They just move to new location, so no sign outside it’s a gray building on corner...with a little door. Only street parking, meters are .25¢ for each 15min. I went at 4pm the place was empty I was out within 10min. Prices are great! Lots of colors to choose from. Worker was very nice. Really recommend this place.

The website said it was open, Im visiting from Chicago drove 40 min to get there and I was told They were not letting people in to shop, the young lady that came to the door said that I could order online . She told me to set up an account and that she could fill the order . When I called back and I called several times the recording said there was no one there to fill the order leave a message or call back . Needless to say, I was unable to receive my order before I headed back to Chicago . If your not open to the public you need to state that online. Unhappy customer 😑

Great selection of HTV and adhesive vinyl ready-to-go. This new location is much more spacious, which allows for display of most all of their products, so it makes shopping a lot easier to see the colors in person and just take the item off of the shelf. Wide selection. Love their prices!Low key... hate the new location. Parking is challenging and a lot of tents and homeless are right near the door.High Key, youve got to know the address, because the name is not visible from the street. You wouldnt know what they were selling in that store.

I love their new setup! You are able to see everything they carry and now they also carry sheets that can fit easily in the smaller cutters so theres so much to choose from. They’ve always had everything I need in stock and their customer service is always great and they are always willing to help and answer all your questions. I love that they are open on Saturday until 5 p.m. Google shows pictures of their old location so it might be hard to find but its right at the corner of 21st and Main.

Friendly and very nice store. well put together. In Beverley Hills. says wholesale on Google but not really wholesale if your looking for the lowest price. But I wou of say it is wholesale if your looking to pay a higher price for a better quality. this would be the place to go.

Exactly a year ago, I ordered something online and the shipping issue was horrible. One year later I re-ordered because I was reassured that they would change a few things in there shipping department so that the mistake wouldn’t happen again. Well maybe there picking on me or people are just not reporting this same issue I’ve been having. I placed an order for a fundraiser event that I had last minute and I ordered material and so paid over $60 of overnight shipping so that I had enough time to make my order and donate it to this fundraiser for Cancer Children. Well unfortunately my order was not here the following day. They emailed me saying my order was out and never advised me it wouldn’t be here on the following day. When I checked the status it said the label was made but order not picked up on time. I placed the order before they opened the store and I followed up immediately with an email asking them to please not mess up my shipment. They had more then enough time to get the order out on time not have it picked up at night.Anyways I was upset and I contacted Mr. Won Lee General Manager that is in Texas. What more can he do but say reject the order and we will refund you. 🙄 Not only was I unable to do this amazing fundraiser but I was told to reject the order instead of saying we will refund you your overnight shipment amount. I found another company amazing!!!!!!! @heatpressnation they are top of the line with there customer service much better quality too. The shipping is also quick quick if you place your order before 1pm. Good luck guys this company is horrible with shipping

Well, the picture Google shows of the store is not really where your coming to. This place is kinda empty and they didnt have what I was looking for. I had to settle for a different size but at least I got the vinyl color. Thanks guys.

Aaaamazing!!!!! I will keep coming back. Rhinestones are quality and they have different colors and sizes. Great service and help. I bought AB crystal hotfix. I used them for our salsa costumes. I recommend this place to all dancers and performers looking to make their costume shine.

Everyone here is very friendly, I love all that vinyl,heat press Im just so in love. They recently moved the store though. I wish they had a store in the valley though but for now I settle and drive to DTLA to get all my needs. Thank you Nova rhinestone.

Wow!! Went to pick up order only to find out they moved, went to the new address around the corner on santee, and i was floored!! this place looks like a dump, all the elegance and style is gone from the appearance of the previous store, no luster at all!! the new place looks like a warehouse so small and cluttered...i know sometimes one must scale down but dang!!, the area (sidewalk/street around the outside of the store smells of urine and the area just not the same flashyness, no style. however i will still go here great products, i just wont be wearing sunglasses inside anymore all the brillance is gone...

My go to place for all my flat back crystal needs! They are a bit pricey but for the quality of the crystals and the amazing customer service, it is well work it!
