I had my sons, 3 phones to change, upgrade, etc and not a simple situation. The rep, Wendy, was the only one there and beyond exceptional; she patiently dealt with all our questions, options, and resolved them so efficiently that while it was a long process, it was one of the best customer service dealings I have had in a very long time (if ever). I am typically dreading going into stores like this (and have had a few issues with Verizon) but I can assure you, if Wendy is there, you are in great hands! I rarely write reviews, but after reading some very negative ones about this location I had to at least alert you to not go if those other people are working and wait for her to be there.

There were two employees which happen to be females. Extremely rude. The place is empty of customers, theyre texting while Im waiting outside. Via store sign please wait here until asked to come in.Being a Verizon customer for 10 years, this place doesnt give you any refunds. Only exchanges. The attitude can be left at home.Im never coming back to this store ever.Im sticking to corporate stores!

This location should do a better job of knowing the company they sell products for. Everything they told my husband and I in store turned out to be wrong. We were supposed to receive a promotion for bringing my husbands number over from another provider, which according to Verizon was not true because we received a different promotion. Not a big deal since we did get the better of the 2 promotions.. but it was annoying nonetheless to be misinformed. Then I informed the sales person that I had a bunch of device dollars saved on my rewards account that I wanted to put towards the new phones. He tells me this isn’t something done in store and that I needed to call 611 to have the device dollars applied to payments on the bill. Sounded reasonable to me. I call Verizon since my bill is due tomorrow and they tell me that these can ONLY be used in store at the time of purchase in a corporate Verizon store. Third party sellers can’t use them. So either the sales guy didn’t know and didn’t care enough to check the policy before advising me or he knew and lied to keep the sale in his store. I now have useless device dollars that expire before the next time I’ll need to purchase a phone. Highly recommend going to an actual Verizon store because this place is a joke.

Horrible service. I walked in and there were three employees standing around without customers. None of these employees bothered to say hello to me, so I walked up to one of them. I told her what info I was looking for and she reluctantly put her phone in her pocket and got up to help me. I asked for the amount/month the above unlimited plan would be with tax and she replied, Its $100/month plus tax. I asked, and with tax? She replied, Well, its CA tax. I asked, can you please tell me how much that would be? She replied, No, and thats when I walked out.
They will say anything to make a sale and say absolutely anything to push responsibility off on to the customer, belittling along the way. If I was with my wife today, there would have been a scene after the way you treated her. Who knows, perhaps if I had been there they would have had the decency to do what they are supposed to do and not belittle my wife.Secondly, CHECK YOUR PLANS. They make deals and do not honor them. Read all paperwork if you go to this location. I didnt realize until months later that they outright lied and put through a standard deal when they agreed to certain prices for our phones. Im on a family plan so I didnt notice immediately. By the time I did, too late.Complete trash.
Excellent customer service..rarely seen nowadays.Rudy was very helpful with my purchase and Nate went above and beyond to get my phones set up...no easy task in my case.I had been with AT&T for more than 20 years and was reluctant to switch bc I had the unlimited plan, but I never had coverage! Now have coverage where I never had any before for less than I was paying before...so glad I switched!
My first time at this store and I was greeted very politely. I was promptly helped, and told them what I needed and wanted. So far so good. It was easy and efficient. I will be going back to pick up my new phone which I Preordered. I will update from when I pick up.
Schemes. Dont set foot in there. If you do, do not buy the 3rd party insurance package. They will claim you get a portion of unused monies back so the program pays for itself. This is a sham. If it sounds to good to be true, it is. Even the insurance person, said most of these Verizon reps lie.
I bought my phone at another store they didnt help me set my phone up. Came to this store they did full service set my phone up and taught me . I should have bought my phone here. They gained a customer for life here with me
This location is understaffed, so the wait was excruciatingly long, especially considering the fact that one of the customers needed help setting up every little detail on her phone. The consultant was very patient with her, but he wasnt very considerate of everyone else waiting in line. She was the only customer before me, and I had to wait for an hour to get my request sorted out.
Annoyed I’m paying $1100.00 for a cell phone and they let it sit around for days without notifying me that it had been delivered to the store. I like Verizon but this particular store is extremely unhelpful in my experiences and I’d rather drive to a different one.
I actually had great customer service!I got there at 8:40; they closed at 9pm, to havetransfer my data and contacts from a semi brokenphone. He looked at it, saw that it did work,and hooked it and my replacement phone up andthat was it. Very Helpful and they got the jobdone.

My experience at this store last year was disgusting. While one employee was showing me phones to purchase, the other employee said he was backing up my phone but he was actually going through my personal photos and videos and possibly downloading them.I know this because later I began receiving obscene messages and calls from yet another employee at this store.I called to complain to Verizon (corporate) about it, but since they were an authorized retailed they directed me to the store manager. The store manager called me to get my story, and he asked me to send it all in writing - which I did - even with photos documenting their employee’s contact to me. I never heard a word from anyone else at the store after following up on this customer service complaint. Terrible experience, with employees who have no respect for privacy or women, and a manager who had no accountability or follow thru.

My friend and I went to this Verizon store Nov. 16, 2018. PK, who is the manager of the store did a fantastic job. I transferred my service from MetroPCS to Verizon. By adding my new line to my friends plan, we can have the benefits of the prepaid family plan, which is a pretty good plan to go with. PK helped me to call MetroPCS to get the account number, pin number, etc. to help me transfer the service. My friend wanted to change the sim card because of the poor calling quality he had. And PK helped him to change it for free. PK is so patient and so nice during the whole process. The professional service he received from PK is phenomenon compared to all my past experience at AT&T, T Mobile, MetroPCS and some other Verizon store. If you want to have the best standard of service, come to this store and ask PK to help you.
Lost my phone and the sales rep Nathan was extremely helpful in setting me up with a brand new phone for a great price. Definitely recommend.
NO ETHICSSales person DASJON C added new features to my plan and explained to me that with the special promotion, the additional features would increase my monthly bill by only $2.00 to $172.00. Excluding the first time charges, taxes, etc, my monthly payment jumped to $228.00. Since I received my bill after the 14 days return period, it took me several phone call to Verizon customer service and follow up with the store to finally sorted out. Even after the first fiasco, the two store managers didnt follow through with the Verizon office as discussed, and I was charged two additional months, which again, I had to call the Verizon Customer Service to sort out.
When my 93 year old Mothers flip phone broke, we went in to this store and asked how much a new phone would cost. They told us because she wasnt eligible for an upgrade yet, the new phone would cost $300. Not a smart phone mind you, but a simple replacement phone. We would have been fine paying $50 or even $100 for a new one, but $300 was ridiculous and they let us walk out of there without giving us any other options. We went to Best Buy and got a new nearly identical phone for $15 and a $15 a month plan also with Verizon, half of her old one. When we called to cancel her old Verizon plan they charged her $110 for breaking her contract. These people are the lowest of the low and this store in particular is despicable. Avoid at all costs, they seem to like taking advantage of senior citizens.

Unfortunately I cannot give it 0 stars, so 1. A guy named Christopher there conned us into getting 2 new iPhones saying that they give you a 400$ credit per phone. After taking an initial deposit of $100 on each phone, he ended up making us pay 500$ out of the door (Phone cover, screen protector). In this whole thing, they stuck in a wireless endpoint, claiming that if I add that in, itll be included in the cost. And promised that the bill will be a 140$ per month. Soon as the 14 day return period expired, they stuck me a bill of 278$ stating a activation fee of 40$ on just that wireless endpoint alone, plus more activation for each phone, plan and account charges of 50$, Surcharges of 90$. This is a massive con, and essentially theyve recovered the money for the phones completely. These companies and sales agents are getting worse by the year and coming up with creative ways of just shoving anything new down your throat. Theyre left with no new features or anything to offer you on the phone, so theyre using a contract-cons and built-in-discounts to just reel you in so they keep business going. Dont believe a word of anything. And they made me wait close to 5 hours before I could walk out with my phones. Today when I called them, they wont help. Chris is out for for 2 weeks, and I dont know what deal you did with him is what I got. They wont help me out in anyway now. When I called VW directly, theyve been trying to help me sort out the mess that this store has created, but the store wont help at all.

Awesome place very helpful. Employee that helped me told me about stuff that i was not told when i first got the phone. as well as a $20 refund/coupon. He knew everything i asked of him right away. he did not try to up-sell me items i didnt need either. he actually helped save 10 bucks knowing i did not need the wall plug in. salesman have never done that before around me.i bought the phone in another state and the kid agreed with whatever i said. i asked if a phone case was good about keeping sand out (this was WA state so no surf) he quickly said oh yes, you should have no issues with the model, but just in case... buy the warrantypoint i am making is that the go wireless in santa monica acted in the exact opposite way as the kid from WA.you should do business there because they will help if they can, wont pressure you into buying stuff, and if you need something they will not up-sell for commission. they will explain the pros and cons asnd let you decide!

Store stayed open late to help us get my phone, even though I had to buy out my phone I was happy with there help in transferring the information and setting me up with my new iPhone, I personally disliked my android, they set me up with lifetime screen protector that was amazing because I walked out got home and dropped my phone, screen protector cracked but phone was in solid condition !!! Nathan and Pk were amazing and changed me plan so my bill wouldnt increase!!!!
