Great place to get your car fixed, reasonable prices

During the bumper to bumper service inspection they somehow missed the fact that my car is leaking both power steering fluid and transmission fluid, and that apparently the main frame has rotted out on one side.My engine is also apparently going, but Im not certain what they checked regarding that, so I guess it could have been missed.Its not one star because the original reasons I went there--belt replacement and tire rotation and realignment--seemed to go well. The owner was very polite.It would have been nice to know my car was going before I dropped almost 500$ on repairs.

Doesnt follow through on giving quotes on repairs. Poor communication.

Flat tire, no spare, couldnt get wheel off of hub after removing lug nuts. No problem for these guys! The owner sent over one of his sons who had the tire and wheel off in under 3 minutes. He took them back to the shop and refitted the wheel with a nice used tire and had me back on the road in about an hour. It didnt break the bank either! I cant say enough good things about the place and especially the great people that work there! I definitely recommend them and will be a loyal customer from now on!

We have been going to Certified for several years. Tom and the crew are always conscientious and honest as the day is long. I know that they will complete the work at a more than fair price always aware of the financial burden of the repair. When something wasnt quite right, a quick call and they worked me into the schedule ASAP with no additional costs. Its difficult in todays society to find an auto mechanic that will do good work and will be honest and treat you as a person. Well keep Certified. Were more than pleased.

Overall I’m 100% satisfied with their service, work, Professionalism and honesty . I took my car worried that the cost and parts needed to fix my car was going to be extremely expensive and was going to be taken advantage off for being a young female (Past Experiences) TOM waved analysis fee and told me upfront what was wrong with my car ( Showed me damaged parts ) gave me an itemized quote with parts and labor cost .HE had my car done by the end of day which I thought it would be impossible with work needed, short notice and how busy they were .I Would Totally Recomend them for any of your car needs

Will never go to then again. They told me I had a broken belt in my tire so I bought a new one for 60 from them. Left and my car was still shaking, come to find out the one I had just bought also had a broken belt in it. I took it back right away and let them know and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I ended up having to go to another tire place and spend another 45 to get another used tire that was safe to put on my car.
