Starting off i want to say that the professionalism is wonderful! Ms Mary at the office was great! Her and the rest of the team was very helpful !!! When it came time for my appliance to be delivered . Mr Aaron and his other partner ( didn’t get his name ) was professional as well, very polite and cool! They were determined to get my appliance in the small space. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your household appliances!!!

Making a purchase at a local competitor to the big box depots reminds you of the value of working with knowledgeable and experienced sales people who have a personal interest in creating repeat customers. They only carry products they feel they can stand behind and prices are the same or better than all of the other options!

The show room is laid out well and isnt cramped but there is a good selection as well. The prices are beyond competitive. The staff is knowledge and informative without being pushy. We stopped in on a whim but will definitely be purchasing from here. It was a good whim.

Salesperson was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. However, we were very dismayed that most of the staff were only wearing masks when working directly with a customer. Throughout our time there, we were in close proximity to other salespeople answering phones and walking by with no masks. Not sure we will return when we’re ready to buy due to this issue.

We had a very positive experience. We ordered with them over the phone, they came to deliver and install it just two days later. The guys who came to deliver were very professional and friendly. They hauled off our old stove and had the new one installed within 30 minutes. We will definitely go back to them again.

Ordered a stove and payed for it. Told me it would be delivered on July 18 which was 6 weeks away. They never called me so on the 18th I called them and they told me, sorry its still on back order and gave me a new delivery date of Aug 20th. I just called, Aug 17th, and now they cant even give me a delivery day because its still on backorder. Unbelievable. I asked for my money back and she got nasty and was like fine Ill mail one today. Great. What a joke place. Nothing is ever in stock. They dont care when you get your product as long as they get their money. Beware

We purchased all new appliances in 2000. We just now had to replace the dishwasher that we use at least once a day. Everything else is still going strong.

Great local company!

In the last 2 years I have received a New stove and refrigerator at property owners expense. The appliances are as they should be. My only complaint is the delivery people. Not that they werent polite and efficient, but that they didnt level the appliances. I assumed that was part if the job, but evidently not. Any oil you put in the pans runs to the back. The refridgerater doors dont close on their own. You have to literally close them yourself. That took some getting used to. Many times we would walk into the kitchen and find the freezer or refridgerater door ajar. Now some if you might think for me to level them myself. Thats not going to happen. Im 65 yo with some health issues that would prevent that, even if I knew what I was doing. I purchased a dryer myself and it seems to be fine. I will still purchase a new washing machine from them next year because I like the company. I just think theyre delivery people should be doing more.

If you’re in the market for appliances, I’d highly recommend Chenoweth Appliances. We were in the market for a microwave. We made the mistake of going to a big box store. Basically got a teenager who gave us a seat at her computer so we could browse their website. We left there and did our own research at home. We were in the area near Chenoweth and decided to look there. I kid you not we were in there about 15 minutes. They showed us 3 models (one we had already researched and put on our short list). We picked the one we’d researched and bought it. With installation included it was significantly less than the box store. These guys rock!

Went into get a stackable washer and dryer, had the measurements of the area I wanted to place the washer and dryer stacked. According to the salesman, No problem. He even sold me a stack kit. When they delivered the washer and dryer, it was a big problem and they could not be stacked.

Chenoweth Appliance provided us with not only great deals on our purchases, but most importantly, wonderful knowledge and guidance in making the right purchases for our family. Steve Combs helped us replace our range that broke down after 25 years by showing us various options, all the while encouraging us not to buy more appliance than we need. A month later, our 20-year dryer went out, and once again he showed us what we were interested in as well as showing us what would be of best value for the long term. And I cant thank him showing compassion for our family, as my wife had just started chemo treatments for her breast cancer, of which we truly had to rely on his experience and judgement in making the best decisions possible. Just bought an $800+ washer from Chenoweth last week only to have it break on the first day. Called Chenoweth right away since we were obviously sold a lemon. Manager completely blew us off without even an apology. Told us we had to contact the manufacture. Understandable if it was 6 months down the line, but it was the very first day. Inexcusable.

I went in to buy a specific washer. Only one couple in the place and it took more than 5 minutes to have someone help me. I learned that they didnt have what I was looking for, so I decided to look at other options. Everytime I expressed interest in something, I was told it wasnt what I wanted and he would shoo me away. When I said again I wanted to look at other options, he told me to look around and then walked away. This is the bs treatment a woman gets when she shops for major items from an old, shriveled up man. Do you smarmy salesmen think a woman is incapable of purchasing or affording something on her own? I hope the store reads this because I want you to know I went elsewhere and bought two appliances. You blew your chance at suggesting options and making a sale.

Be VERY careful approaching this place... if you know what you’re here for, and intend to buy (on the first visit), of course things will go decent (how couldn’t they in fact for any store?)... hence the positive reviews. But these guys are seasoning in high pressure sales tactics... reminded me of being pressured to buy a time share! We said very distinctively we were here to browse, but we inquired about a model... he sat us down at a computer and pulled up the model “along with the price”, turned out he boxed us into a series of high pressure questions that left him asking us “what is stopping you from buying?”... our response “we were here to browse, we have our reasons”, on a dime starred us in the face with a cold slow stare “have a nice day”... the most unbelievably creepy and frightening thing we have experienced in a salesman in a very long time. Be LEARY!!!
