Sometimes customer service inside the store sucks. At times the checkouts never have enough workers to work them and so throughout the whole store there will only be 2 lines open and self checkout is only credit cards now. So I now choose to do my shopping online if I can and then just go pick it up when its ready. Those employees are so much nicer to deal with and they shop for me. I give the pick up department 10 stars for service and inside the store only 3 stars.

WENT THERE TO TRY THE CRISPY FRIES. THEY WERE DESCENT BUT I CANT SAY THAT FOR THE BUGER. IT TASTED LIKE A DRY TOWEL. I THINK MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP THERE GAME WITH QUALITY CONTROL IF THAT EVEN EXISTS ANYMORE. IVE BEEN READING THE REVIEWS FOR ALL THE EATERIES ON PACHECO. PRETTY MUCH ALL ARE ABOUT A THREE. MIGHT AS WELL COOK YOUR OWN FOOD. AT LEAST YOU HAVE CONTROL ON HOW YPUR FOOD IS GOING TO BE SERVED.

Watch out for the asian undercover security, he actually thinks hes a cop and will falsely accuse you after racially profiling you do to his own personal insecuritys pun intended Theres actually a page on reddit about all of the ppl he falsely accused and was harassing in the store, just a heads up, hes asian and looks like a customer, so if you get the filling some guy is stalking you its him and be prepared because you will have trouble when exiting.

Love the Walmart pay, in and out like nothing. The app is a game changer!

Some empty shelves. I have to be my own checker cause they only have 1 checker ever working. I should get a discount for having to be my own checker. Plus you cant pay with cash at the self checkout.

This Walmart is conveniently located on the side of the highway. It is massive to be frank. It has probably the biggest selection I have ever seen. It also has an in store bakery and deli. The restrooms very very clean and had multiple stalls. There were also lots of low prices, great place to stop at. 5 stars.

It has a little bit of everything great pricing love that everything is always neatly organized and easy to remember where everything is at 9/10 just because I will always prefer Costco

My sister was hired to work here a few days ago and now shes dead set on quitting, they leave her to do everything(carry heavy boxes etc..), they dont teach you how to do your job properly, supposedly one of the managers is always on vacay. She had to teach a newbie when she was new herself.. because no else would teach them. She gets ignored basically, so 1 star and more to come😀

Another Walmart sucks. It is painful to walk yet the clerks can’t bother to look up whether they have lounge chairs like web says, no they check their brains and give me their best guess. Really? No more Walmart .

Make use of mobility scooters to who actually need. Had to wait for an hour for onto become available more than half the time persons are able to walk. Make store more handicap accessibility

Oh I needed to pick up a prescription and I got some very needed items to cook dinner. I found everything I needed, quickly. I managed to stay within my budget, and self check out makes it a real easy to pay for and bag groceries...... smile

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. They must have a huge issue with theft lots of items locked up have to press a button and hope someone shows up in a timely manner.Went to the deli very rude customer service, what do you want I am busy she says, pound of ham please I said never asked how I wanted it Sliced then threw it on top of the counter then went back to her cell phone.Check out what a joke 10 carts in check out #6 the only one open. I am sorry I dont work at Walmart this is why i dont use self check out but it seems they force this on us. So i need to get going i give in. This kid all her job was is to point to the open checkout I play along I get down to the end and she tells me you cant check out beer here you have to go back to register #6, let me tell you I lost it right and i let them know it. Why is there so much registers open and not enough cashiers? There is always tend to be 2 lanes open and a long line. Most of the scanned items we need to wait to get authorization and wait for person with their badge to clear it. Work on it to be super cuz yall anit super.

So after heaving worked at 3 different Wal-Marts in my early 20s, I can honestly say there will probably never be one that rates higher than a 3.That being said, this one is probably one of the best Ive shopped at, aside from a couple in Las Vegas.Their fruit and produce seem to always be bigger, and more ripe. It is typically pretty well stocked, clean, and Ive never actually had a long wait in line to check out. And moist importantly, any associate Ive interacted with has been fairly pleasant.Now just to clarify....Im not a regular shopper at this location due to the fact I reside in the south bay. However, I will stop at this location if I need to pick up anything on my to my daughters house in Madera. So not just a one time shopper, but also not a frequent flyer. Just something to keep on mind while reading this review. 😁

The staff was helpful, however I was struck by many items locked up in the cabinet. Even the $1.97 can of Equate shaving cream was locked up.

Got a bad puncture off 5 Fwy Southbound near Santa Nella exit (the cheapest gas!), had to get the car towed by AAA to this Walmart about 9 miles away. The mechanics in the shops are friendly and helpful. The place is clean, very thankful for the service.

I stopped going inside the store. Too crowded, workers always look annoyed. I use the pick-up service instead. That is faster and so far i havent had no problem with this service.

They got what you need when you need it, No matter what the bathroom smells like.

I tried getting shampoo from the closed cases but nobody came to open it after waiting for 10 minutes.Then I proceeded to ask other three employees if they would get someone to open it and they all said they will have someone out and I ended up waiting another 10 minutes. This happens every time so I just stopped buying the closed products from walmart.

The los banos Walmart is full of rude people. The people that work there are not helpful at all. They dont care. They shouldnt hire punks either.

My wife and I were in Los Banos the other day and went shopping in Walmart there. This Walmart is cleaner and stocked much better than our Patterson Walmart. Well worth the drive on a beautiful day.

I love the size of this store and the variety of different items than our local Walmart is worth the drive to Los Banos to shop. Huge parking lot with a security guy driving around to check for your parking safety.

Reasonably priced very local pretty much the only place in town really to visit for almost everything sometimes the employees have a tendency to talk about other employees in front of customers to another employee which is very discouraging is very unprofessional people should just keep their opinions to themselves or talk to that person at break or after work other than that its my number one spot

Clean store and friendly associates. The only CON would be that they are always out of many items when I go. Someone needs to manage the orders on products a little better. Other than that, its a nice walmart with really good fruits and veggies and other items.

The lines are so long and when ever we go we cant use self checkout because they tell us card only so we wait in line with are autistic son who is irritated and having a sensory issue. I felt so bad for him all we came for is slime products. Just wished the opened another register.

We found the camping gears we were looking for. Expected a little more diverse collection. This store didn’t carry fire wood. We picked that up from nearby homedepot

Good luck if your going there for laundry detergent. I pressed the button on the cabinet waited around for someone no one showed up for 15 minutes. Then I was told I needed to go look for the person with the keys as if I knew that was.

The Walmart in Los Banos CA such a bad customer service they have a big lines of clients trying to pay the register and only have two people working registers and you ask the manager for open another one and she give you a bad attitude and the self checked out the only have to pay ATM card or credit card and they really have a bad service

Management feels like they dont want to help, and employees are sort of lazy .

Wal-Mart is a great place for me to get out and go shopping lines are short selfregister fast so I dont have to worry about it 😉

They they only had one checker open. Told many of us to go to self-check out, but we did not want to do that. They told me that they will be going completely to self checkout. I told them I will not be shopping here then.

Waited in a long line at customer service and when it was my turn they took people that only had returns and failed to mention out of common curtesy that their money order machine was down! No common curtesy what-so ever!!!!

I was going to get a pop it for my niece because she has anxiety so I went but there were none and the shelfs were almost empty and when I went to pay for some cherries and some croissants and strawberries the self pay machine wasnt working so I wasted 100 dollars on that but everyone was friendly and it was clean but still.

Walmart what can I say.. this one is not too crowded & customers are social distancing, masks required. You cannot use the dressing rooms or return swimsuits and clothing. So hang on to your receipts. I dont feel comfortable with this policy considering other stores are accepting returns now.

Hey whats can you say about Wallyworld, they have everything, at the lowest prices.

Conveniently located to alot of name brand stores, strip mall. Very clean and organized. Its a one stop shop and its highly unusual if they are out of anything!! In using the walmart app before I shop to check inventory beforehand many times been let down at other locations once arrived. And no that doesnt mean they sold the last 20 of whatever it was the 30 minutes before I arrived, it means that particular location is slow or just doesnt care to have the urgency to update inventory. Not the case here! They were spot on from my smallest to largest need multiple times. Thats a location from top down that cares and represents the corporation the right way. In these times its nice to see pride in ones work, courtesy,and professionalism.

The cold cut area is always out of products. The check out lines are ridiculous at time and they close the self check outs at times and is so dumb. They need to hire more cashiers.

The wait to check out is ridiculously long I need a longer when they dont tell you self checkout dont take cash theres only one that does and its over in the registers where people wait in line to have their groceries scanned by Clerk and bagged and pay ...In addition three of the clerks employees hi ask do not know their product or where its located back to the problem in the front several employees just standing around doubling up or talking to other employee rather than open another register

This place is quiet, clean and has a lot of variety of foods. The staff is always greeting you and helpful. I do my grocery shopping here every two weeks. Its nice to go, into a nice place.

Tire shop refused to patch my tire despite being well within the safety guidelines for a patch. Not only did I have to spend $150 on a hotel since I was stranded at 10pm on i-5. I waited 3 hours in line on a Sunday morning, only to find out they would not patch it.I had to spend over $100 for a new tire that didnt even match my OEM tire to drive the rest of my 300 mile drive home. Now I am the owner of a tire that I dont need. The first tire shop I went to to patch my tire at home had no issue to patch and they did it for FREE. You are clearly only interested in gouging those in need of getting home and selling tires to those that do not need new tires!Go elsewhere if you dont want to be taken advantage!

Worst experience i have had. I whanted to buy some shaving cream and i kept pressing the assistance button right next to the shelfs after 5 or 7 min i walked to the lady and asked her for her assistance and she said yes ill be there in a minute. Two minutes later i looked for her and she was no way near this section se was by the pharmacy talking to another employee and laughing. You guys need more people in this section or hire new personel that can do there job this happen about 1:40 pm

Although you would expect you to be like any other Walmart. I feel that the employees lacked professionalism. Other than that I feel that it was a typical Walmart experience.
