What a headache coming here. I thought Pomona was tough to go to, but this by far is the worst. The employees are awesome and do their job, but!!!! Only 3 guys at the counter, over 12 people waiting to be helped. Shelves arent stocked, so every little thing is waiting to be pulled from the back. A new system needs to be implemented here. Hire more guys, stock the shelves at night if you have to and have more people at the counter. Time is money!!! A contractor shouldnt have to wait an hour in line just to be helped. This is ridiculous. If the part I needed was anywhere else, I would have left. If Ferguson wasnt our primary vendor, I would have left. Corporate Management needs to stop being cheap and get these guys help. This is far too common occurrence at this location.

Overall good experience. Usually they have 75% of the parts on shelf. But also empty bins. Thats the 25%. But it is what it is.

Contractors know this place. But you dont.Here you can find everything you need to from start to finish.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots. Fun easy ambiance, delicious food (Order the executive steak lunch midweek), attentive service and a home made hot red sauce that is out f this world. Great all around.

This is the bring the model and serial store because looking at a simple 10 dollar part isnt good enough...

Phoned in the order, wrong part then when i told them it was the wrong part Register boy (Manny)became aggressive . Re fund was a difficult to get back had to go back a few times to get my money back . Should of just gone to PWO burbank plumbing outlet much friendlier people there.

If you know what you are looking for then it will be a better experience. Prices, help and free delivery were great.

Hours posted are not correct. They open whenever they want. Usually 30 minutes late

Staff and customers were using both placard disabled parking spots for loading (non-disabled persons) equipment. I could not get them to move, and they had no respect for persons having a placard and needing a disabled parking space. Totally unprofessional.

This store sucks everyone that works here is slow and never want to help anyone they just stare at the computer act like they are doing something...also all the shelves are always empty....ill rather go to home depot then this ferguson........
