Not a bagel. Just a round piece of bread with a hole in it. No surface bubbles and they tore open which is a clear sign of under boiling. Scallion cream cheese was good. Pastrami sandwich on an everything was a good sandwich and creative. They buttered the outside of the sandwich and toasted it which made it a little too greasy.

The Bagel Kings of LA. Weekly these food trucks are bringing bagel amazingness. Can walk up or order ahead on their website. The Rubenstein and The Birdman are amongst our favs. 🔥🔥🔥

Bad bagels, even worse service!!! Particularly the 3 older dudes who work the truck on Sunday’s at melrose place. I constantly wait 40+ minutes for my order even when placing it ahead online then somehow receive soggy nasty bagels that taste like they’ve been sitting there forever. You’ll get a better bagel and better service at Noah’s or Einsteins which is sad.

Bagel is not something ubiquitous in LA. It’s more like an East Coast (NYC) thang where every borough and neighborhood has a bagel store. Perhaps I’m bias being a NYorker living in sunny LA. Anyway, let’s start this bagel review. Yeastie Boys Bagels is a food truck that primarily offer bagel sandwiches. They have good bagel and cream cheese selection albeit limited. Moreover, they have add-ons that you’ll find satisfying. They’re primarily located in Silverlake neighborhood of LA. I ordered their Blueberry bagel with Strawberry cc ($5). And it taste good, almost as good as the ones from NYC. Their bagel was soft and warm. Similarly, their strawberry cc was good. Staff were amiable, professional and followed health protocol. Service was mildly fast. But that will depend on the day and time obviously. Prices were a lil bit above market value. Overall, I had a good order experience and bagel. Yeastie Boys Bagels make good bagel sandwiches. And I highly recommend them.

Not exactly the best bagels in LA but theyre decent! The bacon egg and cheese can be a little too much for the integrity of the bagel to handle. The one with the beansprouts and turkey was actually my fave, try that one!

Hilarious how impossible it is for them to get an order right. Avoid this place if you would like to receive things how you ordered them

One of the better additions to the Brentwood neighborhood. attracts a nice crowd and contributes well to making Brentwood a nice hangout spot for people in the mornings. If you dont show up early, expect a decent wait, but what else would you expect from a small kitchen and good food. I recommend adding a hash brown to any order.

Not that impressive. This is basically a bodega bagel. Cheesy and good but not worth the hype. Better spots in LA. Get over it.

Overpriced $7 bagel with no flavor and too little cream cheese. Save your money and go somewhere

Left pretty frustrated in that we had to wait 20 minutes just to order when there were only 4 or 5 parties in front of us. By the time we ordered the line was so long behind us, these people probably ended up waiting 45 min or so to order. Then we had to wait another 15-20 min for the 2 bagels. I just don’t really understand how a bagel, even a sandwich, can take so long. There’s no extensive cooking involved in a bagel sandwich, and I hope you can improve your workflow so the speed can reflect that. It honestly left me feeling pretty grumpy and I won’t be going back.

Well if you love the Beastie Boys then youre gonna love the yeastie boys!! These bagel sandwiches are the bomb! My favorite is the off menu peanut butter and strawberry jelly on a blueberry muffin! The food is truly one of a kind and taste magnificent. The help are so cool and do a fantastic job and courteous as well. I highly recommend going to yeastie boys and theyre here Silver Lake Wednesday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. To 2:00 p.m., but be warned on Saturdays and Sundays theres usually a long line. Often they sell out of the blueberry muffin but I dont have a problem getting it Wednesday through Friday up until about 12:30 or 1. When you go tell them Diamond💎 sent you! Your stomach will thank you!

Who doesnt like bagels! These bros know what theyre doing. You can find their bagel truck outside Alfreds Coffee and Kitchen on Melrose Tuesday and Wednesday and other locations during the week. Best to check their website for those. They offer their own riff on bagels with four to choose from. My favorite is their The Game Over, eggs, peppered bacon, beer cheese, tomato, and jalapeño spread. Oh so good.
