Ive been to this store a few time and I absolutely love their philosophy and product lines. In the past, staff have been semi helpful but I really had an incredible experience today with Tiffany. It was such a great shopping experience, that I felt it was worth reviewing.She really took the time to help me select products for myself and my mother. I know that my mom will love everything because Tiffany helped me make educated choices.Im so happy we have a store like Credo in LA - theyve converted me from big brand stores to a loyal customer.

While the store is visually appealing, with a large sunny window and warm wood floors, the staff at this location is offputting, rude and leave a customer feeling cold. I stopped by three days ago and after telling a clerk that almost all mascaras smudge on me she proceeded to say, Well, since youre so picky I guess X brand would work. When I went to pay I discovered a new debit card was not properly activated (not their fault obviously) but the staff just smiled when I discovered they do not take cash, another reason to never shop there again. One woman judged and chastised me for still using cash (its dirty) and told me to realize that its 2021 girl, use Apple pay. HOW RUDE. I would never tell a paying customer how to use their own money. Another staffer glared at me when I told her the six ingredients that break out my skin, more judgement. Stay far away from these obnoxious sales people. Oh and there is consistantly ZERO parking and they only let you know that if you return a used product within 30 days you only get store credit when you try to return it. Bye Credo! Youre awful.

This stores structure was fantastic. All was presented in a professional manner. I came across this downtown beauty shop and was immediately enthralled by the variety of beauty items and cosmetics on display. The employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She assisted me in selecting the best product for my skin. Im going to return to this store!

Their online store offers excellent service and a variety of non-toxic products. They accidentally sent a full size version, instead of a mini, of a conditioner I ordered, and they told me to keep it.

This beauty shop is exceptional! All of the staff are knowledgeable in the beauty field whether it’s skincare, makeup, hair color, eyebrows, eyelash, and etc. They are very generous in giving you some tips or information that’s the best fit for your beauty. They really valued their customers which is very excellent. Highly recommended!

I have been shopping with Credo since I lived in Boston 5 years ago. I have always had a positive experience until today. I went in before a workout to restock on a few products. Gabriela was at the register and while I was fishing through my wallet to get my card she asked if I wanted a bag for my products. Distracted I said, no thank you. After the transaction was complete I realized I had to go to my workout and it made more sense to have a bag and so I asked if I could have one. I was not trying to “squeeze” a free bag out of her, I just spent $95, it just didn’t occur to me until I wasn’t distracted that I needed one. She curtly said, “no, they are 10 cents and I would have to charge you.” I walked out of the store and to my workout and then decided to turn around and return the products. Having worked in luxury customer experience for over 10 years, I truly feel that at the end of the day it is about the customer having a comfortable experience above all. It felt as though she valued the principle of 10 cents above me having to juggle products down the street. In a world of easy access to any product, it’s smart for Credo to recognize that Credo isn’t the only place to buy all of these brands and that I could have had it delivered to my door without walking in at all. I just can’t get behind a lack of respect for a customers time and money. Therefore, this location lost $95 over 10 cents and a loyal customer.

This is my go-to place in person or online to get beauty products. This store always has friendly staff that is eager to help. They are knowledgeable about many of the products often having used them themselves. I have *very* sensitive skin (contact dermatitis to many beauty ingredients now- some even at Credo) so I like to try a sample first- especially since this skincare usually isn’t cheap. Credo has always been cool about giving away samples if needed!

Great place to buy clean beauty products.

This place is great! I have a very VERY complicated skin with so many issues that it seems unreal. Its oily, acne prone, but also dehydrated and super sensitive just to name a few - horrible headache when it comes to selection of skin products and make-up. Credo team helps me to find ideal products every time. Being experts in clean beauty they go far and beyond to help customers navigate through their vast assortment towards the best matches. Its so comforting to know that you can trust someone to help you take care of your skin properly! I highly recommend this shop.

Theres always friendly staff at Credo Clean Beauty who are very knowledgeable about all the products that they carry! My favorite make up is their own namesake.

Love the products just wish that they carried 100 percent pure brand. The staff is knowable I always get my right skin shade picked for me. The staff uses the products sold so they can let you know what they like. The staff is nice. I didnt get samples my first visit but did my second. They have a point system and once you reach a number of points you get to choose travel size products. I dont think there is a public restroom available. Would love if they closed at 8pm instead of 7pm. Also I would check the return policy before purchasing its a little different than others.

This place is heaven! I went on a weekday and there was no line! Everyone was super helpful! For the quality you cant beat the price! Definitely recommend coming here!

As a Beautie (thats a Foodie but for beauty products), I am so happy LA FINALLY opened a Credo. It is my one-stop shop for the best products on the market these days. Plus, the space is relaxing and elegant.

LOVE the mission of Credo Beauty + the products . . . but not a great in-store experience. The manager reprimanded her staff in front of a store full of customers (yikes). And our Mini-facial experience was rushed due to this tension. Still a great place if you have specific natural products youre looking for.

I absolutely love Sune! This would be the salon I would go to for my haircuts, color and even make up products. All the stylist are awesome and very friendly. They absolutely know what they are doing. I just go my hair done by Jennifer, I wanted to do ombré and did not want yellow but more ash and I love the result. 4 stars for Sune and their awesome staff.

Andyson is the best stylist here for both men and women. This salon is best Asian salon in sf and it is me and my gf favorite. Andyson wont let you down with any style you want. He cut your hair as a pro.

Initially, I had a bad experience as I ordered a $60 foundation and although it was shipped quickly it was not properly wrapped and shipment didnt even include a copy of my receipt. Also sales associate promised samples and I got NOTHING. UPDATE: Owner contacted me immediately after posting this review and tried to made amends by sending me the samples I was promised and a small gift. I commend her for her efforts in trying to fix the situation.

Oh what super customer service, When ever I go in there is always someone asking if they can help me find something, I have asked for advice for my daughters unruly hair and each time the products suggested are like miracles, I found the best hair brush to get out all her tangles and the greatest shampoo to help keep her hair looking beautiful.

Favorite spot for organic, green, all natural, non-toxic beauty and skin care.
