I went a few months ago to get 2 new tires. Because I only got 2 last time. And I really thought I needed them. The guy came and asked what I needed. I said 2 new tires. So he checked them and said my tires were still good. And that I didnt need new tires yet. So he could have sold me tires and I wouldnt be the wiser. That was very nice of him. Weve been there a few times now. Would go back no problem.

Recently had my tired, old HHR in for service. Once they had all of the pieces to the puzzle, the work was completed in a day. Thanks again James. Will be back soon for wheels and tires..

It’s a Saturday they are supposed to be open at 9 and it’s well after 9 workers and customers are waiting for the lady or guy to open and they aren’t even here what poor customer service.

Absolutely the worst auto shop i have ever experienced. Pulled up to the old location & spoke to the woman WHO OWNS THE ESTABLISHMENT to ask where the new location was and she belittled me and verbally assaulted me & even came after me as if she was going to physically attack me all because the sign was very vague on the new stores location. Never had an issue before today with the employees however their boss is just absolutely horrid. If i could give them zero stars i would. To not only talk to someone in that matter but also threaten a customer is outrageously unprofessional and therefore she should have no business running a business. Worst customer service experience i have ever had. Do not give this establishment your hard earned money.

Had rear tire plugged and front tires balanced. Prices are extremely fair. Rear tire was still losing air and went back and just had the rear tire replaced and was given a price discount from the plugged rear tire on getting a used tire to replace it. Staff i dealt with was very nice and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Would definitely go back for any tire issues in the future.

Walked in the side door to make an appointment. sat inside for about 15 minutes while the employees were sitting outside the door, made a appointment came back 2 days later, same thing. walk in the side door. no one there, waited in the parking lot. seen a blonde girl walk in, she got INSTANT SERVICE why not me? Not a good experiance overall. still got two good new front tires, two days lateredit : edit : yes i rang the stupid bell on the counter both times.

This is one awesome place to buy new and used tires. Mike helped me and was A plus. They will even give you a payment plan if tour credit is good!

You can get a good used tire for a good price if Thats all you can afford. They also have great deals on new tires and sell a cheap alignment and road hazzard package. They also offer 100 days to pay for them if needed. Very nice and helpful. Oh, they also sell custom rims.

My son went and got a tire fixed and balanced and they broke three studs off and didnt offer to replace them. and my husband when their to get a new tire and they put the wrong tire pressure in

The first time i went for work tyrods ball joints etc was good i was very happy. But i took my car in cuz it was misfiring . now i cant drive my car at all. And the so called mechanic said he dont kno what else to do. You owe me a car. Did oil change didnt put oil it was bone dry. Dont kno what you did to it but its not driveable now. Im calling an atty. What yall can do is pay for my car to get fixed by a real mechanic.

Did a brake job in tires in no time

Told me a hour and a half for a alignment. 3hrs later nothing. They rushed through it and made my car sound even worse than before! Called them to tell them about it and was pretty much told oh well. Id avoid these guys at all costs when it comes to working on your car.

The prices are okay the work got done right but, the tire tech took his sweet time. He spent 10+ minutes on each tire on the car in front of me. Then the other tech that has worked there for years comes over and gets my three tires done in 15 minutes.

They are very friendly and have a great program for tires. I got out with 4 brand new tires and making payments. My go to tire shop. They also do oil changes.

Guys didnt want to repair my wheel, and sold me a Dry Rotted Tire, I sent my wife the next day to have it changed out and the guy took one of my other good tires off a different wheel and put another Dry Rotted Tire on. 👎👎👎 And they get the Tire for free they are used scrap tires from dealers,

I finally got to experience white privilege . Everyone else paid $35.00-$40.00 for used tires. My family and I were NOT covered in tattoos nor were we on drugs with an odor of alcohol on our breath like the others. Naturally we were charged considerably more than the others.

Ive been here several times over the years & Ive never had a complaint. This place was fast, cheap & I never had to get out of my vehicle! ! Love this place!! I need 2 new tires, Ill be heading there again soon!!

Michael so far seems to be a great guy he did a good job on my truck.......update 11/072019 I believed and trusted u people now u want to lie about what happened just remember I keep receipts and ur response was I didnt want to pay to get motor mount fixed, (I paid over 1200 dollars in 2 weeks money was never an issue!!!!) thats what I brought my truck in for and u fixed transmission mount that was never what I agreed to! Check ur notes on my receipts because I did! But karma is a tuff B*****!

While EVERYONE else was telling me my rim was irreparable, and trying to charge me $150 for a new one...This guy had me on the road for $20. If you enjoy throwing cash away by all means go somewhere else.

Shady deals. They want to charge 3% INTEREST on every transaction that isnt cash. Thats not how you do business. Will be finding somewhere else to buy 4 new tires now.

Got my tire pluged there they are amazing !! Just monday i needed a tire ...40$ out the door ..i drive a jeep ...plus 7 day warranty. ..

I took my charger to them (I hit a pothole had to replace both of the upper and lower control arms, ball joint, tierods and tire) and they did a great job very professional I will use them in the future and refer them to others they may not have been the cheapest in Lorain however a friend gave them a great referral and im glad I went there they are definitely THE BEST!!!.... GREAT GROUP OF GUYS WITH TOP NOTCH MECHANICS!!!
