Worse pharmacy ever. They made me an appt for my booster. I entered all.my info last week online so they had it ahead of time, but arrive at my appt and they wont give me the booster. They said it has to be 6 months after your lost shot. Thats 4 days from now. Why did you set the appt and collect all my info, I leave work early, wait in the long line, just to waste my time. Im trying to protect myself and everyone around me by getting a booster and you fail at notifying someone that they cant get the shot. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend coming to this store.

I cant believe how good your pharmacys service is. When I call, they are all courteous and willing to go out of their way to help me. They really go beyond and beyond with their patients. Thank you for supplying me with the required medical services!

This happens to be a really nice pharmacy store that delivers brand name drugs at a fair price. All the products I have bought from this pharmacy have been the same medication specified by my doctor. Both items were labelled with the name and place of the original manufacturer on the date of manufacturing and expiry. Im sure Im happy I found this pharmacy.

Mr. Kiet even walked me to the aisle and explained everything to me in a basic way so I could follow him. Given the prime Downtown location of this particular Walgreens, this is a good option for pharmacy or basic home supplies. However, it is rather small and has a limited selection. Additionally, the interior is somewhat rundown and decrepit. It’s doesn’t feel clean or sophisticated. I don’t think this is necessarily the fault of the staff, simply the building. All in all, a good resource for those Downtown.

Slowest pharmacy ever. I am waiting on hold to talk to a manager about receiving a copy of a receipt from a credit card purchase and have been on hold for over 15 minutes and still waiting to talk to someone. Live in Atlanta, GA and cant really drive to the store to talk to someone. Finally was able to talk to an employee and all they did was take my information. Come to find out that they cannot even text or email me a copy of the receipt.

This Walgreens pharmacy is amazing. The pharmacists are so helpful and have really helped me to get what I needed when I needed it despite a crazy travel schedule, even if they didnt have it in stock themselves.I wish these pharmacists were in my hometown SF. I would go there all looked the time!

Hands down the best pharmacy in downtown Los Angeles. I come here for everything and the staff knows me by name and is welcoming. You dont feel like your number here on the contrary they know you and your medical needs. You can get vaccinations here and I do. I love this place I moved here from The rite aid across the street. When I moved here the rite aid asked me to stay but I did not and I have not regretted that one minute in the last 4 years.

I went to this store and planed to get a baby lotion for my son today, and I had to press the customer service button to take the stuff I wanted, the funny thing was I pressed the button twice and waited over 5 minutes for the service but NOBODY showed up, just the broadcast sayingCustomer service needed in the baby department again and again, it was not that busy around 1 pm on Wednesday. If no help could be provided to your customer, then dont put the button there,OK?

Probably the slowest pharmacy service I’ve ever received. There was an issue with how they were processing my insurance and while it could have been solved by asking me a very simple question, they took more than 20 minutes among themselves to try and figure it out before asking me. After that it took an additional 30 minutes to get my medications, which were non-controlled substances. No idea why this took so long, but it made me late to work on what should have been an hour lunch break.

The pharmacists are knowledgeable, intelligent, and well informed while the staff is always very helpful. Jeanie (pharmacist) is excellent. She has personally helped me over the last 7 years. I drive all the way from Sherman Oaks to use this pharmacy because of the great service I get from Ruby and the Pharmacist Sorin. Have been using them for over 30 years.

The pharmacy at this store is easily the best in DTLA. Super helpful and friendly pharmacists and staff. An 11 out of 10. Unfortunately, the rest of the store is the exact opposite. Long lines, items (particularly sale items) out of stock, unhelpful front clerks.

This is the most racist Walgreens. Every time a black guy walks in someone that monitor the cameras from the back of the store gets on the intercome and says security walk the floor. It never fails.

The staff was really nice and helpful however their WesternUnion terminal did work so I had to go elsewhere for that minus one star.

Always a good experience. I just wish the entrance was more inviting when you are inside. There is a huge pole in the door.

They suck I bought some medicine there and then my 2 kids needed to used the restroom and a worker told me only customers so I told him that I bought some stuff there and then they told me the restroom didn’t work. My 2 kids almost pee themselves a boy of 7 and 5 years I mean it sucks that they even do that to the kids I was really upset 😡 about it and I will never go to the store again.

In addition, Dr. Ike and his staff have been supplying my cats meds having the prescription faxed from my vet. Ive also picked up meds for my neighbors cats. Really, the service does not get any better!! And they call you when your stuff is ready.
