Great personal experience. Dr. Diep saw me on a days notice on New Years Eve. And after my standard checkup she hung around to assist me in picking out the perfect pair of frames. I feel like I tried on every pair in the boutique and they never made me feel rushed or like an annoyance. All of this while sticking to safety protocols that kept me, her & her staff safe. I got my new frames today too. So, appointment booked to new frames on my face in less than a business week!Doing daily life stuff like doctors visits in the midst of a pandemic is difficult for both the patient and the doctor and I just have to say my experience at Eye Geeks was safe, comfortable and fun! I give them the highest of recommendations.

What a great experience! I was able to be seen the same day for an appointment. Sleek store and a great selection of frames. New equipment and very friendly staff. My glasses were ready within a week and fit perfectly. Definitely the type of interaction that had me smiling the entire time! I would highly recommend.

This cute store has a nice selection of designer & low cost glasses. Theres an optometrist on-site to perform eye tests. The staff is friendly and they even repair eyeglasses and sunglasses. Highly recommend!

I almost can’t believe how much I loved this place! They are incredibly kind, professional, & knowledgeable—three things I don’t feel like I experience very often from the medical field.I got a comprehensive eye exam, & Doctor Diep was happy to educate me along the way about what was going on at each step. That always means a lot to me, since I’m a curious person & don’t like to just go through the motions blindly (no pun intended). I was planning to just get my prescription & order new contacts lenses online, but Eye Geeks has a price match, so I’ll be ordering through them instead.

For me, I find it very difficult to find frames that I really like as my head tends to be on the bigger side. With that being said, the selections here at Eye Geeks really surprised me. Theres a fair selection of American and foreign brands. Specifically, theres a lot of Japanese frames which I love! But of course, they also have the standard frames and Ray-Bans. The optometrist there also helped guide me in choosing my frames as well as break down nitty gritty details of my eyes in a way that I understood. Overall, the experience here was pleasant. Building is clean, great selection, and comforting/homey team members.

Doctor is thorough and does great job making you feel relaxed. Great service. We don’t love downtown anymore but still come here.

They tried to sell me sample contact lenses ($20) as a restocking fee. usually places will give you a pair or two if you are in need. do you really want to go to a place that treats customers like that? Gilded.

Eye Geeks is clean, hi-tech, up-to-date, and has an amazing selection of frames. I was finally able to find a frame that suits my face. Because I don’t have a prominent nose bridge, my glasses tend to slip when I look down. It’s very annoying. At Eye Geeks, Dr. Diep and Gloria helped me find the perfect pair of glasses (they have a selection of frames that is specifically designed to prevent slippage for people like me). I was able to get the lenses tinted as well so I could use them as sunglasses. Everyone was so friendly and patient. :)) I definitely recommend!

I am so glad that I came to Eye Geeks for my eyeglass and contact lens examination. Dr. Diep is truly the best eye doctor that I have ever seen. She is so patient and thorough. We tried several different contact lens brand to make sure I saw well and the contacts were comfortable. We even talked about LASIK in the future. Best experience ever!

Nothing compares to the customer service they provide. From beginning to end everything was a success! They pay attention to detail and it was more than what i could have asked for. They offered complimentary maintenance on my old pair of glasses and you can feel that they genuinely want the best for you. The exam was a unique experience aswell because of all the new technology! Dr. Irene Diep is very knowledgeable, thorough, and personal, and I am so thankful that Dr. Diep healed my eyelid. My eyelid suffered from redness, inflammation, and itchiness for 6 months. My primary physician prescribed me two different eye creams. However, my eyelid didnt get better, but exacerbated. Luckily I found Dr. Diep. She examed my eye thoroughly and made the accurate diagnosis. Dr. Diep prescribed me an eye ointment and my eye healed in 7 days like magic! I cant thank enough to Dr. Diep and I really appreciate Dr. Diep spending lots of time in patient education. I would highly recommend Dr. Diep to anyone!!
