Customer service right of the bat was not only prompt, genuine, and welcoming, but routine and familiar. I find the Longview store has the most attentive, laid back, and friendly employees in all of East Texas. Ive frequented many Target stores in Texas, Louisiana, and California, and this location is employed by the coolest and kindest folks. Not to mention, incredibly patient and helpful with customers.

The cashier, Spencer, was very kind and helpful. His attitude was great and didnt treat me bad because I was using a lot of coupons. He stayed nice. At other stores cashiers have a bad attitude when I use coupons but that was not the case at this store. The store was very clean and well stocked and other employees were nice and helpful.

Love this particular store. Always filled with customers yet never feels crowded. Staff is friendly from the moment I walk in the door, all the way until I leave through the exit. Ive never had a bad experience. If anybody reads this from the Longview, TX location, youre awesome!

I had an online order that came in that was the wrong size, so we took it back and one of the associates in customer service tried to help us order the right size. She ended up not doing it right and we never received the order. I called the store and got Rebecca and she ended up helping me get it straightened out and everything was handled very professionally. Rebecca went above and beyond to help me get the order corrected and she gave us a great customer experience!! She is a shining star!! Thank you again Rebecca

I will be contacting corporate about one of your drive up pick up associates. My husband and I just picked up two fold up tables and when he brought them put we noticed he was going to the wrong vehicle with them. My husband was standing outside of the car and said sir, we are right here and he just ignored us and continued to walk to another car. We said sir were over here! Probably about four more times and he STILL ignored us until he finally turned around and YELLED at us. Then without even greeting us or acknowledging us he comes over opens the back of our car, throws In the tables and slams the door. I got out and went inside and told one of the security people about it and still nothing was done. I am VERY disappointed as I love target. THIS was completely uncalled for.

The more I shop at Target the more I like it. I always forget they have grocery items as well. Like the home decor and electronics. They have a nice vinyl record selection. Nice place, I need to shop here more often.

Target is a teachers happy place but a wallets nightmare. My favorite location in Target is the dollar spot. Great items for a great price. I also love their seasonal aisle depending on the season. Honestly, back to school is my favorite. I know, Im a teacher that loves back to school shopping. I love looking at all the new supplies and designs. I like their mugs. I am a mug addict. But I dont think there is a mugs anonymous. If there were, Id have to join. Customer service is amazing. Always. I never get the Walmart salute while shopping here. This is my happy place!

I love Target!!! It never disappoints. Never cluttered. Beautiful and bright atmosphere. Associates are friendly and very helpful unlike many stores. I visited just today and two ladies—Annie Bauer and Renee Everett —went out of their way to find a sale item for me. It required checking stock not on the floor. Most time these days, someone would have shrugged and said “must be out, sorry”. I appreciated it so much that these two ladies did care. Already looking forward to my next Target visit.

Fast friendly service! My order was ready in less than an hour, and once I arrived my order was delivered in less than two minutes! Definitely will use again.

The cashier did not understand how to process an ApplePay transaction. After numerous tries where my phone indicated a successful transaction, I noticed the cashier press a button on the register that cancelled the transaction. She was completely unconcerned with helping the transaction work, and I ended up using a credit card instead. If employees cannot or will not understand current technological payment methods, they should not be on the register. Customer service like this is what is driving most of us to shop online.

Been here many times, but today I went with my baby and had a stroller box at the bottom of my cart. I went through the self checkout and one of the ladies at the front asked if I needed help getting the box to my car. I declined help but they insisted. A very nice guy helped me to the car and loaded the stroller box into my car. Talk about amazing customer service! Thank you Target!

It’s always clean. The employees say hello and will drop what they are doing to help you. Love the clearance. The meats and fruits and vegetables are great. I personally love the self checkout because it’s faster and even if you get in a bind the employee is happy to help.

I belong to a Target FB group and I see all the wonderful deals and specials people from other Targets have. It never fails every time I go to my Target- RARELY can I find super deals as I did in the past, the employees arent near as helpful or understanding (not all but a handful).Example, today, I went to use my Cartwheel 20% off clearance boys shoes. Found a nice pair- box clearly marked AND it was in the clearance section- pic on box matched the shoes in box. Score. Went to check out- they rang up $32.99. Brought it to the cashiers attention- basically was treated like I changed labels. No offer to give at that price (it was the ONLY pair in my childs size) or even at a discounted price. Had another item that rang up Not found. Wanted to charge me $6 for a CHRISTMAS ITEM. Nope. Then when I finally checked out- my one of the cartwheel offers didnt take so I went to customer service to get it fixed. The cashier stopped me and asked what I was doing. I just felt like I was a suspect or something. Ive used this cashier before and never a problem. Today though- vastly different story.

Have things that I didnt know where actually out toys wise

First off, let me just state that I’ve always loved Target. I could spend hours in there and have on many occasions. But don’t ever try exchange anything for a different size without a receipt.They could only return my completely unused, tags still on, still on the hanger item “for the last cost they went on sale for” which was $5.98 regardless of the fact that the cost of the new size WAS STILL FULL PRICE at $19.99 leaving me responsible for paying the difference on THE EXACT SAME FREAKIN ITEM. All because my mother didn’t give a gift receipt.The worst exchange policy I have EVER heard.

Masks are not mandatory once you walk in. Not enforceed. Unbeliveable the number of selfish, inconsiderate shoppers inside. Wont be back. Amazon, Trader Joes and CVS drive through until we have a vaccine.

This Target store makes it easy and enjoyable to shop. Once you step inside, you immediately notice that it’s nice and bright. The department signs are hanging prominently, which help you find what you’re looking for easily. The aisles are clean and shelves are organized. The workers are friendly. There is a Starbucks conveniently located inside Target. There’s ample parking, of course. And this store is near restaurants and other shops - that is always a plus!

This location is far too cluttered with pallets in the isles, unusual and frustrating for a Target when theyve spoiled you for the last several decades with clean and clear isles. Also, only two lanes open on a Saturday is NEVER going to cut it. Both lanes had lines spilling out into the isles on addition to the long line for self checkout as well. Dont like how Guest Service is shoved into the front check lanes, it makes for a very crowded, confusing area.The good though, they do still have a Food Avenue with Pizza Hut Express, popcorn and drinks at this location. Also its an original layout with the red signs and white neon on the walls. Much better than the new remodels where theyve cluttered everything and painted every wall grey.Could be better, could be worse. Just please open more lines Target, youre supposed to be better than the other stores!

I accidentally ordered pickup instead of drive up. The gentleman who was bringing orders out to cars was extremely helpful and was very willing to bring me my order anyways (even in the pouring rain!).

The staff is very helpful, the store is clean. I come in frequently and I am always satisfied.

Its Target. What else can I say about that? They sell the same stuff most other Targets do. HOWEVER... on not less than 3 separate occasions have I encountered expired food being sold in their grocery section. Check the dates on food purchased here. I cannot stress that enough.

I am only giving them one star because I have because I wanted to write review. They sent me a email to pick my order up are they was going to cancel my order. So, I went to pick my order up. The young girl that was helping me acted like it bother her to get my order. she went to the back to get my order come back with my vacuum, one gun, one box container. I told her I had order 5 guns, and 3 container and a skillet. She went back and got the others and she said I did not see skillet. Well today I got a email telling me that my skillet was canceled because I did not pick my order up.

This is the only way to Black Friday shop!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, despite it being very busy. It actually made shopping enjoyable!

She listens and answers questions, she puts up with screaming customers, she works incredibility hard with your insurance....the techs that likewise have been there forever are amazing. They know my name, they put up with screaming customers also and are very helpful. I worked in a pharmacy for years and I can tell you, I wish my co-workers were tjius good.

I’ve placed orders online three (3) times for items to pick up in store and every time I go to pick it up, they tell me the order is cancelled because they do not have said item(s) in stock despite the website saying that they had multiple in stock, and one of those times the item was actually in stock and the order puller just didn’t look hard enough for it. They don’t know how to update inventory, and it seems like a few of their employees are too lazy to be working there. 1 out of 5, every time

This store has really started to straighten itself out. It used to be a mess. But in the last year or so, it has become much more organized and easy to navigate. Though employees are still a little sparse at times.

Lots of choices, very busy good place to shop.

After shopping at Target over 30 years they would not accept a check when my debit card was lost. Talk about a wasted 2 hours! The only reason for the refusal was that I had not written a check in that particular store. Being left standing in line with irritated customers behind me, made me embarrassed. Then being told to drag my cart up front cinched my decision to never return. The lack of discretion and kindness was appalling.

Its Target. Sometime good shopping sometimes not. The staff is almost always uncaring or bothered when you ask for help. Every now and then you get that one that just ruins that statement and will bend over backwards to make sure you get the help you need from whoever.

Good store. Always find what you are looking for. Have some options not available in other stores.
