I shopped around a few places when my iPhone screen broke. This place had the best prices and the staff was really friendly. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Hopefully my screen doesn’t break again, but if it does, I’m definitely going here.

Ash was very nice and was able to fix my phone in less than 15 minutes.I have also brought my wifes phone here and have been recommending this place to all of my friends and family. Took Iphone 11 in for a screen replacement repair on 3/20/21. Repair was fast, within 15 minutes. Original price was quoted at 109, when returned was told it would take another $60 due to a particular hardware component that needed replacement. After taxes, 174.50After replacement, screen did work but was very sensitive to even the slightest touch & Apple’s message would appear “unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display”. On 4/21/21, I applied some rubbing alcohol on a dry napkin to clean the screen in which many people do to clean the device. The screen went haywire as if the solution went right through the screen. I have done this many times over the years with many mobile devices with manufacture screens with no issue. That speaks to the quality of the screen.4/22, took the device into the store to explain the situation. I was offered the price of $119 for replacement screen. Store support mentioned that this happens from time to time and he has seen the issue before.Recommend if you have it, to go with the authentic screen from the manufacturer or manufacture authorized dealer for long term solution

The worst store for iPhone repair, he charged me twice for the screen more tgan the price he mentioned on the phone and the face id is not working at all and when he replaced the screen again the sensitivity of the screen is really too bad as well, he said there is warranty 3 months but i did not see any warranty with the purchase as he couldn’t even fix what’s the problem with the FACE ID, he said that he will bring sensor to let the face if works again but did not see anything.I usually fix my iphone at dialnet just on the other side of this store as he’s really super cool and gives warranty for 3 months and if anything happens he kepp replacing the screen untill is really works well .I’ll post the phone how was before as i hope to post something about the sensitivity and face ID, anyway he knows that because he tried the phone and was shocked 😮.

This place is a God send. My iPhone SE that I have had for 6 years shattered as it developed a crack in the screen. I called the owner and he quoted me a phenomenal price. I have worked at Apple for 3 years, so I know a good price when I hear one. Within 10 minutes, my phone was fixed as if it never happened. I am totally blown away. I called another repair service that quoted me $20 higher. I told them they lost business and that I am going to this company. Everyone, go to this place! They are so good! I don’t recommend this place. I should have walked out when I smelled marijuana from a block away, the guy was smoking there a lot. He charged almost the same price for my iPhone XS Max screen replacement as the Apple would have, but for a non-Apple screen. The display quality is OK, but 2 problems by now:1) From the same day Face ID stopped working. I called the shop right away, and he said he didn’t touch Face ID. It was working fine till that day and now I had to disable it and live without. After watching some videos online, it turns out this happens when the cable is damaged during a screen replacement. So 100% shop’s fault and they wouldn’t even try to repair2) The bottom of the screen is now coming open all the time, the adhesive wasn’t applied correctly it wasn’t strong enough.Just bring your phone to the Apple store, don’t waste money on this shop

I would say avoid to get your phone fixed here. Tells you he is installing Apple grade product but it is not. Seeing from all the reviews, everyone has to go back multiple times as did I and the phone is still not 100%. Only reason I don’t go back is because I don’t want to deal with his attitude when you question his installation.

These folks are beyond wonderful for your cell phone repairs!!! Ron was able to quickly identify and resolve the problem I was having with my iPhone 6+ charging port and fixed it right on the spot in minutes. To say their charges are reasonable is a major understatement. I will always go here for any future repairs on phones. I encourage you to do the same.

Called around to several places trying to get prices for a repair on my iPhone 8 Plus screen. Ash was the person I spoke to over the phone who was super informative and professional. Took my phone in and they were able to get it fixed within 20 mins! It’s been a couple weeks now and my phone is still working great!! Screen quality is like new and I couldn’t be happier! DO NOT GO HEREEE!I dont usually write reviews but this place deserves one. The sensitivity of the screen is really bad. The face detection doesnt work. He lied to me saying that it would start working in 24 hours. This place is a scam. I cant even type one message correctly because of the bad sensitivity. My phone randomly sends pictures to people and does all sorts of weird things because of the messed up screen. Its a complete waste of money!!!

I recently found this place and took my iPhone for screen repair. The owner is super nice and an all around decent guy. He explains the options and is quite fair on prices. Hes also super fast (30mins for my case). I liked that he advised some people not to do certain repairs if theyre not worth it. So you can completely trust him with your repair.

PLEASE READ! I’m not the one to give reviews on places usually, but I have to make a point here.I used this place multiples times.First time I went in on a busted screen I had on my iPhone. Everyone was polite I gave them a shot and they replaced my screen. Well few months later my whole screen from my iPhone was bulging out for some reason( guy told me that it was because of screws missing). So I went in to ask them what is going on. First he thought it was a bulging battery but it wasn’t. Last guy didn’t put all the screws in.He gave me a discount to get a new screen again. So he put it in and it cracked same day.When I went back to ask them for help they tried to get me another discount to fix the screen they put in... They gave a vague excuse of “we don’t know what happens when you leave our store”.My advice is to look elsewhere for your repairs. These screens just break on their own after they repair them, and they won’t help you after.

I came to la iPhone for my MacBook because it shut down on me and wouldnt turn on.i came in and ash and his partner Elliot explained the process of what they would do to check the problem on my computer for no charge. eventually he called me back an hour later and told me the diagnosis problem and that it was the battery and how much it would be to fix it. I had my computer back the same day and it works even better an faster then it was with the new battery repair. thanks guys!! i will highly be back for any other problems in the future.

IPhone Repair is professional! I broke my iPhones back glass, and Apple asked 560 for repairing which is ridiculous. He even spent extra hour just for cleaning the inside of my phone, I really appreciate his work. So far, nothing went wrong, my phone is just like a brand new one out of box.

Scratched my device after replacing the screen. He stated he was going to provide an original screen, this was entirely false. The screen has a yellow tint and terrible viewing angles. The shopkeeper was beyond dishonest. As if that wasn’t enough, I was charged more than the quote I was told over the phone before coming to the shop. I was absolutely appalled by the experience. This shop misrepresents it’s products, services, and prices. If you have a broken iPhone screen, I recommend going to a legitimate repair shop. The shop keeper is neglegent and disregards consumer safety laws.

Rip off shop! Ibrought my iPhone 8 Plus for screen replacement. I’ve been using my phone 3 weeks without any problems with broken screen. They replaced the screen for a cheap rip-off, it’s ok. But!!! They ruined my phone by damaging electric parts which are in charge for charging system!!!! I got my phone, set in my car and it was completely discharged (left my phone for 30 minutes), tried to charge it, no luck!!! I left my phone with 98% battery!!! I came back and they told me you dropped it, that’s why you screen is was broken. They taking no responsibility for what they doing. They have no tools to fix any phones!!!! Only plastic card and their nails!!! They braking you phone during repair!!! And asking to pay for another repairs!!! Scammers. They forgot to put 4 screws back in place inside my phone when they replaced my screen. They also left 3 metal pins exposed in my phone, that could have very easily touched other metal and destroyed my phone, but I got lucky. The screen was cheap, but youre gambling, here. Have heard they access your phone and leave themselves great reviews, etc... all kinds of wacky things. Scroll down here and youll see a review from a girl claiming theyre very handsome LOL cmon guys... From now on, if I cant sit at a counter and watch while someone repairs my phone, they will receive no business from me.

Not bad, prices seemed a little high ($75 for an original iPhone 5se screen) but we were in and out within 30 mins and the sales guy gave us a free phone bumper! Btw they have two prices, one is an off market screen price and one is the original. We didnt take time to shop around for prices in the area but I suggest you do so.

A very short story; I had a problem with my ipad and walked in to LA iphone.I had no appointment but they accommodated me very promptly. I explained my problem to Ash and, when I expressed my concern that I would lose all current stored information, he proceeded to quickly find a solution that avoided that result. They were friendly, very knowledgeable and very accommodating.The fee for their service was very reasonable. I could not have been more pleased and I highly recommend LA IPHONE.

I stupidly took my iPhone 5s out of its case and of course, dropped it within minutes. The screen shattered so I called the wireless lab. They took my phone right away and fixed it within an hour. Its good as new, and while I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, I wouldnt go anywhere else for iPhone problems. Thanks!

I was walking past the kickball field with my girl when somebody kicked the ball straight over that fence. Being the good samaritan I ran after that baby but when I went to throw it back my phone slipped spilled cracked shattered on that unforgiving pavement. Insurance was out of the Q cause I didnt have that but I went online and wouldnt you know these guys were real close and open on Sunday, yeah that Sunday where you cant find nothing open ever. I took it in and it took less that 20 minutes, even got a discount for using cash and a sweet screen protector to make sure this mess never happens again.TL;DR: Phone broke, found this super convenient location with an awesome deal, was in and out in less than 30. Saved my week from being totally bogus.

Terrible- My phone was literally broken in two pieces when I brought it in. They Fixed it and a couple weeks later (Although still completely intact) my phone stops working completely. When I bring my phone back in the 2nd time they refuse to honor their three month warranty due to a small crack on the top of my phone. They clearly knew the problems with my phone were caused by their shoddy repair work but still insisted I needed to pay an additional $75 dollars due to fairly typical wear and tear.When I voiced these complaints to them they immediately responded to my facts with obscenities and intimidation.TRUST ME STAY AWAY.

Completely dishonest . Called first to get a quote and a time to fix a cracked iPad screen. Told men 89 dollars and two-three hours. Got there half hour later and they changed the price to 110 and said.that it wouldnt be ready until.the next.day. I protested and he said that there were two.customers ahead of me and.each.would.take.2-3 hours. Went elsewhere.
