Good service just small parking lot.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 4 employees unloaded materials and were aware that I was waiting. Bad attitudes. I’ll buy my tools online.

I found what I needed, but the wait was longer than expected to pay. Their cashiers take their time.

Me being a general contractor and not just working on one trade but many at one time its hard to carry everything but when it comes to plumbing parts and accessories I can count on finding what I need at this place. Really appreciate the one on one service the guys provide to make it a easy in and out with what I need. I do recommend Ferguson

Not much of a ‘wholesaler.’ Just picked up Moen shower handle 96791 for $27 here. Same part no. is $11 at Home Depot.

The times I visited this place I had a very bad experience. The guys at the counter werent profesional at all and very mean. They made me feel I wasnt welcome in the store. Not coming back to this store. Also, very expensive place, I am not sure if I was charged retail price in my material. Customers are there to do business. I dont think they appreciate our business.

Slow and never know what they are talking about then put you on hold and leave you on hold .. glad there’s better supply stores

Iwould really recommend looking elsewhere before dealing with Fergusons. There customer service is horrendous to put it nicely. My wife special ordered a sink. It was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday at our home with our contractor waiting. No show. Wasted day. After my wife wasted her day we finally were able to make arrangements to pick it up at the showroom on Friday. They didnt even have the courtesy to deliver it after their mistake #1. We were going to let that slide.When we opened the crate it was the wrong size. An assistant said they would be unable to return the sink because we oked the order, however the dimensions on the invoice we supposedly approved were very unclear. We would never have special ordered a sink that we could find in dimensions off the showroom floor which is what we got. We asked to speak to a manager and left a message every other day for two weeks. She only called back after we threatened to block the charge with our credit card company. While we expect this dispute to be solved through our Visa card the lack of customer service and the hope that we would just go away when our calls were not answered have forced us to place this negative review.We always try to shop with locally owned businesses because of customer service. That is something you will NOT get at Fergusons.

This Ferguson Plumbing Supplies location is very professional and always willing to help!Prompt customer service and accurate order picks, are just some of the great qualities of this location.

This place is joke everybody talking and loughin and me waiting for help like everybody have there time. No wonder this place losses a lot of potential customers
