After months of losing for a car, we ended up at this place. At first I was skeptical because I did not have any relation with anyone there. However, after looking around a bit, a guy by the name Ricardo Galindo help us find the perfect car for us. Wishing hours we signed the papers and take the car home. I found the best deal in LA County on a 2005 Toyota Avalon. A really pretty blue and in really good condition. Just needed some standard maintence work, but thats all. They offer them at really good deals and value. Just do the work in advance and know want you are buying. They are not out to screw you. They stand behind their word. I had a small evap leak about a week in and they took care of it no questions asked. Car ran and sounded so much better! Really nice staff!

This is one of the only places in LA where you dont have to worry about annoying salesman that ruin the excitement of getting a new car. These guys honestly dont care to pressure you - they show you options, give you prices, let you test drive and just let you fall in love with the car. I will always recommend

I bought a chevy Express from auto auction group about 2 months ago. It was an awesome buying experience. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I never felt pressured or anything like that. They helped me on the phone before driving in and they let me have free reign to check out the van when I came in person. We took it on a test drive without any wait or hassle. I wanted to wait a couple months before giving a review to make sure that the van is as good as it looked in the lot. I can now say Ive put 1500 miles on the van and it is working out perfectly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will definitely try to do business with them again in the future.

This has to be the BEST car buying experience Ive ever had! I am utterly in shock, especially since this is a USED car dealership!! Ive had a better experience with this used car dealership than other big new car dealerships whom Ive had to fight with before because they tried to screw me over, scam me, or play games to try to mess up the car buying process! So naturally, having to buy a car is a process I started to dread. Auto Auction Group, however, completely shocked me with how they handle things.When I first went to Auto Auction Group in March of this year, I found the exact electric car I want and for a great price -- a 2011 Nissan Leaf electric. Sandra, Chris, Ruben, and Marcel were all super nice to me. They are all upfront, direct, honest, and dont pressure you to buy a car. Their motto is that theres no point in trying to force someone to buy something they dont want. If they like it, they like it. If they dont, they dont. So I appreciate that they dont pressure customers at all or do that typical car salesman talk. They really just let me look at the car. Im shocked they didnt try to pressure me. Best of all, they made the process so easy -- in 3 hours, I traded in my old car, got approved for an auto loan with them, and drove out with my new car! How the frick did that happen so fast? Ive never had anything happen that quickly and easily at ANY car dealerships, new and used! I saw that they treat their employees well there (they get free IN-N-Out Burgers for lunch), so I can see why the employees seem to enjoy working there.Unfortunately, within a day, I discovered there was an issue with the battery. I called them and they immediately had me take the car back to them. The owner, Onnik, talked to me. He said they do things professionally and would take the car straight to Nissan to get the battery fixed. They gave me a loaner car in the meantime so that I would still have transportation. 5 star service!It took some time, and I later found out Nissan wouldnt fix the battery since the warranty expired, and Auto Auction Group did their best arguing with Nissan to get them to but Nissan still refused. I started to get worried. Other dealerships Ive dealt with wouldve told the customer, Sorry, you bought it, theres nothing else we can do. Not these guys. I was shocked and relieved when they offered to gave me my money back or switch out the car for another one in their lot. At the time, there wasnt another electric car, but they let me keep the loaner while I thought about the decision. And then, one day, the manager William called me -- another electric car JUST arrived at their other lot, and its a newer model -- a 2013. I immediately went to take a look at it and OMG, it was in even BETTER condition! It looked completely new, even the inside!! How is this possible?! And its in the same color I love - RED!!!And so, I returned the loaner and drove out with a better car than I first got from them, and months later, the car still runs beautifully! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CAR! OMG it was totally worth the wait! I have to thank everyone there for making sure I was taken care of. William the manager did a great job keeping communications open. I really appreciated that he would text me and answer questions I had. He even made sure that switching out the car for the new one is easy -- he had Ruben have the new contract all ready when I arrived so that I can quickly sign and leave with my new car. These are really great people and I highly recommend buying a car from them. The prices are great and the service is just OUTSTANDING!

Just purchased a Kia Sedona from them and the process has been great. They have been friendly, responsive, very accomodating. The one small thing I wish we could have done was have online contract signing like Docusign, so we didnt have to go in and sign the contract, but thats kinda small. Overall, really, the guys have ALL been great.

Horrible, or terrible. You choose. Please disregard all the reviews written by their sales staff, this place is just plain dishonest and disgusting. I just drove 2 1/2 hours to see a car that was beautifully pictured in their CL ad and upon my arrival I found the actual car had body damage everywhere. Its like its a totally different car from their ad.I explicitly asked the salesperson - Chris Wright, if the car had any body damage and he assured me it didnt, so I drove 150 miles only to be horrified by the condition. Like I said, disregard all the positive reviews given my their staff (all) and STAY AWAY!!!REPLY: I asked Chris specifically if there was any OTHER DAMAGE than the front fender, he said NONE. When I arrived the left rear fender had MULTIPLE DENTS. See email.
