Nice and clean place. I enjoyed shopping here, not too crowded either.

This place has the best product, both in quality and selection. Prices are a bit higher than WalMart, but still pretty good. They get 3 stars because I came in last week after 10 pm because I knew they were open later than Walmart. Until 11 I believe. I was surprised to learn they were actually open until 12. Tonight I drove all the way across town and got there at 10:30. The doors are locked and when I knocked on the door they said they close at 10 every night and have been for a year. The sign in the window says store hours are 6 am til 12 every day

Every time I come here the employees are very very rude! Today I used the self checkout which is 15 items or less I was not paying attention to the sign and the girl rudely told me about it. I understand she had to say something but she did not have to be rude about it! Then as im telling my 3 year old son to put the groceries in our cart she yells at him to not put it in the basket again she did not have to be rude. I waited until I finished paying to tell her how rude she was and I will NOT ever shop here again where she proceeded to yell she was just trying to help me out. So yelling at my 3 year old child is helping me how? If you use wic or foodstamps the cashiers are rude to you aswell.

This Savemart has everything you need. I love their bakery, deli, and fried chicken that they have here.

Exactly what I was looking for in quality fresh food. The staff is helpful lines open and the produce is very clean and showcased very very well. I life the cooked food at the deli. Fried chicken and sandwiches are all ways prepared properly. When Im in Los Banos it the only grocer I shop at. Prices are a little high but it worthwhile. Not every cashier has a great attitude but most of the ones I encounter. I had no issues with just one who exclusively asked me about water that I already paid for once I got back in line to make another purchase.

I really like the grilled meat thats already cooked. Great for lunch, instead of greasy fast food.

My only complaint is several times now, I’ve seen food labeled as Gluten-Free, when it is very much not GF. It has not become a true problem for me because I always double check ingredients list. However, it can be a real problem if, for example I was shopping quickly or was new at this GF thing. Or someone was shopping for me through instacart or etc.Be more careful with incorrectly labeling SaveMart! And customers.Otherwise....Classic Save Mart is my first option when grocery shopping.9/10 times have a pleasant experience with employees.9/10 times long lines are taken care of quickly.9/10 times everything I’m looking for is restocked.

One of the best places in town to shop when they have sales! I do not recommend going on a Sunday if you are trying to avoid crowds. highly recommend checking out their weekly flyer for sale prices on meat, produce and other goods.

Pretty nice place for a town like Los Banos. Found avocado vegan butter.. produce section looked sharp.. not bad at all. The outdoors look dusty but inside is above average. Give it a try while in town.

The times that Ive been there shopping for either something big or small I get great service, everyone there very is.helpful and friendly and everything is organized and clean, definitely will come back again.

I called the Deli section 9 times not once was I asked to hold not once did anyone speak to me instead I got hung up on over and over again and when I called the front desk to see what was going on I had first a woman helping me then I’m told 7mins later that she left and that there was nothing they can do. Well I can’t even be told to hold? I’m am not one to ever complain but that is ridiculous

I shop at save mart at least 3 times a week most cashiers are helpful the BEST cashiers are Shavon and Pardeao however there are cashiers that will not help you and not go out of their way to assist. There is even a cashier that avoids me- I am the currently temporarily disabled and this cashier left me when i was next in line to be helped- standing in my walking boot while she helped someone else. This is a good store but I only try to shop when good cashiers are there so I know I will not leave the store angry (not getting the help I need). If it was not for this particular cashier I would have given 5 stars.

Amazing bakery there, great staff in particular Lola & Aida have helped my family and I for several cakes weve ordered. Always done a great job with designing the cakes & making sure its delicious!

This is my favorite super market. They have good fruit and vegetables. There meant is fresh. There deli. Is a little slow.

I notice that save mart (owner) only responds to nice reviews and seems to ignore responding to other reviews. Doesnt use his/her real name nor photo to identify.Anyway, the made to order salads and sandwiches food is not covered and is left open, exposed to potential contamination of virus. I dont just go for groceries, I also evaluate the working conditions and environment the employees endure. Ill be visiting more frequently now because of what Ive experienced to further investigate.After going back again, I mentioned to a couple employees that I seen on the news that save mart was hiring. So i assumed that the current employees are getting their 40hrs of work a week, maybe more if theyre hiring. Come to find out that some employees are only working as little as 24-30hrs while others are getting close to 40. Something aint right with management. Ill be further looking into these matters.Update: Ive since visited this store again recently and they have put up glass in the other departments. Im still noticing that sanitizing after each customer aint happening. Not good. If a customer has virus, itll be transferred to the gloves of the cashier, then the next customer will be infected with it if cashier doesnt sanitize. And a number of full-time employees still are not getting full-time hours, but yet save mart is hiring? It seems like there may be some favoritism going on with managers/supervisors when it comes to who gets full-time hours and who doesnt. I will further look into the matter. Simply observing while in the store can easily show alot if u know what to look for.

Well its a new store new location its been relocated across the street from where it was its a beautiful store inside many things to choose from for the different ethnic groups. I never have a problem with finding things that I want finding new things to try. The people extremely friendly and helpful. But when I got home last night I found that a fresh produce food that I bought( Green & purple) cauliflower, the purple cauliflower already mini dark blotches the beginning of mold which I plan to return. Other than that, its not the first time that I have had this issue with the produce at Savemart but other than that oh and thier high prices!all in all I think Save is a pretty good store.

Another lady that works at savemart in the Los Banos ca, store is Tammy. I love n love this new Savemart here in LB! Althou their famous Sourdough bread I purchased from this store DOES NOT MOLD at all after a month old....(!!!) I am a daily sourdough bread eater😍 but not from this store anymore..☹ Everything else is great thou!!

Save Mart Los Banos is by far the best grocery store in the area. The produce section is large and varied but I would much prefer if they sourced locally. It surprised me that fruit and veggies come from as far as outside the USA when we live in farm country. The meat department is also the best in the area but the seafood lacks options and is always the same. Overall the best grocery store in Los Banos but expensive and lacking in local options.

The store is always nice and clean and they have everything that you can imagine in stock. The customer service is always great I love Savemart.

Nice store for food that you cant find at other stores

I am very disappointed on the bread department for I have been there 3 times a week for the last 2 months to buy Thomas brand bagels flavor of cinnamon & raisin I have even ask a few employees about it & they still don’t have them. May be petty to some but not to me.

This is the best place to buy groceries in Los Banos. I love the new location. I wish they would create an ethnic aisle as ethnic foods are all over the aisles. Otherwise, this store is clean, modern, moderately priced, usually well stocked, and employees are friendly & helpful.

I ordered a cake for my Son here 3 days before his birthday and when I went to go pick it up they said they couldnt make it!!! I left them my phone number, they should of called me to let me know they wouldnt have it ready, that way I could of gone somewhere else!!!! They shouldve at least offer me a free cake for their negligence!!! I am sooooooo mad right now,😠😡😠😡😠They ruined my sons 1st birthday!!!!!! They really dont care 😢😢😭😭😭😭If there would be a zero star option I would of chosen it!!!! I will not order cakes from them anymore, just want to give other people a heads up before they order from this place.

LOVE the facelift in the new building. Calm and relaxing. Walmart beats them on price everytime, but its worth it for a few extra cents.They have a deli where you can get fresh salads, sandwiches, burritos, etc made to order.This store has great atmosphere, wonderful employees.
