Dr. Dueñas is fantastic at his profession. This optometrist is my go-to place to get my eyes checked. Its always an enjoyable experience when Im there. Perla, who works upfront, is caring and professional.You do have to make an appointment if you plan to see Dr. Dueñas. Thank you!

The doctor is very kind .but the receptinist is rude

Ive always had a great experience at this Optometry Center. Pearla is amazing! The doctor is AMAZING! TODAY....talking with Isabel did it for me! Myself and my daughter are patients here and have been for some years now. Never had an issue but she was terrible! Attitude terrible. Doesnt know how to talk to people at all!! A 2 sec convo with Pearla fixed it all and we literally had a shouting match with a person who doesnt knw how to do her job. I asked to speak with someone over her not sure if the doctor knew about this situation?There was no resolution with HER and very unprofessional to say the least. I wouldve given 5 stars actually but SHE blew it today. She needs to take classes on customer service!UPDATE:I’ve spoken with the Doctor in detail about the situation. He was VERY understanding and brought resolution to what happened. This is WHY we loved coming here. I was so afraid we would have find another optometry office because of what happened but it isn’t a reflection on him or Pearla. They helped tremendously. Where we didn’t feel safe they’ve made us feel safe again. I appreciate that.

The eye doctor 👨‍⚕️ is young and explains everything in detail. He offered choices when it came to contact lenses. He gave me trials and I appreciate that. Perla from the front desk is also helpful and patient she also seems knowledgeable. I’ve been going to this location since 2012 when Dr Herman was there. This doctor is friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful, professional service. My glasses and my contacts came in super fast in just under a week. The doctor was sincerely concerned about the health of my eyes and diagnosed that I had cornea ulcers. I felt comfortable and never rushed to hurried as in some clinics. I absolutely recommend this place.

I didnt know being rude was a part of customer service, but wow 4 Years have gone by and still no change? Dr Herman there are plenty of, if not over qualified individuals that are seeking a position such as the two you have~ & would do it happy. Carla has always given me such a difficult time in person and over the phone. I mean is anyone happy to work in there? It seemed as if she would rather have been at home. If thats the case I would find better help. Thank you for your experience Dr. Herman but I prefer to take my business elsewhere.May God heal the individuals in there that are hurting. Amen.

Dr. Dueñas is really nice and super professional. Got in and examined in no time. The frame selection is wonderful! The staff were super helpful as well. Glad I found this gem!

I was referred by a coworker and so glad I went. Dr. Shinny is great and very knowledgeable. Great selection of frames. Definitely recommend this place.

I love it because theyre so friendly. It feels so familiar every time I go! I live far from the clinic I go back because I love the service I reveive!

Dr.Herman was great, he was friendly and provided me with information about my vision. The staff there was extremely rude. They did not assist me like I wished, and seemed very lazy. If Dr.Herman were to have a new staff then I would rate it a 5/5.
