This is the store I go to every day sometimes twice a day. I know all the employees, and theyre wonderful. Big shout out to their Starbucks. Best one in town, and best workers! They always make my day.

I love the customer service. The way management treats you they treat you like gold and they make sure everything is well and fine to go. If I had to recommend any store in the area I would recommend the Safeway because they are better than any store elsewhere.

I am very prejudiced about this place, mainly because i work here!☺ i am honest enough to know we are not perfect! Its a very down to earth store with really nice and fun employees. All of us work hard to make your visit a good one. Please remember we are not super humans so therefore we come with the EXACT same flaws and stresses as you! We will always do our best for you

Plenty of parking but not a lot of Handicapped parking. Handicapped carts were ALL out of order. Rather busy when I was there but lines were short and cashiers very efficient. Easy access from roads. Really nice selection of product but prices are a bit on the high side... more than the Safeway closer to my home. Employees very helpful and friendly. If you are in the area and need to pickup a few items, I can recommend this store.

Despite this location can be very busy their staff is very dedicated, efficient and friendly. This is a go to for quality meats and produce. It really helps me to be able to make tasty meals, complimented with fresh fruit, berries and quality vegetables.

The hubby & I were in the area, and decided to stop in for a few items.The store was clean, in good order, and well lit. The shelves, meat, & produce were well stocked, however the fresh baked bread area was a little sparse. I couldnt even find Ciabatta. 😞Aside from not finding Colby Cheese, and some Italian meats, we found what we were looking for. Id definitely go back, and recommed it to others.Just keep in mind, we have 3 Safeways, and they all carry different items, so if you dont find what you need, then try one of the other locations.Im giving 4 stars due to them not having all the items I went in for.

I got to give them lots of credit. I am from out of town and was impressed with how friendly they are. My 5 minute stop was filled with smiling faces and friendly help.

Love it! I shop at this location every other day because it is so conveniently located in my community which allows me to constantly purchase fresh goods. The selection of produce allows me to be able to try new things and have my favorites fresh daily. The staff always leads me in the right direction. The savings from coupons in store and on the app make it worth the time spent walking isles. From the greenest greens to the reddest apples they have it covered.

Best meat department in town! The selection is great and I especially like the club member savings.

My experience at this store is usually a good one. The staff that works there are very helpful in helping me find what I need. And this store is nearby for me to shop at as well.

What can I say?...Its a Safeway.But I appreciate that from city to city...state to state I can consistently know what to expect for products, pricing, and friendly customer service.

Pharmacy was faster then expected and extremely helpful a pretty good visit over all only down side was the fountain drinks i guess they took out a while back and they didnt have any ice

Primarily come here for the pharmacy, always a great experience, very friendly staff, but also the store often has great sales on milk and other things that you cant find anywhere else.

Went in for coffee in Starbucks at 6:35 am on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised they were open.

The women’s restrooms do not have working locks on the stall doors. The toilet paper dispenser was detached from the stall wall and sitting on the floor. I propped it up against the stall door to keep it shut while I peed. The whole bathroom is dimly lit and the trash was overflowing. I don’t know how your store handles sanitation, but the retail store I work at outsources janitorial stuff to a private company who sends someone every single day to clean the restrooms and store floors. I suggest doing something similar.

Always shop here. They have the BEST PRODUCE ALWAYS FRESH. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL REPLACE IT.

Shopping is fine, but they always have cooler units that are leaking, the bathrooms are disgusting and filthy and outside the store is also filthy. Someone just needs to clean the store and fix things.

I bought a cake for an event from this Safeway bakery and I was really happy with it. The decorations looked perfect and it tasted great too.

Always helpful staff, shelves are always stocked unlike other grocery stores in the area. Plus it is a very clean store and check usually never seems bogged down and you can get out and headed home quickly.

We love the sandwiches. We buy them to take along when we drag race.

Handy location, clean store, better than average selection.

Its a good store Safeway can be a little pricey so if on budget be careful not to overspend other then that great store

Our local Safeway is super clean and friendly and I know where everything is by heart its a good place to buy your food produce and meat. Depending on which side of the river you live on doesnt matter because there are Safeways on both sides to accommodate longview and Kelso. Although both stores have the same stuff the Kelso branch is mostly where I go mostly because that is the side of the river I live on and I know where everything is plus I like seeing all the same people all the time it makes it feel like a family store.

Great customer service and friendly staff! mostly everyone I met is relational and is ready to assist anyone who needs help! Also if you find something opened or old they will notify someone and take care of it right away! You can tell everyone works together to build a friendly environment.

I like to shop at Safeway for certain things they have nice meat & produce selection.Edit update Friday, June 18th, 2021. Aside from having fresh produce Etc. They also have a seamless user-friendly, efficient, and professional online ordering and curbside grocery service. Phew...lol....My Grams use this service once a week. And she couldnt be happier with the service. Safeway is rocking it! Keep up the Stellar work.

It’s a Safeway. But it’s a clean one and staff are plentiful. Too often at grocery stores there are not enough staff on hand to provide direction or assistance. Seems as though this specific outlet has bucked that trend.

This is not the best Safewat branch I have ever been to. That title belongs to Safeway Centralia. Employee that gave me my food complained about his coworker not showing up. Can totally relate to that. That is frustrating. Overall this Safeway is good.

Safeways in general I really really like this one I also like just not as much as the other ones and that being because the employees are not as nice or friendly or helpful as the other stores so something Ive noticed. Theyre also just a little more not dirty but grungy kind of so thats my opinion and I got to stick with it but as a rule in general I really really like Safeway especially their meats

When you are going to be out of something for a long time do t send people running around to stores to fi d the item. Take a moment contact a manager and find the product...yes covid and christmas drank all the 7 up but employee told me to go to another store and look. Um 👎. If your warehouse is out put a not where the product was stating so.

I only go to that store because I have to pick up my medicine otherwise I would not go there. some of your employees are so rude you only had one register open of course you had the other ones where you could go through yourself but you should still have more than one all the other Safeways have the the law if theres more than three people in a line then they have someone else come out. I was not very happy

Omg! The bathroom is so gross! Neither of the bathroom stalls lock and the bathroom door doesnt lick either. It looks like poop is smeared on the wall. When I was sitting on the toilet that is way too close to the wall, someone was washing their hands and water was splashing in to the stall and on my feet.

I drove across town to Safeway on 15th in Longview to purchase a couple dozen donuts from the bakery to surprise my coworkers. Kinda bummed. Its only 10am, and all the donuts were dry with frosting cracking, and looked over cooked or a few days old. They said they were baked this morning though.
