Owner is fantastic! He knows what he is doing and doesnt bs you with un-needed work. If you need work done on your car this is the place! I have a 2008 Cadillac and would rather take it here than the Cadillac mechanic. Sometimes he gets super busy but its worth the wait!

Dale, the owner, is such a nice guy. I’ve taken a number of cars to him for inspection before I buy them. Also old cars to see how we can get them in running order again. He is a busy man, but I haven’t found a better mechanic. He’s 100% real with you, and has lots of connections to other car related services who are just as awesome as him.

I rarely write reviews.But I needed my AC fixed in my Tahoe. Walked in and saw alot of really nice old cars in the shop and thought this is going to be expensive. I was wrong. They are honest. They are affordable. And they are very knowledgeable. They actually saved me money. And Dale gave me some great advice on how to care for my vehicle. I will be going back. Highly recommend them.

This guy is a joke. I took my vw rabbit to him and he fixed the air conditioner for 1200 dollars. 200 more than ricks but I went with him because I have an antique celica that I thought he could fix. 4 weeks later he says he can’t fix it and that I am lucky he isn’t charging me storage. If you want to get ripped off go to bow tie. Who rips off a 72 year old woman that works 52 hours a week.

Dale will get you going down the street and keep you going without extra fees or screwing you like some other shops have done with my cars. Wow. I cant believe this place is in business. Had a bad feeling from the moment I left my car there. They could not diagnose why my Chevy Impala was not starting and just wanted me to throw money at the problem and start replacing various things. I had my car towed elsewhere and fixed no problem. So, Bowtie Auto is either crooked or has untrained mechanics, but either way, Im passing on them from now on.

If you want to work with a honest guy that will take the time to explain the repair options to you, Bowtie Automotive is a good choice. He has worked on several of my vehicles including my Accord that now has almost 200K miles on it. He didnt even mind if I supplied some of the parts myself after getting in over my head on a job. If the vehicle is under warranty, take it to the dealer just incase, if you want to save huge amounts after the warranty expires - take it to Dale.

Just recently serviced my Wifes Car and found a few issues that we fixed on the spot. Great Job! I have used him for years on all my vehicles and have referred several friends here.
