Great work matching paint color, no overspray, not thin paint, no runs no mess great cleanup for delivery! Also great work for rub out of scratches and scuffs or detail buffing and finishing. Always pleased with the results.

Owner seemed upset about the work I wanted done. After the vehicle was painted, there was overspray all over it (had to get that sanded and re-done) Detailing said it would be done by the end of the day, didnt see the car until mid day the day after he said that.

One month later, Gian surprised me with a text that I could pick the car up the following Monday.It looks beautiful. It looks new. No, it looks better than new. It smells new. Its clean enough to eat out of. It runs fine. I just want to wrap my arms around it.I am deeply fond of that car, and DaVinci saved it. And it was one hell of a mess.

The younger man Rudely interupted the older man and told me to go to Maco, I was simply asking which brand of Paint they used and wanted to know the Pricing . Apparently theyre only interested in insurance claims that pay the most.

The front desk guy was very rude and had a attitude because he didnt get all the work on my car because my insurance company didnt know that they could replace the windows and he couldnt charge me my deductible again because my insurance told me to pay the glass company. I would not go back to have them do work on my car.

I needed my front fender painted from a scrape with another car. They did great work. They were able to get the repair done in a timely manner.

Not only were they extremely professional and courteous, but they also know what they are doing.. Unlike many other body shops in the area. Their body work is shabby and their customer service is even worse.I called the shop regarding poor work done to assist an insurance client that was not satisfied and called me because she was treated disrespectfully by the Manager, jon. The issue was that the plastic around the wheel well was disconnected because rivets were missing and the fog lamp was not connected properly.I was connected to the manager, jon and before I could explain the matter well he said I am going to stop you right there. If you want a better job, you will have to pay me more money. I was speechless! I called to try to assist him and my client resolve the matter and he was totally disrespectful to me too.When I challenged him on his ridiculously poor customer service and demanded he hear me out he hung up on me!My next call was to the insurance adjuster that referred him to my client. Within an hour of my call he had completely changed his tune and agreed to repair all the concerns and even offered to touch up an area that was not even related to the accident.It is fascinating how the fear of losing income/referrals will turn a man into a mouse!Even though he agreed to resolve the matter he will never receive a referral from my insurance agency.

Initially had a charge of 50 dollars and when we went to pick it up it was 250 dollars . Was told it was because it took longer and the broke some tools. We were never advised of any increase till the end. They didnt seem to even care that we were upset just wanted their cash. Wont be going back again.

Given a price and then at the end was charged 5x as much as quoted. Was not advised of increase till the end which at that point your car is held hostage till you pay them the cash. Wont be a repeat customer.

Poor communication skills. Service writers have no idea what they are doing. Was never asked about a raise in price. They cut corners to rip people off so they make more. Will never go back.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The front desk guy must’ve gotten bullied as a kid cause i don’t know what’s wrong with him. They left the inside of my car and trunk filthy from all the dust working on my car and couldn’t even wipe it up a little when they made the mess. I wouldn’t give this place the time of Day.

I would highly encourage everyone to STAY AWAY from this place. The workmanship is very poor and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, this place will rip you off.

Terrible. Do not go here. Within a few weeks of having it repaired my entire front bumper ripped off my car and I have electrical issues. Took it to another body shop and they told me Davinci cut every corner on my car and did not complete the job up to industry standards. Waste of money. Now I have to get everything repaired again, and more, and I’m a broke college student.

I scraped up the side of my car and they did a great job fixing it up. Customer service is good and pricing is reasonable.

I highly recommend this bodyshop, my whole left side was swiped, they helped me out a lot with my deductible and took care of everything with the insurance company and getting a rental car.They went the extra mile, I didnt worry one bit. Worksmanship was great, experience was great. Thank you so much for making it so easy!!! By the way Ive been using this shop for all of my repairs and Its funny with some of these reviews, for example...my whole bumper ripped off(What did you hit?) And who carries cash for repairs?(responsible adults). If you have problems with a company direct it towards them and let them fix it. Or just hide behind that screen.

Poor workmanship and they did not hold back when they said corners were cut. Filing a complaint with BBB and hiring an attorney. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of an elderly lady and trying to cover the errors you made on a Collectors edition car! I do NOT recommend anyone take even a lemon there. Poor work and they just dont care.

The owners made sure my car got back into usable state after I got into a bad accident. The pricing was affordable for the damage done and the process was fast.

Color doesnt match, shotty work and typical for an unprofessional Lorain body shop. Pay a little more and get it done right. You can tell the car was repaired from 25 ft away. When I tried to call to John, the owner, about it and discuss with him, he threatened to Come down there and called me a Jackass. Very unprofessional and a total RIP OFF!
