We experienced exceptional customer service from Lexus Product Specialist, Brianna Y. during the purchase of an RX 350 at Lexus of Lakeway. Brianna assisted us with test driving an array of vehicles. We chose to wait a few weeks before making a selection. During the interim, Brianna maintained contact with us. The Lexus of Lakeway General Manager, Ryann D. also checked in with us. Late one evening, we contacted Brianna via email to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Brianna responded to our email that evening and scheduled an appointment the next day as we requested. That morning, we finalized our first purchase from Lexus of Lakeway. The management team offered us a reasonable trade-in value for an older non-Lexus vehicle. We also wish to extend accolades to Lexus of Lakeway Financial Services Consultant, Tina M. Tina was professional, personable, knowledgeable and patient with us during the vehicle financing/closing process. She also explained several warranty coverage options in detail. The process was effortless for us. Brianna presented the key fobs to us as we approached the vehicle delivery suite, where the vehicle was adorned with a signature red bow! Brianna also offered us a tutorial on several of the advanced features of our vehicle and synchronized it to one of our cellular telephones.We are excited about our purchase at Lexus of Lakeway! I went in to see a vehicle and the sales guy was nice but no negotiation whatsoever. Not a big deal I understand so I left. The car was at the dealership for 75 days so not sure if it went to auction. Anyways, I looked online and noticed the price went down on the car. So I called and spoke to Chris in finance and asked if he could look into it and call me back but never did and he did verify my info. That was over 2 weeks ago. Now of course the vehicle isnt available anymore but was at that time. A courtesy call could have been nice.

Very nice! I bought my car at Lexus of Austin and have had a great experience. I have had it serviced twice at the Austin location. However I live in Dripping Springs so I wanted to go to this in as it is closer. You can’t go wrong with either location. Great guest lounge and great service! My son and I drove 3 hours to Lexus of Lakeway to find him the certified pre-owened Lexus we were after. I always try to work with reputable OEM dealers buy new nothing about Lexus of Lakeway. There are good, bad and exceptional OEM dealers. Lakeway is exceptional in my opinion. We worked with Adam Fuller their who was very personable, respectful, honest and easy to work with. This would be my son’s first car purchase having just graduated from college and landing his first job. Adam provided the perfect example of how the car buying experience can and should be. Finance manager Tina McClain was also a joy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, even if you have to drive 3 hours to get there.

My car had a routine well check including oil change. I was provided a loaner car to run some errands before picking my vehicle up. I experienced courtesy by all representatives I came into contact with. The job was completed with the utmost efficiently.
I bought a used certified car from Lexus of Lakeway.There was zero pressure from sales. There was zero pressure from financing for additional wheel protection or other expensive addons. I was allowed to test drive the car on my own. I was able to sit and think about it for an hour before making a decision with no one approaching me or pressuring me. The pricing was some of the best in the whole country, and having the CPO and extra warranty coverage is a stress reliever when my only other car was a 17 year old sports car that I feel like could explode at any second.Very happy with my experience here. After dealing with really nasty dealerships, especially on my last lease from VW that got snippy with me when I passed on $3000 a year warranty coverage, these guys are angels.The free coffee bar was cool, too.

Lexus of Lakeway, and especially my service advisor Chase Williams, always do a great job. The one complaint I have is that they have instituted a 50 mile a day limit on the loaner car. It is 36 miles round-trip from my house to Lexus. That only leaves me 14 miles to use if I have the car for one day. That’s not enough. I would appreciate a larger limit, like maybe 100 miles a day.
***Recently revised this from 4 star to 3 star since as a result of my review below, the dealer’s management posted that they’d like me to personally reach out to him. I emailed at the address in his post and received no response.***Pre-owned purchase experience: I found this dealer online, they had a Mercedes I decided to purchase. Great communication throughout the sale and a fair price. However after I took delivery of the vehicle in California, I noticed the center console was broken and my local Mercedes dealer will charge approx. $1k to fix it. This dealer said they sold the car to me as-is and refused to come up with a workable way to remedy the fix (eg contributing a portion of the repaid, etc.). While this dealer isnt obligated to fix it since they sold the car to me as-is, I am disappointed that this annoying broken piece of the interior will set me back $1k.

I purchased my Lexus RX from Hailey Taylor in December. Today I went in for my first service appointment. The team was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. While I waited for my car I wondered up to the coffee bar and had a look around. Hailey saw me and immediately came to say hi and see how I was doing with my new car. I made an appointment the day before, but when I arrived, there was NO RECORD of the appointment. No problem, Ryan Martin handled the situation without difficulty and assured me that my appointment would be honored (I had a text confirming the time and date). My appointment was for routine check+state inspection. I had planned to wait for my car which previously had taken around one hour. THREE HOURS later my car was ready to go. I don’t know what happened to my appointment, but, at my age, 3hours is a LONG time to sit in car repair shop.
The Lexus of Lakeway service department is excellent. First rate mechanic work, great facilities, easy and efficient car loaner process, great support staff - all the things you value as a Lexus owner. From the time you drop the car off until you pick it up, the customer experience is first class. Our service advisor is Alan Gilley. Hes been our service advisor for many years. Hes the glue that keeps everything moving along. I used to write customer evaluation cards for Alan during the early years, but I ran out of superlatives to write. Hes the best, the absolute best !!! I highly recommend Alan and the service department at Lexus of Lakeway. Weve been extremely happy there.

We just moved to the area and my car was at the 20k recommended service. Since Ive only had the car a few months I wanted the dealer to check it out. They are very professional and friendly. The brake rotors had grooves in them (my husband thought it might need new brakes and told the service consultant to really check them out). So, they could have told us we needed new rotors and we wouldnt have been surprised, but they didnt. We were told a rock of something must have done the grooves, but that they are fine and didnt need replacing. The upstairs lounge is nice, open and relaxing--great coffee/snacks too. We waited for the car about 1.5 hours, but we were told it would take that long. My car was run through the car wash before we picked it up. We had such a great experience that we scheduled my husbands Toyota truck to come in for his 60k mile service.

Last week my wife and I purchased our second Lexus and our first from Lexus of Lakeway. We worked with Ashley Martell in sales and she was a delight from the start. I had a minimal amount to time to car shop and I had probably looked at every used GX 460 in North Austin. Lakeway had the best price on the cleanest one I had found out of probably 20 cars. Their customer service was great and their car was priced competitively. We look forward to driving from Georgetown to Lakeway to have our service work done as this is the nicest car dealership Ive ever been in.

I was a walk-in to check if by chance they had a maintenance cancellation due to inclement weather. My appointment was scheduled with another location north of Austin and weather was going to be worse on that day. Allen Gilley took me in, checked my appointment and immediately told me they would take care of my maintenance and plus take care of a recall on my vehicle. Staff was great. Truly appreciate the unique level of service Lexus provides its customers.
I have nothing but praise for Lexus of Lakeway. I could not figure out how to pair my phone with the car. When I mentioned this to the Assistant Service Manager, Alan Gilly, he came out to the car and did it for me. On the way home, I noticed that the car was emitting a random beep. After a couple of minutes, I realized it was every 30 seconds. I took the car back the next day without an appointment and Alan came with me to see if he could diagnose what was causing the beep. While walking about 50 yards to get my wife a seat while we tried to solve the problem, he figured it out. Because I had walked out of range and the beeps stopped, he realized it was the car trying to communicate with the cell phone. He then went through my phone, with which neither of us were familiar and got the phone talking to the car. Again, I have nothing but praise for Lexus of Lakeway. I happened to notice a comment regarding the Service Manager, Steve on another review and thought that I would add my experience to the mix.As a longterm Lexus owner, I have had 5 Lexus brand vehicles over the last 20+ years and I have serviced them exclusively at Lexus of Austin and, since they opened, Lexus of Lakeway. I have dealt with Steve multiple times on each vehicle, dating back to when he worked at Lexus of Austin. I have NEVER been treated with disrespect by Steve... in fact, quite the opposite. Steve has always bent over backwards to make sure my vehicle(s) have been taken care of quickly and in the most professional manner possible. They dont negotiate, they dont discount, they dont price adjust. The price listed is the price of the vehicle. I have worked for Lexus for over 10 years and never heard of this kind of business model. They also say they have systems that scrub 600 miles for comparable vehicles but fail to realize those dealers NEGOTIATE after the car is priced. I was personally shocked when the sales woman Hailey hung up on me after claiming she had 4 years expwrience selling used cars and they never negotiate price?Their competition definatly is doing what it takes to earn business where this location is following the business model of carmax, rather then being a luxury brand of toyota. In addition, they dont deliver cars or allow for overnight tests (like every online and used car dealer). Such destructive business practices lead me to avoid buying here. I would be afraid to purchase a car here and be forced to rely on their services to support sales.
