Got into cycling three ago and bought myself a nice aluminum frame road bike. But decided it was time to upgrade to a nice Carbon frame bike. Back in June placed an order for a Bianchi Infinito did research on it and it fit what I needed. I also knew that with everything going on with backlogging delays and Covid restrictions it was gonna be a while before I actually received the bike. Bike Attack did an amazing job responding to my emails and keeping me updated. When I picked up the bike 11/3/21 it was an amazing experience my bike was at the front on display waiting for me to pick it up and the staff was amazing. Rode the bike and it is amazing upgrade. Will definitely go back to the store to buy any accessories or parts I may need

Awesome place to work with, customer service is A+ everyone is so nice there. I bought 2 bikes off the website which I never buy online I’ve always bought my bikes in person. But I needed bikes since someone stole ours last summer. I ordered 2 Marin rift zones 27.5 in January which were a pre order for a mid to late summer release. We ended up putting the house up for sale the middle of moving they emailed me and communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I got the bikes and gave me updates on the bikes. If you want to get good bikes and from a reliable bike dealer this is definitely the place to go. I Highly recommended bike attack either online or in store the prices are good and the customer service is A+. I can’t wait to get these assembled and on the trails. I am a life time customer. Thanks!

Took my 90s mountain bike to a few shops around town. No one would help me. I decided to give Bike Attack a call and Im happy I did. They did an excellent job repairing and fixing up my old bike. They gave it years of life. Also the customer service was first rate. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

On 6 July 2020, I preordered a Bianchi Hybrid bike from Bike Attack, as a birthday gift for a family member. They took full payment, not a deposit. The Delivery was to be in August. In September, the delivery date changed to October. In October, the delivery date changed to November. As of February 2021, neither Bike Attack nor Bianchi USA (S.P.A) respond as to when the bike will be delivered. It takes about 3 to 7 months to order & for delivery of a custom Ferrari that contains about 30,000 parts. In comparison, a bike has about 800 parts and they cannot deliver a bike in 7 months. Sales delivery promises & Customer feedback are atrocious.UPDATE: On 4 February 2021, I sent an email to Bike Attack requesting a status of the 7 MONTH DELAYED Bianchi Bike order. 30 minutes AFTER I posted this review the store responded today 8 February, not by giving a revised delivery date, not by offering a comparable bike as a replacement, but by unilaterally canceling the order & refunding the money without asking the Customer if this is what he wishes to do. In July 2020, If I would have alternately invested my Bianchi Bike purchase money in Gamestop Corp. stock, I would have realized a 8095.99% increase. Dont lose out; bike buyers beware; do not shop at this store!UPDATE: After Bike Attack cancelled the prepaid order, on 10 February 2021, I found the same bike online at Outback Bikes in Atlanta, Georgia. I placed the order and the Bike arrived via BikeFlights shipping service in 7 DAYS on 17 February 2021. I had to purchase a missing front skewer & pedals from the shipment. The bike gift had finally been fulfilled. Hooray!!!

My son and I came in knowing nothing at all about bikes a couple weeks ago but my son wanted a road bike to ride with his friends. I was a little thrown off at first by the place because they stock a bunch of eBikes and stuff that I don’t like at all but low and behold they had a Fuji in stock that my son bought. The sales guys Nate and Hector were very helpful and showed my son a bunch of great places to take his new bike and even drew him a little map to ride up around the Santa Monica Mountains. So many stores we went to didn’t have anything and were rushing us out the store. We appreciated the personal touch they gave us. Thank you.

Just popped in to Bike Attack near Marina Del Ray to check on availability of the Tern Link A7 folding bike. I actually showed the member of staff that I had one ready to checkout and purchase via their Web site. He couldnt confirm availability or a delivery date; just gave the usual Covid excuses. As a visitor to LA from overseas (Im a pilot) I asked if he could check on Monday for me. No he couldnt was the reply. Why have an online order service if you cannot provide a delivery date for the free assembly and pick up? Really unprofessional service. Got more chance ordering on line via Amazon. Stop making excuses and blaming everything on the Pandemic!

Unfortunately, one of the worst retail experiences Ive had. I went to Bike Attack as they were listed as a Orbea dealer and I was hoping to get a replacement seat post clamp which was a specialty size. I had tried calling multiple times with no answer. When I emailed and asked if they had a part in stock, the response I received was look at your local store as the staff assumed I was out of town because my area code is from New York.... Desperate to find the right part, I went to the Santa Monica store and they sent me over to the Playa Vista because *spoiler alert* they also could not get anyone on the phone at the other store. When I arrived at the store, I explained what the staff at Santa Monica had told me to which they basically said theres no such thing, you are wrong. I went to my car, got the bike, and then returned to the store and went to the back where the repair shop is. I waited for FIFTEEN MINUTES before the gentleman came back out to help me. To make matters worse, his colleague was building a bike right next to me, saw I was waiting and didnt go get his buddy. Also, 2 other staffers walked out of the back room, one with their mask off, and walked right by me without asking if I was being helped. If this wasnt bad enough, the repair team then decided to jam on a seat post clamp that was not the proper size and tell me it would be fine. I trusted them and then ended up having to adjust my seat post eight times this past weekend during my century ride because it was not staying in place.Having worked in athletic specialty retail before, I can honestly say I had never seen anything like this as it relates to poor customer service. I get things are crazy but Bike Attack never made me feel like they actually cared or wanted my business. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered white bike of a specific color but got the color I did not quest with damage to the dropouts. I worked with a woman named “Kitty” who was trying to play me and what I mean by that is they did nothing about the me getting the wrong bike and it being damaged. My bike is my main form of transportation and the only compensation I received was a credit for the shipping cost and a measles lock and lights that I had to convince her to throw in. I’m still not happy about the whole incident and I will share my story when and wherever I get the chance to help someone else avoid getting played by this company. Overall a nightmare that was downplayed by “Ms. Kitty” because she seems to think a couple odds and ends are going to make things better. I will never shop here again and I hope no one else makes the mistake I did!

Would give zero stars if I could. Made a deposit on a bike and when arrived to pick it up at the agreed time, salesperson was selling the bike to someone else. I purchased two bikes to be shipped, back on May 4 have yet to received them. I tried calling them numerous times no answer. I tried emailing them no answer. It is getting a bit ridiculous. I feel I just wasted several hundred dollars. Also, I registered my order and they said they never received anything. What a joke of a bike shop and they call them Americas Bike Shop.I would not recommend this place if my life depended on it. Think twice before you do any business with this shop. They will take your money and run.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IF YOU LIVE OUT OF TOWN!!I pre ordered a bike at this shop and requested a shipment to my location as I do not live in California. I see others had a similar experience. I ordered my bike and tried contacting them several times. They never respond to my messages or answer the phone. I ordered a bike for $1,300 which is a decent amount of money to be treated this way or no communication about my order. Now I sent 4 messages in a week and a half time frame with no reply. I feel like I do not trust them and will be requesting a return on my order... if I can get ahold of them?

Try to be aware that time estimates for work may be a bit optimistic. The shop is very good at giving an accurate estimate directly if you ask the folks doing the actual work. The sales staff are well meaning but are probably going to oversell it a bit.NOTE: This was updated after a few days because I felt I let my emotional state guide my earlier content. I raised by a star and tried to be more helpful. The response from the owner came in pretty quick and I appreciate their attention to detail.

Really excellent experience. Landed LAX saturday morning with no plans to ride before my meetings monday - but the sun!...Some uninviting rental calls...and then Todd turned things around when i called Bike Attack Playa Vista and headed straight there. The whole crew were fantastic - Aldo, Jennifer, Ed - sorted me - good deal and great bike - and i headed for a superb weekend of adventure (PCH, Latigo Canyon, Cornell - Geraldines AirBnB Caboose and Old Place for breakfast - Hills route back and down into Beverley Hills and to Bike Attack). Fabulous - and all thanks to Todd and the Bike Attack crew.

I don’t think I’ve ever been cared for by the employees of a company more than I have at Bike Attack. The guys over there are so educated and care deeply about customer satisfaction and safety. I bought my first Bianchi carbon road bike from Bike Attack and Todd and Victor not only educated me on everything I needed to know (and continue to do so to this day!), but they are always happy to make tweaks when I need them. Todd takes extra care to precision when it comes to bike fittings. He goes the extra mile and makes sure you don’t leave without every last bit in place. 6 months after my bike purchase and after tons of rides, I was randomly experiencing knee pain and went in to see if it was the seat that needed adjusting and he immediately knew it was the cleats... sure enough, it was! No more pain!If you’re in need of a beach cruiser or bike rental, or are in it for your first big bike purchase, please trust in these guys to help you out. I’ve never looked back! :)

Good service but will never come again due to overpricing. A bolt that is free or costs at most 1 dollar they seen I needed it so they charged me 5 dollars for a bolt that is free or at most one dollar. Also I seen a 80$ wheelset I knew was 80$ so I asked he said 130 for some 80$ brand new wheels . this store is over priced and stealing from people when they need it

This is a great bike shop, definitely worth a trip if you want to browse current offerings from quite a few brands. I particularly like Scott mountain bikes but also impressed with their selection of other bikes on the floor, like Bianchi. They are also a dealer for Intense and some other high end trail and downhill bikes. Ive refered a few friends here for family bike needs as they carry a lot of cool kids bikes and kid carriers, if thats on your list of needs. Very friendly staff and very reasonable. Ive bought a few things from these guys and good experiences. Recommend if you are looking for something that is not the typical Trek or Specialized.
