Not sure why this store has bad reviews. I had a great experience shopping here. I came in wanting to color match myself for Westman Atelier and the sales associate Michelle was very helpful with letting me swatch colors and giving me some alcohol and sanitation materials so I could feel safe doing so. Very few stores are doing this right now, so it was appreciated. She also gave me some nice samples to try as well, and helped me order the one item I wanted that was out of stock in store. The store has a great/curated selection of high end brands that you don’t typically see in stores, and it is very clean.

TODAY...i had a most unexpected, best of the best experience.I VISITED THE NEW AND MOST AMAZING BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE...COS BAR..IN BRENTWOOD, CALIF.I had been looking for an eyelash enhancer, and after one and a half hours of sheer shopping enjoyment, left with more than one woman could ever need.The sales staff were incredibly knowledgeable, non intrusive, so warm and friendly, truly a win win .I suggest you visit this new store, you will not be disappointed.
