I purchased a 16s with led lighting. The blue light is super faint. The light completely shuts off after about 10 seconds. The red leds never turn on, even with scolding hot water. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because it looks nice and, the water pressure through the showerhead is quite nice. However, I payed a premium price on a defective product. I could have bought a considerable less expensive product without the led feature. Because, essentially, thats what I got :/

I love my ALFI sink BUT I had been sending messages, one after another, to find something to use to clean or protect (that I can buy in the USA) my new ALFI sink and have heard little. I have been instructed that I can use mild dish soap and water. Whats about stains, etc.? And they did not include a schematic for the sink installers which caused a bit of concerns for my installers. I originally gave it only 2 stars BUT I received an answer to what to use to keep my sink looking as wonderful and lovely as it does now. That really bothers me that the cleaning products are only ones from Italy or Europe and they cannot be found in the USA. I am now happy with ALFI Trade Inc. and always loved the sink...ALFI just needs some more tweaking on their info to give it the full 5 stars theyd deserve.

Terrible customer service. After waiting for a year for the matching sink grid, I was e-mailed by Alfi Trade Inc. saying it was available and they were going to send me one for free. Ten (10) days later Alfi Trade Inc. emailed me again saying (lol, just kidding). Company policy prevents us from mailing you one free of charge. Please, dont waste your money on a company that cares so little for their customers.

The customer service was remarkably helpful; they replaced the head on my faucet almost a year after I purchased it with no questions asked, following up only with, hope you enjoy the product, and let us know if we can assist further! We love the faucet again!
