From the moment I called, to the moment I picked up my glasses, the service was exceptional. I spoke with Elizabeth on the phone. She was friendly and answered the questions I had. When I arrived, parking was easy. Elizabeth helped me in person and was just as lovely and communicated everything clear. I was replacing a single frame lens in an already owned metal frame pair of glasses. The cost was only $80 for the polycarbonate including anti-glare or non reflective. Everywhere else I called was a minimum of $120-$150 for the same service. Elizabeth told me the frames would be done the same day at no additional cost. I was quite surprised as most places take a week or so to get it done. I returned the next day to a perfect pair of glasses. Thank you Elizabeth and Eye Noon for a great job. Ill be back for sure!

One of my good friends bought me a gift certificate from this store for my birthday and it was right when I needed new glasses. Often, you are not treated well enough when you use a gift certificate like you dont get any discounts or their customer service is bad. But this store was not like that at all. The owner treated me like Im their regular customer and gave me a good discount. I bought a pair of glasses and lots of contact lens, which was my very first time. Even though I had a bunch of questions, the owner kindly explained everything to me and it even took her over half an hour to explain how to put on and remove the lens. They have so many promotions and discounts you can get. I strongly recommend this place.

Eye noon optical is the great place to get eye exam and great selection of glasses & sunglasses.I went to get my eye exam to get some answers for my symptoms last Saturday. The eye doctor was truly kind and very thorough on every step of the exam.She sanitizes all the tools before I use it and answered all my questions!!The eye exam fee (including contact lenses) was only $70.00 and very satisfied.I also got the perfect glasses for me with amazingly good price!!The owner and staffs were very kind and their recommendation were professional.I recommend this place and will come back for sunglasses!!

There cannot be a more comforting and accommodating optical shop with an amazing staff. I have never felt this guaranteed to purchase eye glasses and contacts before. The staff members are very friendly from the moment you walk in. They are do not follow you around but rather assist you in finding the perfect look for you. I strongly recommend this location because not only did I receive great glasses but I also walked out with immense positivity.

They have the be the finest glasses/ sunglasses stores in the whole world. They have such nice look and even nicer workers. I was amazed from the first time I went and I am still is awe of their dedication. This is why I am back here time and time! Highly recommend!!!

Love this place! The owner and all staff members are all so nice. Great selection of frames and sunglasses (even has korean brands too!). To make each visit safe during pandemic, they limit the number of clients in store by having them make appointments in advance and wipe every product after you try them on. I got a pair of sunglasses and blue blocker. Highly recommend their blue blocker if you work on your computer a lot. The owner told me that it also blocks UV light and it’s good for driving at night too.

I have been to 3 to 4 optical stores around Korea town and Eye noon Optical is the best place to get your glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses and eye exam done! All the staffs and the owner Stacy is very kind. My mom and I stayed there almost 2 hours and during the stay, all of them make you feel so comfortable and explains every single questions. My mom had quite hard time to decide which looks good (because they have alot of cool glasses!!) on her and all of them came and look and we voted for her and she loves her new sunglasses! I have frequented this location since they opened. They have never changed their love and desire to assist their customers since day 1. My first day and my most recent expereince is unbeliebly the same and I love visiting. While glasses/sunglass shopping used to be boring, it is not fun for me. They have amazing frames directly from South Korea. These frames are affortable and lasts a lifetime. My most recent glasses upgrade was due to my worsen eye vision and not the issue with glasses itself. Must visit to understand!

Definitely not a good place to go. Cheap frames and lenses.When you have money, they PRETEND they are nice people. After payments, they never help you with the problems of the product you purchased from them. Worst customer service I ever received. Their frames are so cheap and bad. Ive worn glasses for a long time and the frame I purchased from them is the only thing that got broken after using for 4 month (never happen before). It wasnt my fault but they blamed me for not calling them or coming to the store earlier. Well, why didnt you tell me it is so WEAK frame so it can get broken all the sudden when I purchased it??? Dont go this place unless you want cheap frames with high price. (I said they but it was actually the owner I believe her name is Stacey, who was very rude and blamed me for this. She actually seemed like she was ready to have a fight and arguments with me. I wasnt mad at them bcuz I thought they will be able to fix it or change the frame since the nose arm was gone all the sudden like it was cut by something. If it was really my fault, it would be the leg that might got broken, not nose arm.)

This place is located in a small plaza with plenty of parking in the lower lot. I really love the sunglasses here! They have a wide variety of brands to choose from that i can make a one stop for my glasses and contacts and eye exam at the same time. They also have color contacts that make your eyes glitter and look prettier. I highly recommend ! The eye doctor is also very professional as well and answered all questions that i had.

Quick trip to Eye Noon Optical got me wondering, HOW THE HELL DO THEY STAY OPEN?!?!?!?! 🤯🤯🤯🤯I have a very high prescription which requires multiple lens compression and super light frames to reduce the weight of the glasses. Ive been procrastinating visiting optical centers because it usually costs me around $500.00. I finally got my laziness in check and decided to visit Eye Noon Optical after seeing so many good reviews and DAMN Im a fan.Staff is extremely professional, friendly and informative. After quick and helpful eye exam session, owner picked out a frame thats perfect for me within seconds. Total charges for the new lenses + 5x compression came out waaaaaay below my budget. On top of that, owner threw in the new frames, gave me $100.00 worth of prescribed contacts lenses free of charge. WITH PRICES THIS LOW AND NEVER ENDING FREE GIFTS, HOW DO YALL STAY OPEN?!?!! Ive been a customer for two years now.My latest purchase was a total disappointment.I order contact lenses and also frames. The quality of the frames is terrible.I started to use my glasses on thursday and the frame is already damaged. Also the staff (koreans) are rude and not helpful at all. I need to clarify that I love my appointment with the optometrist. Very attentive and helpful.

THE best place for needs of any type of shades! I came to get my eyes checked first and they actually waived it when I purchased a new pair! Not only that, my last few visits had insane amount of discounts... And its been more than a year so far from all the products I had and theyre still good as new! The service that workers give are ALWAYS friendly and caring with real recommendations. Theyll recommend whats really best for you and you wont regret. Wish I could give more than 5 stars cause hands down, highly highly recommended.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Over price and you have to wait over a week for your contact lens. Currently I been waiting 7 days. She said I have to wait till next week so I cancel my order. My eyeglasses took 4 days and I didnt get a call or anything when it was finish because when my sister when on Tuesday to see why it was taking so long and the lady/rude owner just start it working on my glasses.. I put in the order Saturday morning. You can order online or go to a different eyeglass store and receive it in 1-2days. Most place in Korea town offer same day or next day service on eyeglasses. Dont waste your time and money. So unprofessional. Oh and the eye examine is with a different company. I had to wait for the eye Dr who was 30 minutes late on Saturday too!!!

Owner is very kindly to serve to any issue on glasses. even, prices is very good and cant compare to any other shop cost. also, there is lot of promotion going on every year with raffle or special discount. if you see all previous review. About 99% reviews were 5 stars except that those of who doesnt feel good service from this shop. but, honesty try to other shop and come back. I guess they will come back again for sure.

The name of the business is different from the eye test prescription so you cannot use it to order online. I got DENIED twice from placing an online order. What is the point of paying Eye Joa for a prescription I cannot use anywhere else? Dont waste your money here. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and department of consumer affairs of Los Angeles.
