This review is a bit overdue. This team is AMAZING. I have never had better, more compassionate treatment. I went to this store, and this team (seamed more like a family) helped me above and beyond. Anaiss make-up is off the charts good. A true natural. In the midst of some not so fun doctor appointments, they helped me feel, a bit like myself again. It went above and beyond! Thank you to all the staff, and congratulations to the manager for creating such an amazing team!

This Sephora used to be so great. Now sales agents are dismissive and rude. It would have been so easy for Rebecca to say Im sorry, but this check-out line is closed for the moment. Im sure my colleague will be happy to help you. Instead, she went back and forth from the phone to products and never even acknowledged my presence until I asked and all she said was the lines back there. So I went to the back of the line which had formed and waited. Unfortunately Rebecca came back. When she finally started to ring up my items, I handed her my VIB card (with 1500 points on it) and she rolled her eyes, sighed and said someone else needs to help her, referring to me. So another sales associate took over while Rebecca pouted and did absolutely nothing.Unbelievable! Not to mention completely unprofessional.She needs to learn some manners as well as basic customer service.Thanks to Rebecca I will be avoiding this Sephora at all cost.

Very Helpful Staff on the phone and in-person

I love shopping here. Usually there is always someone willing to help me and is friendly. Recently went to another location and had a horrible experience.

I went in with the intention of only buying one or two different shades of lipstick to replenish my supply. I left with 5 different kinds, as well as some foundation and eye liner as well because it was on sale and the deals were just too good to pass up! Katie was helping  me out and was just lovely to interact with.

Hector and Anais are so amazing. They helped me with everything I needed.

I do not like leaving reviews like this, but the employees are extremely rude, I understand covid precautions, but these people are over the top rude to their customers. This is the first time I’ve ever went to a Sephora and had awful service! I will never come here ever again

Perfect cosmetics store

I was sold an almost empty $50 bottle of concealer (I was likely given a tester that they slid into a box). When I went to return it, I approached a male on the floor (tall, dark hair in a pony tail). He spoke to me like I was an idiot, and he seemed disgusted to even be helping me. Very weird vibe. I then was helped by another staff member who was friendlier, but after talking to her, she let me know I was sold an item that shouldnt be used alone. The original salesgirl who sold me the product never told me that. Stay far away from this Sephora! Very bad customer service, the clerks dont know the products, and they sneak in testers into brand boxes. I cant believe this store is still standing with all the bad reviews! Stay away.

I came to visit my daughter Sadie Holmes at the Beverly Hill store for a smokey eye workshop she did a great job. the only think is I for got to do the survey after the class so I dont know what to do so she will credit for the class. She is a ficilitator

A customer inside the store dropped their personal belongings nearby and accused me of picking up their credit card and stealing it. I began recording her because I didnt want to be blamed for something I didnt do. The cops were called on me and I was banned from ever returning because of a customer that, on camera, admitted had no money in their bank account. The motive is right there, yet she wasnt banned.

Today was the second time I walk into Sephora beverly center . Customer service has not changed since the last time I was there. I walked out of the store as i had to ask twice for assistance . Associates stand around w ear pieces delegating the responsibility to assist to other associates. There was about 8+ associates a fee standing around and absolutely nobody was able to assist me in matching a foundation to my skin !! Horrible I strongly advise to choose another Sephora in the area avoid this location that lacks service skills .

I can not understand how anyone could give this Sephora a bad review. This store is top of the line for make up. They have everything. If you are a make up junkie this where you want them to do a make over. And, done forger your phone!! When they are done be sure you shoot step by step how they have transformed you!!

They had everything I was looking for. Good service. I also got a tiny lipstick with my points that changes color with my ph. Cant wait to try it all out.

A man physically assaulted me and robbed me of all my belongings while inside the store in front of every man i ever saw. He recorded me without my consent and while recording me he abused me. I then left in my DODGE CHARGER and went to go get some KFC.

Reason for the 3 star review is because I dont have any issues with the service or staff aside from one employee and EVWRY SINGLE TIME I come in the store he pushes his little button to alert the staff that Im there the store is under new management with whom I know the woman and shes a sweetheart so Im hoping things change because that bleach blonde kid needs to stop falsely accusing me of being a thief when I infact buy alot of stuff from sephora between gift sets and facial masks and skin creams and even quite a few parfums from various stores Im not ok with him following me around the whole time and then ofcourse Im not going to make a purchase because your making me extremely uncomfortable other than that I give five stars to the rest of the guys and ladies theyre phenomenal at this store and very helpful Im hoping this situation changes because I truly like going there but Im not going to go somewhere where Im gonna be ridiculed and falsely accused by someone who doesnt even know me and I could see if he seen me take something or even attempt it but thats never been the case and never will be looks like the rest of my xmas shopping will be extremely difficult or Ill prob just go to another store

Me and my son paul went in, now.. paul loves to record things. But then this triggered lady came up to us and asked if he was recording. My son said he was live streaming and she said to erase it or she would call the cops! I mean really? She even dropped her credit card and I picked it up for her and she said it was rhape! This is my daughters account because i simply don’t know how to use this google system. I am absolutely appalled by the service my daughter and niece received, they were very obsouly harassed by the staff at this store. I cant begin to explain my anger at this stores staff,but regardless of that i will attempt to explain. My daughter suffers from one of the worse cases of anxiety even international doctors have seen, this being said we traveled from Canada to have a fun trip in Los Angles. Bringing along her only friend and cousin. It is often difficult to even get her to leave the house to a point having to teach her myself from home. We convinced and assured her that this would be a fun trip that she would enjoy, as we expected. This sephora staff absolutly ruined her whole experice with traveling and makeup, in a moment I will explain why. So basically I told her to go shopping at sephora on us, simply to get her trip off to a good start because young girls like a little lip stick and mascara!when she entered the store she and her cousin went directly to the the scented makeup, beacuas who doesn’t love a good scented eyeshadow! So they sat on the floor and looked at the makeup in complete aw, they had never seen anything like it before. They sat there as they explained for about 5-10 minutes just testing the things out and taking it all in because they where in heaven! My daughter not knowing how store nessarly work she thought that she could just throw the eyeshadow she wanted in her bag that was not provided by the store. Granted she didn’t do the correct thing but she didn’t do it in a way to steal it just in a way to hold unto it to later buy. After she stood up to go look at the face masks that her favorite youtubers have been talking about for ages. She was looking at some mascara on the way to go check out the masks and she picked up a mascara,simply holding it in her hand, so as she headed over to the masks she gets stopped and cut off by a sephora team member asking her in a crude tone if she was finding everything alright, her trying to put pretend like the confrontation didn’t scare her used her acting skills and made basically a chan tee that acted as if the conversation was normal which to her it was not. She walked to the face masks and looked at the my little pony themed ones because that was her favorite show when she was a toddler, she’s smelling and testing out the masks as you do when the masks are more than 70 dollars for a small container. And another sephora employee came up to her moments after the first one and again in acrude voice asked if she was finding everything okay,my daughter asked if there was anymore to sample of the pink mask, which is her favorite color, because the tester was empty. The emplyoee takes her mascara from her hand, confused my daughter looks back that the masks. Sacred of the employee she walks to the next row, realizing that the issue might be being caused by the eyeshadow so she takes the eyeshadow out of her bag and places it on a random display and fast walks trying to get away from the terrifying workers. As she walks to meet her cousin to leave she sees her cousin being swarmed by employees. In attempt to save her self her cousin calls me so that i can hear what the employees are saying to them i was so confused for a moment till her cousin was able to explain and hand my daughter the phone so that i could hear it if they harrass her. So at this point the phone that i wa son call with was in my daughters bag so i could bear every word the employees were saying. They next come up to my daughter with the mascara that was taken from her hand in and her eyeshadow she but down. And aggressively insist giving her a shopping bag. So she takes the bag but she plans on leaving so she placing the bag back into a pile of bags. So as she ettempts to exit they hand her another bag saying and i quote “ if you pick up anything and i mean anything put it in the bag” so she’s having a full on panic attack at that time simply trying to hide it as not to make things worse.

They sell 100% no harmful chemical personal care and cosmetic products.

Beverly center sephora disappointed me. I shop with sephora for ages and the staff is always so nice and polite there. But yesterday that particular store left me very upset and disappointed. Their cashier Julie wasnt just rude...seems like she didnt know her job. Charging me over $100 for the purchase that obviously was twice smaller in value. Then I was very much confused and I started to ask the price for each of 3 items and at the end after a minute of thinking she said: oh! That one wasnt your item, its $60. I mean REALLY?! What if I am in rush and just swipe my card without looking?! Too bad for me?! Maybe! But isnt it what you get your salary for?! To do your job correctly?! Then I meantioned that some apology would be appropriate and professional here, but I got NON! So leaving the cashiers desk with my items I heard as**ole on my to the door...which certainly confused the next customer so Julie had to explain that it happens. Really?! Happens?! In sephora?! Where everyone is always so sweet and helpful and extremely polite?! My first bad experience in sephora for years of consuming!
