Parking is first hour free with validation and the structure entrance is behind the store on Morningside Ct. Due to the pandemic its usually pretty empty so youll be in and out. Employees are very helpful and will gladly assist you. Great prices and deals on a lot of products. I had no difficulties shopping here besides the location not carrying everything I needed, overall 4 Stars!

They only need more manpower on the floor to help and they will be the best store for kitchen equipment. They really have the best quality of merchandise here.

Bed Bath and Beyond. Who knows what the beyond actually is.This place allows you to trade in soda stream canisters for $30 and will return $15 if you return the old canister. That means total cost is $15. There was a slim selection on ChapStick but I a lot of types of bed sheets and pillows. No need for Linen.

Nice place to browse. Very organized. My pick up order was promptly available for me to take with me as I finished browsing and buying more stuff lol. Love the curbside pick up and order ahead system it was very streamlined and everything in my order was correct a ready for me. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive.

Not my favorite place... At all. You would think that a company like this in a neighborhood like this would have plenty of employees there that are extremely attentive.However, that was not my experience. As soon as I walk inside I felt like I was inside of the giant mall with no sense of direction. As I looked around to ask for help, I easily realized that no one was around for help. Not even a security guard.Also, I just didnt like my interactions with the people at the register. They seem quite standoffish. The cashier that took care of me was actually quite pleasant, but I was more focused on the other cashiers who were being rude to their customers.It was kind of obvious.

I went there on a Saturday morning, it was around 10am not busy at all!I wanted to buy two wall mirrors (which were quite expensive) for which I needed to use a cart in a bigger size, but there was only a single shoppingcart, one of the little ones at the place where the carts were supposed to be- on a Saturday morning!!!I kindly asked the cashier and he was very rude and truly told me that I have to walk around the store or should go to the parking garage and go find one. And here I am expected to spend my money?!?Seriously? NO THANKS!!!

They are a little overpriced, but thats why they mail you those 20% off coupons every week. The idea is they have a markup on items and then you use the coupon and its basically the same price as you would get at Target. Im not sure why they make you jump through hoops, and in most cases Id rather just go to Target or order it off Amazon but if Im in a pinch and I need something right away, this place is pretty close to home.

Brandon claimed to have his speakers calibrated using some high tech technology but theres nothing like the human touch so I went ahead and calibrated them myself. Was kind of surprised the store didnt have a backup generator. Showed up one morning to grab a few items and power was off on that street corner, but they didnt have a generator, so I had to go to a different store later.

Golly, I wonder why brick & mortar stores are folding faster than a lounge chair? Bed Bath and way beyond’s return policies are horrendous. Lose your receipt and you paid cash? Tough sciht. Their pompous New return policy leaves you out in the cold feeling like a snowman with a carrot in his nose. USE AMAZON OR BUY ONLINE where if you return a defective item- YOU ARE COVERED. No receipt should mean at the very least a store credit. These bozos forgot where they came from and are next in line with Frys who JUST filed chapter 11. Omar the queen manager of this Vine street branch was more than happy to enforce his woke authority to feel important and rush me out of the store to rid himself of my frustration. Twenty year customer saying goodbye to these jokers once and for all.

I had a key cut at the west Los Angeles location the key did not work, I returned it the next day they told me no returns or exchanges on keys, also apparently you now have to have a barcode for discounts now so I couldnt use my email or phone number for the bath supplys I wanted to buy. What happened to the great service I used to get?

Unacceptable treatment. I have been shopping at bed and bath for years. This was without a doubt my last time at Bed bath and beyond. The representative would not take my return of a perfect good item because she said it is past the 60 day return date. My receipt clearly stated a 90 day return period. She called the Manager Omar on the phone and he said as a courtesy he would give me store credit. My receipt is my contract. That clearly stats 90 days. I should not have to get frustrated and make a legal case when making what should have been a simple return. Not okay.

I went in this store looking forward a comforter set. The sales associates were no were to be found for about 10-15 mins. I requested for help and there was an additional 10 mins to get help. Once I received help I stated that I was looking for a a black comforter set. He then proceeded to tell me that black comforter were bad luck. This was the worst enagagement in a sales interaction ever. That statement he could have kept to himself. He then proceed to say again well if you want to have bad luck then... It made me very uneasy to be in the store.

They have an amazing plastic jug that holds hot water. Its beyond anything else.

I enjoy shopping at bed, bath & beyond. Its fun finding things I may not have expected. The staff are experienced, friendly & helpful. When they didnt have an item I needed, someone looked it up on the computer, ordered it and had it delivered to me. I like the efficiency of that.

This store is always well arranged and put together. All the employees provide excellent customer service. They all greet you (more than one employee) and if they cannot help you they all radio for some one else who can help. The stores managers all help and assist like the rest of their crew. They all have a great positive attitude. Their return policy is the best in town. The products are of great quality. Even being a small store compare to other BBB, it is conveniently located in the heart of Hollywood 10 min. west of Downtown Los Angeles. It is also well stocked. My family and some friends think is a bit pricey, on the other hand, its well worth it and they have those great 20% off coupons without limits. Just present as many coupons as you have items in your purchase and you will receive the discount. They also have 5$ off for purchases 15$and above. If you shopping for your bed, bath, kitchen and beyond this is your store!

These guys are scam artists. Had a coupon that was 25% off but was only good on the in store price. The item I bought was $44.99 online and the in store price was $69.99. So they raise the price by 55% and then give you 25% off of their inflated price. I ended up paying $52.49. When you bring it to their attention they act like its no big deal we will refund you the difference. The point is, you got caught trying to rip me off. Im taking my business elsewhere.

I love this place, has everything I need for my household needs and decorations. Plus discounts with the coupons I receive from Bed Bath& Beyond are so helpful and not only that !! I dont have to worry if the coupons I have are expired, they will still honor them and if you forget your coupon next time you visit take your receipt along with your coupon or coupons and they will adjust the amount and pay you the difference. They also have a great return policy. My favorite place to go to and walk in to spot new items.
