The security guard with glasses thinks hes a real cop and will follow you if your not white. Hes falsely accused so many people and they still have him there, weird must be related to the owners or something.

I was here 5 minutes ago and am only reviewing since it’s fresh in my mind. Today is May 31, 2021 and the time is 3:15 pm. The cashier’s name is JENNIFER and I’ve never encountered anyone so rude in my life! She didn’t greet me, scanned my stuff, made no eye contact, waiting for me to pay and then handed me the receipt without a thank you.Poor customer service this young white woman had. She should and deserves to be terminated at once. Awful little *****.

Last night I went to target and we forgot something in our cart and Sandra got back to me and was able to help me out and replace what I had left 100 satisfied

Every time I go into this location, Im treated like a theif. Its so uncomfortable when Im just trying to get all the things I need/want. I always end up cutting the trip short, because, I can hardly stand being followed, watched and given unwelcoming looks. All which, are completely based off biases and discrimination. I pay for every single thing I get from there, every time. You would think they would see that, and quit borderline harassing me!

Great prices, cleanliness and organization of store is great, friendly staff, easy to get in and outLove the drive up BTW. I swear the employees at this target are the most friendly professional target employees Ive encountered. I always have positive shopping experiences here.

They ran over my 5 year old daughter with a cart over loaded with boxes, sent her and her Starbucks flying. The employee couldnt see over the boxes, when asked to file an incident report she rolled her eyes, when first supervisor came out she tried to justify it by saying they have 2 min to drop off tge inventory from there truck or something of that sort, I told her safe should be number one priority, she argued said she is with corporate on this that 2 min is more important. Another supervisor came she knew what she was doing. Took incident report as requested finally. Not a single call to check how my daughter was doing after they ran her over, not even replacing her Starbucks or replacing her knapkin she was holding. Sad how this place doesnt care.

There was barely any people here and I feel like so many items are missing off the shelves.

I constantly buy from this location. I went in today to return an item and the associate Erma was extremely rude and did not want to help me. I did not have a receipt as I used a gift card for the purchase and thought the item was going to be fine. She made me feel as if I was lying about how I purchased my item. Unfortunately, the item did not work out and I just wanted to buy a different one. She would not return the item (hair clippers) because used oil and another used item, the little brush that Target will send back to vendor, and the item will be thrown away, were not in the box.The clippers and everything else were. I don’t live in Los Banos and to be turned away without a solution was just inconvenient and bad customer service.

Had excellent customer service ordering my babys dresser changing table...also got her crib there... delivery was fast and efficient. Associate was really helpful at customer service.

I loved my trip to target. Best Target Ive seen in my whole life, first time visiting this store.

Store employee Emily needs customer service training. Ive gone to the store plenty of times to either return something ( fitting rooms currently closed) or to do an order pick up and every time I get Emily as my cashier I always have a bad experience.

Its the cleanest and friendliest store in the area. It carries quality item, and has better clothes.

This is a great store I went school shopping for my daughter there since she is in a private school and has to wear the white polo shirts and shorts in they had them on sale which was great however they did not have a pair of white shoes in her size. The lady was extremely helpful she went up front and helped me order them and had them delivered to my house within 2 days with no shipping fee.

I dont have to go inside the store. I feel safer

They care and were very nice. They take time to make sure your taken care of and safe by sanitizing everywhere.

The manager Sandra was very rude and had a horrible attitude. I had two coupons that I was using for my transaction and she refused taking it because she didnt know how to enter the coupons in the system. I ended up canceling my transaction and leaving the store upset. I have to say that this was the first time Ive experienced horrible customer service at the store and I cant believe it came from management.

Patty from customer service was the worst associate at this target. She was rude to my mother and denying us a return. I read the return policy before hand so I wouldn’t have any issues. She also told me that this target has different rules than corporate target return and exchange policy. She told me to go to different locations like Merced or Turlock. Then she said if I return my item I will get the same exact item back. What’s the point of a return? I knew that was a lie and called Target customer service and made her look stupid. Because she also tired to lie to the target representative that my item was opened. It was brand new and unopened. I guess this location makes they’re own rules.

Price and convenience

Make sure you go into Target with a shopping list, because then your dreams will take flight and you will leave that store with having purchased more than you anticipated. Dangerously enticing for someone on a budget. Everything is clean, accessible, friendly Associates. Quick lines. Decently priced. What you would expect from a Target.

Product variety and convenience

As Cashier love the friendly atmosphere. Love the Target App for cartwheel discounts and the RED card advantages. Great store to shop for all of your Holiday gifts.

The overall convenience of being able to order online, roll in and within 3 minutes...if that, one of the lovely associates is window side with my order.

This is a really good Super Target. I know, I know... they are all the same, so you say. But its in the details. This one is laid out just a little differently and it seems like they sweep up and keep it a little cleaner... I dont know. It a good one.

Phenomenal service. As soon as I pulled up to the store my son started having a fit. Having an autistic child can very difficult to be in a store. My child easily gets triggered due to sensory overload. The target team member delivered my items within seconds of parking. We were able to pull away minimizing the meltdown. Thank you Target for having this service. This is a game changer for our home. I cant truly form into words of how amazing this services is for us.

Its clean and very well organized

The many good dont take away from the few rude... also I get told to leave my bag at the door all the time (even though Im over 18 being 27) that does not work hahah! I continue to shop here only cause I loathe Walmart and love the brands sold here. Otherwise Id move on to a friendlier less judgmental place.

Our family stopped here on a long road trip. Its not s super target but had exactly what we needed including the goods to make sandwiches. They have Starbucks and little food area. Staff was really friendly.

Everyone there has always been friendly, and even more so since the COVID pandemic has become a norm. That was no different during todays visit.

I came to this store for the very first time, to pickup my items and i was escorted out of the store by security and told i was banned from returning to this store! i will never patronize this store again!!!Chase, the manager was no help,when i called to question him about how his security team treated me!stay away from this store!

I shop at this target (and many other locations) often, this target ALWAYS has a women’s clothing and shoe section that looks like a tornado blew through it. Go at opening, or in the afternoon, it doesn’t matter, it will be an unorganized mess! This is my local store, and I hope that they improve. Now I’m considering driving 40 minutes to Turlock to shop at a clean and organized Target that I can enjoy shopping at and see the clothing and shoe options without digging through a mess.

Product choices are much more limited than most other Targets. Stopped there to purchase Ripple, a product only offered at Target and Whole Foods. Staff stated their store didnt carry it because they are a smaller store with a smaller market. Great if you arent looking for something specific.

Rene at the front desk was rude and impatient with me over the phone. I needed to know if they carried a certain product before I made my way to the store. Rene kept talking over me while I was trying to explain to her what the product was. Rene started raising her voice at me because I couldnt seem to give her the right bar code number. I let her know it was not necessary for her to raise her voice. Rene then said, would you rather talk to my manager shes right next me as if she didnt care. Poor customer service.

I love Target and I’ll never shop at Walmart. This location could use some improvement. The people are friendly and there’s a Starbucks inside but, the carts are filthy and There’s never enough cashiers.

I think if you buy electronic items in November you guys should at least give an extra 30 days because Christmas gift even Walmart does except they got 90 days I was going to buy a Blu-Ray player for a gift till I found out that the warranty last is only till December 12th I can buy an extended warranty I t was told would have to mail it in they dont really make sense I would recommend not to buy electronic items November at your store especially if its gift

I called to get a quote on folding chairs. The employee went on the floor and confirmed the availability. She suggested that I download the Target app (which I did). After the phone call I went to the store to purchase four chairs by Plastic Development Group at $9.99. The store honored the online price. The chairs were in aisle D42.

Had a good good experience there... Personnel were kind friendly and quick... Most definitely going back..

Overall, nice store. I wish the outside grounds were better maintained. Always lots of trash and overgrown shrubs. Maybe the property managers are not doing their jobs?

Clean and our usual go to store in town not crowded and lines are usually short. Plus you can get a nice bag of popcorn to snack on while you shop.

Well I shop here frequently I love their customer service but what made me really want to write a review is that once I left my purse outside accidentally and I called them and they immediately took action and helped me Retrieve my bag. Which I am so thankful for!

Its a convenient location if youre driving pass the area and want to take a rest and maybe shop a little bit on the way to Fresno, Merced, or somewhere in the Central California when coming from the Bay Area. The Target is fairly clean and easily visible when passing by Los Banos.
