It’s a good store where you can find everything with good prices

I would definitely recommend this Kroger purely for the fact i won’t shop anywhere else and have to drive over an hour to get here. The selection of items, common and unique are better than other retailers. The staff is helpful and the other night in went in late and a young last named Lauren helped me find two items i couldn’t locate. When it came time to checkout only self checkout was open and i’m not interested in scanning my own groceries so Lauren saw me and opened a register and checked me out. This employee seems to have great care for the customers and goes that extra mile. Y’all are lucky to have her.

Management at this store is absolutely horrific, this leads to the employees themselves having a bad attitude about having to work. The posted hours for this location mean absolutely nothing because several times a week practically, they plaster a handwritten sign with marker saying that they close at 11:00 p.m and lock the doors. . Considering that this is the only grocery store open in all of East Texas after 11:00, it is ridiculous that they cannot maintain decent enough staff to keep the store open for posted hours. Never been more disappointed in a grocery store than with Kroger

The cashier by self checkout was super helpful! We were not from the area and she explained where to find everything I needed. I left with everything I was looking for plus a few extra!I haven’t been to a Kroger since I was a child since we no longer have them in Louisiana.It made me miss having one here!

Pharmacy, always have to wait. 1st.hour is for shots only.

Dont trust the security or manager Michael. Spoke with him about harassment issue with security and staff.. He claimed We dont have security working here. Women be careful when shopping in that store. My friend recorded the whole incident.

Friendly, easy to get in and out quickly

I love Kroger, they have great selection of products and the produce is always fresh, I also like the crab cakes made at the meat counter. The best part is that you can grab sushi on your way out!

Went to this Kroger for the first time today. I have been to a lot of Kroger stores. I think so far this is the worst Kroger I have been to. This store needs a remodel inside and out. The floor is falling apart and the parking lot is dirty and needs cleaned. The store is well stocked but seems like a smaller Kroger than others. The store staff are nice and its also a busy kroger store. The gas fill up Is Tiny and they are out of all gas but reg unleaded.

Not many customers wear a mask as mandated by Texas Governor and US President. Not enough cashiers.We dont buy a large bill of groceries here only a few item. This is because the self checkout is normally the only checkout available. The ad, in many cases requires you to buy 3 to 5 items, CONFUSING, to get sale price.

I love the weekly deals and great customer service. A young man named Jameel helped a father that didnt have enough money for his purchases, this young man is still in high school, the man was going to put some items back until the young man heard him tell his son, they really needed all their items. This young man Jameel told him not to do that and reached in his pocket, and gave him his tip money that he had made to get all of his items. This is rare, you dont see this a lot from our young people. Keep up the good work young man, Kroger is lucky to have a dependable and caring person like you.

Yes, I love the fresh products in this store. Having worked with bread, I know the bread comes from the same bakery on the same day as the bread delivered to a Walmart store but this bread is softer and seems fresher. Kroger milk is great as well and having worked at the distribution center in Keller, TX, I can tell you that the produce and meat products are received and delivered with care. JUST ONE COMPLAINT! When you walk into the store, a sign requiring masks for coronavirus protection is there but at 10 pm tonight, there were a couple of people working with the check stands that were wearing their masks around their necks and the manager on duty wasnt wearing a mask at all while working closely with customers and other employees...could someone remind him there is an ongoing pandemic that has killed 34 people in Gregg county.

I am currently in the customer service line that is backed all the way down aisle 8. They never have more than 1 person for this department which is absolutely ridiculous. This gentleman is working as quick and very pleasantly as possible. Managers walking past without even offering to help or even send him help. This is every-time I set foot in this store. Ugh

Kroger charges $ 4.95 for pick up at their Longview store, shop somewhere else

My assigned associate, Kalena, and the rest of the staff at this store are absolutely incredible! It only took 63 minutes from the time I confirmed my online order until my food was at my door (25 minutes away)! Ive never really shopped at Krogers before, but I wont be getting my groceries from anywhere else from now on! Thank you sooo much for serving our community during this time of crisis! Y’all just made me into a life long customer!

Helpful & friendly staff. Has a variety of stuff here. Has a deli, a sushi shop, a meat/seafood shop, a floral shop, & a pharmacy. You can get groceries, novelty stuff, school stuff, books/magazines, toys, baby stuff, clothes/shoes, & more here.

This Kroger needs to find out the TRUE meaning of customer service. Theres no reason to have all of those great quality products if you dont have a great quality staff to service your customers.

Store is very clean and organized. People everywhere to help you and they have a section for health nuts!

Krogers is a clean, friendly store that runs weekly specials, Senior day and other events aimed at saving their customers money. They have a rewards card to help with soaring gas prices.. They have initiated an online shopping and Curb Side delivery for customer convenience.. To say they are putting their customer first is putting it mildly.. Have a great shopping day with Krogers next time you are out!

Great verity on every thing. The sushi is the bomb. When I feel like getting the best sushi Kroger is the place. They have the best sales on organic foods and the all important sugar free foods as well.If you need gas Kroger has a quick stop gas station.

Where do I start...They are taking absolutely ZERO precautions during the Covid pandimic! NO signs reminding people to social distance, NO arrows to direct people, NO towels in the bathroom, NO sanitizing carts, not even any sanitizer so I could do it myself! If I get the Corona it will be because I came to this place, I honestly didnt even wanna breath in there. So gross! The aisles had boxes, displays and trash in them, the employees acted like they were to only people in the store, cashiers were even rude. We live in Tyler, there is no Kroger, so we drove all this way and I get this.

I bought a few staples, milk, sugar, bread. I have to rave about the sushi though!! There are many different kinds to choose from and fresh as can be, sushi chef on board!! This store also has a good variety of other things as well, such as holiday decor.

Cheapest milk in Longview ! Parking lot is always full ! Employees take all the spots up front !

I usually shop at Kroger at least once weekly - Its where ALL my groceries, cleaning products, laundry supplies, etc. is bought. Obviously, Im pleased. A little disappointed that a few of my favorite items have been dropped from your inventory but not enough to change stores. Employees are pleasant and helpful. Also, buy my gas here.

In general, a good place to buy groceries. However, DO NOT depend on the sales ads when buying things cheaper, or for better deals! The last three times, the wife and I on different items, went there to get these great buys. But when we get there, whether its Sunday or Saturday, they are ALWAYS out of the good stuff that is supposed to be on sale! And if you ask for substitutes, or rain checks, you will get a big fat SORRY, WE CANNOT DO THAT. SMH...anyway, go early in the day, and do not depend on the sales ads to do your shopping there!

Krogers always has hard to find ingredients that I would otherwise have to go to Brookshires Fresh to get. Great produce, the best grocery store flower section, and sushi that rivals most local restaurants.

Not an up tight shopping trip for even the extended shopper. Get lost, cant find the one thing you came in for... just ask someone in a blue shirt & let them show you the way.Fast & Easy checkout too.

This was the worst Kroger I have ever been to. Customer service was non existent..not 1 person greeted me. My cashier didnt even say hello. I had to bag half my groceries. Ive gotten better customer service from Wal-Mart. I doubt Ill be going back. Very disappointed.

Good grocery store. Better all around than other chains and although very busy one can get their shopping done in a timely fashion.

I hadnt been in Krogers in 2 years. It has really gone down hill !!! It was not clean, seemed run down, and very disappointing. The prices were good and everything was fresh. I will reluctantly go back Im sure.

This deli sells the VERY best spiral ham Ive ever had!! I will purchase from Kroger every holiday from now on. My family REALLY enjoyed it!!

Don’t do pickup!!! They are terrible. They do not give you any explanation of what is going on. They leave you sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Stay with Walmart Pickup

Very good place to shop. Big selection of beer and wine and fresh meats cut daily. Make sure you get a Kroger card to receive extra savings.

If you want to special order a cake from this bakery dont do it. This was just by far the worst cake I have seen. They definitely need to look into getting new cake decorators or training the one they have. Needless to say we did not purchase this horrendous cake and had to make a last minute save which was beyond stressful. So here is a friendly warning that if you are considering ordering a cake please take time to glance at this review.

Typical Kroger. Decent prices on goods but jam-packed isles making navigation down isles a effort in futility and at a peak shopping time 1 (ONE) cashier at a regular lane & ZERO fast lanes opened/manned. Felt like I was at Walmart.

Produce and ethnic food options are surprisingly diverse for a small town in East Texas.They also sell a myriad of terrific healthy options - icecreams, pizzas, milks, and more.However, watch out for the bread aisle - I have on multiple occasions found loaves black with mold and expired on the shelves.The bakery, however, offers excellent fresh bread options.

I was only in the store for a short period of time to use the restroom and look for some moon pies. It was a very pleasant experience. As I walked inside the store, I ask if they had a restroom. As I was leaving the store, he asked me if I found the restroom ok.

Clicklist (grocery curbside pick up) is very convenient. They charge a fee whereas their competitor does not. The store inside is old although Ive been told it has been remodeled. I like their prices.

I have been too many Krogers all around the world due to my husband military life.. I love Krogers but this Krogers is absolutely horrible.. It is not the store itself that is horrible It is the employees at this Krogers.. maybe its good for people of Not of African descent but the employees watched me and some children I had with me while we walk the store and when we walked out they asked to see the receipt ..we gave them no reason that we were stealing and the only thing I can think of is that we were the only black people there and the two white ladies who watch this was scared of us and thought we were thieves Its 2017 and I never dealt with anything of this nature I thought it was all behind us but the self-checkout lady Connie and the manger Kathy showed us that things have not really change I was so disgusted and the children were really upset.. they ended up apologizing to us but thats not good enough.. I will never go back to this Krogers again I pray for these people and I hope that God change their hearts..

Krogers that I got to is great, today I left 20 dollars in the change slot at self checking, went back 15 minutes later, and the lady working that area, had it, that is how those people are in there. Hats off.

Dont bother trying to get lunch out of the deli. Went there today to get a few hot items for lunch and they didnt have anything except a couple of old looking pieces of chicken. No tenders, no sides, nothing.

Have a great variety. Floral, sushi. Wine you make it, they got it.

Older store, little bit of a funky smell... But staff are nice and helpful and it is the only close by store open late.

I simply love the employees at night, when I get off work and stop in there they are so pleasant.

I am used to higher standard Kroger stores in the Dallas area. I am sure this is one of the better places to shop in Longview. Either this is a high volume store, or an unstocked store. I say this because many aisles looked semi empty, but I went in the evening anyway. Only two cashiers and self checkout(which I will NOT do) which means longer wait times. On the flipside, my cashier was very nice and made great recommendations.

The store was clean and she workers were helpful when I couldnt find the price for red plumber next to the black ones on sale.. overall it was a great experience.

Cashiers don’t know what coupons they can take with which sale and will tell you any lie they come up with why they won’t except it. Asked the manager the same question and it’s a different lie from the cashier’s. 1 week later you do take the coupon for the same item with no problem. STOP insulting people’s intelligence and showing favoritism to certain shoppers. Night shift is so rude it’s ridiculous.
