I went in to have my car looked at for tires, the guy who checked me in was awesome. I had to wait a little while because they were a tad busy, BUT it was worth the wait, price was right for me and the tires and warranty I got were both good! Ive been here a few times, havent found a reason to go any where else yet 🤷🏽‍♀

I came in for an alignment and just a general overlook of my car. I was notified of potential problems that could arise and was given a reasonable estimate from Chuck. Bobby did my alignment and checked over my car quickly and efficiently. Although I only ended up getting the alignment service, there was no snarky attitude for not getting all the repairs quoted like I have experienced at other shops.

I had an appointment with another exhaust company near me and they cancelled on a Saturday My Son came from out of town and had to go home the next day I called 28th street late in the day on a Saturday and they said to bring it in and they would do their best to get it fixed . Brought it in and I was greeted with exceptional service at the front desk I left the car and they called me right away and gave Me the price over the phone said it will be fixed today however I couldn’t get it until the next day and they said no problem it will be fixed and under Our Security Cameras. Outstanding experience! They were quick and very professional! I got tires there this morning. They let me stay in my car with the motor running to stay warm! You cannot get any more Covid safe than that! When I got the bill at the end of my visit, it came out to exactly $1.07 more than the estimate I was given over the phone, which was pretty awesome in my opinion! (I never get that kind of break!) Very satisfied!

Went for a tuneup, the guy quoted an hour and a half wait then 2 hours to get the work done.....was willing to drop me off at home and take my car back to the shop so they could get it done faster. Not only did they get the tuneup done super fast, but they repaired my rub guard under the front fender for free and did an oil change at a discount. The mechanic also repaired my oil district that had broken for free......super pleased so far with their work. My SUV now accelerates the way it was intended to and the guard doesnt drag the ground when I back out of my driveway. Thanks guys!

I originally went in for what I thought was just a brake line issue. They informed me that my cylinder had broke and I would need new brake pads and brake shoes. They were very transparent. They showed me what was wrong on the car. I had a young man who walked me across the street to show me the issues for myself. Because I had to stay longer than I thought due to there being more issues than just the brake line they even offered to let me take one of their cars to stop and grab some lunch which I happily accepted. I would say for the amount of work done and the amount of time that was spent working on my car that they were very reasonably priced. I always take my cars to them and will continue to do so because they are very fair and honest. I also really like the fact that they have a lifetime warranty on all of their parts. They show you nice new parts and then butcher them to make you have to return! Then they charge you for it. They did this a couple times to me till i got the proof. This is under the car so we would have never known if we didnt take somewhere else and put up on a lift.

I originally went in to get one tire due to belt being broke in it. They owner made sure that I was being helped and made sure I was being treated well. I was going to leave and I was having the same problem with my car. Turns out I actually needed two tires. It was about 5:15PM and they close at 5 but he made sure that I got another tire put on. I’ll definitely be back!!

Drove to about 7 different used tire shops and couldnt find a matching set of used tires.. but thankfully they were able to take care of me with almost brand new used tires for a cheap price less than around 85$ for both mount and balanced after tax.

Needed 1 tire and was sold 1 tire everyone was was very nice plus it was quick service

So my story I had a backyard mechanic change my calipers he then proceeded to tell me other things were wrong with my brake system (brake lines, master cylinder, brake booster and so forth) I bring the person I am believed this person and bought these parts only due to the fact I have a 3 yr old and needed to make sure my brakes worked correctly. Well after receiving my car back after his work was “finished” my calipers and brakes locked up & started smoking making that very unsafe to drive or even move. So I called 28th st auto to come tow and see what was going on. They did that and after maybe a week or so. They were able to find the problem and fix my car and now it’s safe!! Long story short I absolutely recommend going to this place for service!!! They’re all very professional and nice!!!! 5/5!!!

Terrible mechanics, they were supposed to fix my power steering pump and replace the belts on my vehicle and only changed 2 belts they left the belt that actually needed changed on my car. they didnt put my splash guard back on behind my wheel and now when it rains my car squeaks constantly and water gets near my alternator. now I need a new alternator and a new belt, thanks alot 28th street auto 👎 do not get your car fixed here they will put old parts on your car and mess something else up so you have to come back to them.

I took my car up to get a new tire....they put the lug nuts on way too tight (they did the same to my cousins van) and now that I need new brakes, a torch had to be taken to it and it still wont come loose! Its a hot mess and Im so frustrated!

I pulled in with a flat trailer that needed two tires replaced. The manager in charge was very punctual and provided me with an estimate up front. Right away the men outside pulled two used tires and described to me what they were going to do. 20 degrees outside and two guys got right to work on the trailer in the lot, which is very organized and clean. One of the men found a problem with the lug nuts and explained to me how he was going to do it right at no charge. The waiting room was warm and inviting as the desk staff was very professional. I got a good deal and was very happy with the work. I recommend this auto shop to my friends and family and to anyone in need of an auto repair.

Well they lie about check engine light.. Missing Parts on a vehicle and tell tou they will help you bur yet for More and more money... Dont sell lemons!! Very disappointed
