can do as a company is call them and provide updates when you say your going to.As far as the work goes on my vehicle, besides the window tint, the body work looks great and the people at the front desk were very friendly. But a friendly reminder that customer service is important because it is often the only contact a customer has with a company. Customers are vital to an organization especially when they are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to your company. A company with excellent customer service is more likely to get repeat business and referrals from customers. Words are meaningless without intent and follow through, so when you say your going to do something, do it.

I will never have Bachmann work on one of my cars again. We just picked the car up after they had it for almost 6 weeks. Every week when I called them to ask about a status I was told that it should be ready by the end of the next week. When I saw the final revised bill it was over $8,000 for a car I only paid $11,000 for in the first place. My first question is why didnt they total it. I have come to the conclusion that their estimator is incompetent. You can use them if you want. Just be prepared.

I was rear ended while in stop and go traffic on Hurstborne. I have a 2010 Tahoe and the body damage to the rear was extensive. I was helped by Steve Hammel and he thoroughly explained what was happening each step of the way from the estimate to when the repair was in progress. He both called and emailed me while my SUV was in the shop and made it a much better experience than I was expecting. Gina at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. My vehicle looks as good as new. Cant even tell it was in an accident! I will recommend Bachman Collision to anyone who needs body work done. Thanks for turning a stressful time into a pleasant experience.
